Work was performed adequately and on time. However, the quote of $921 I was given was outrageous for the work performed, but I was over the proverbial barrel with the 95 degree inside temperature of my home and outside temperatures to remain in the 110 range for the next week. I definitely believe I was taken advantage of.

Plumber came in a timely manner. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. It was expensive, but it was Memorial Day weekend and we were in no position to get estimates and search for a lower price. The price did not include the shower fixtures or the kitchen faucet. The plumber said it was my responsibility to fix the hole in the drywall. Lucky for me the hole was in the garage. If I ever need a plumber again ASAP, I would hire this company again.

American Residential Service did an alright job on our pipeline. I was a bit worried about the plastic pipes, but I am not having any problems with them so far. The workers always seemed like they were in a hurry so I had to keep my eye on them to make sure they did the work. They did everything right, but couldn't fill the holes in the walls right away. They ended up refunding some of our money so we could hire someone else to fix the walls.

He didn t fix the problem, so I told him to leave. I hired another company that finally fixed the problem; they snaked the main line. The other company worked efficiently and did exactly what was necessary. I was not pleased with ARS and would not use them again. Fortunately, I only had to pay my deductible to remedy the problem.

I was surprised to see only one man as my hot water heaters are in the basement and would have to be carried down the stairs. Green Valley Plumbing really tried to rip me off by trying to charge me for a four thousand dollar job that was not necessary as all that needed to be done was tighten some screws. Not only did they mislead me, but I would not want them at my home ever again. The only good thing I can say about them is that they did come out in the middle of the night which a lot of companies wont do.

This house is about thirty-five years old and the sewer was backed up due to some damaged underground lines. There was a large tree growing over some of the main lines that needed to be chopped down. The roots had to be dug out to install the new sewer piping and the men did a great job of getting everything covered back over again. ARS did a professional job of getting my sewer running freely and I will call them again if I need a plumber.
