I was very happy with their work and what they did. I have not had any problems with the jobs that they took care of and have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone.

The company called very promptly, after I reported the problem to the home warranty company. We set up the service call for that afternoon. About 30 minutes before the plumber arrived, we were called to let us know he was on his way. Steve arrived and was very friendly and talkative. He figured out the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly.

We normally have ASAP perform our annual AC and heating maintenance. However, they have sold their business to YES so we scheduled our annual AC maintenance with them. What a disappointment. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Didn't check for fan balance, didn't remove cover to clean, didn't check A/C temp at the output point. Service didn't begin to compare with the service we received with ASAP. Looks like we'll be searching for another company in the future.

After first calling another plumbing company, YES PLUMBING showed up at the house to replace the leaking main underground water line from the street to the house. The main water line was satisfactorily repaired. However, collateral damage was caused, and the following related work was unsatisfactory: (1) Upon drilling a new hole through stucco wall for new water supply line, nearby stucco was damaged which company refused to repair. As a result, a 6" x 6" piece of stucco is (obviously) missing from area in vicinity of where new hole was drilled. Company supervisor refused to repair. (2) Narrow sections of grass had to be removed to allow digging and placement of main water line. Upon repair of main water line, replacement of grassy sections was unsatisfactory. Photos show where some "replacement" section were 4" above surrounding grass. When deficiency was noted to company worker, his response was that "it will settle." Not true. I will never deal with this plumbing company again.

Extremely satisfied! They called ahead and came right on time! The two workers came and dug a hole in our front yard and fixed the problem in about 2-3 hours. Also fixed the irrigation leak. They were very good about explaining what they were doing and the different tubing involved in such lines. They also honor the Angie's list coupon which saved us a bundle!

We did have one quote that had a brand-name product that was less than ARS. However, we felt more confident going with a nationally well-known bigger company than with a small one. Also, ARS presentation gave us good confidence in their satisfaction guarantees and service commitments (drug-free; on-time). They came on-time and the servicemen (Chris/Alan) worked like dogs. Added to it was 100+ degree weather. They were professional and did things like always put on the booties when entering the house (nice touch). Only two downsides. One was that our new unit had a 2 x 6-in section where the outer fins were pushed in. ARS indicated that Bryant shipped it that way and I suspect that is correct as the outer grate was not damaged at all and I witnessed ARS opening up the new equipment out of the box. The serviceman used the comb to straighten out the fins. Other downside was no followup call to insure our satisfaction, which I look at as good customer service. Otherwise, Great!

I told them to get lost. They were taking advantage of the hard freeze, and my potential lack of knowledge.

I was very happy with the work performed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did think the price was kind of high compared to other quotes, but I was satisfied with the outcome. He also guaranteed all the work for me.

Badly! They have a $100 coupon in Angie's list so I called them. BUT they wouldn't quote a price on the phone. Instead they wanted to send a person over to give me a quote. I already knew what was going to happen and it did. Their guy showed up and sure enough, their prices were sky high! Even on the low end for the water heater and even after their $100 discount coupon their prices were way higher than a supply store or the other fellow I used. They are a total waste of your time. Keep away!

The ARS installers arrived on time and did a good job of removing the old heating unit from the attic and installing the new one without making a mess. They were courteous while they were in our home. There was a small problem with the ductwork being in the wrong place, which was discovered after about a week. ARS immediately sent out a field supervisor who was able to re-route it right away. We will continue to do business with ARS. Their customer service is great!

I had a good experience and they did come out that same day I called them. They were a little high priced but I was not really concerned about that. This had to be done and what more professional people to do it for me. Everything is fine now and I have no regrets hiring them. They did their work just as I had expected them to.

Initially, I called Yes Plumbing because my air conditioner was making strange noises. The first time I called no one could really help me. It took close to 4 days for them to finally return my call. It turns out that it was the condenser and they wanted to charge me a hefty sum in labor charges to have it fixed. After much debate as to what he sold me originally and what the warranty in fact covered, the owner decided to give me the labor for free. I do feel that even though the office was something to be desired, the serviceman made up for their indifferences.

They gave me a quote with only the price listed. It didn't have any description of what kind of work or parts were needed, and I had another company do the work for less than half of their quote!

My unit was 40 years old I called several companies for bids. This company was slighter higher for the same unit, but the service plan was a better deal. My credit was fair, but they got me approved with low interest rate. The unit was installed in less than 24 hours.

ARS was contracted by American Home Shield Home Warranty Co. to repair my central A/C unit. After waiting 5 days for their first open scheduled appointment they failed to phone or show up. When I called them they stated I had to be rescheduled. They said they called the day before to reschedule me but no one was at home (I was working). I took a vacation day to be home for their appointment day but they did not bother to call me on my appointment day to tell me they were not coming. Had they called me I could have worked half a day, as it turned out I lost a whole day's work because of them. I would NEVER deal with them again.

The repairman was friendly and polite, and after starting the job, discovered that the idiots who put in the original water heater didn't make sure all the seals for the gas exhaust were tight. He was amazed our family wasn't dead from carbon monoxide. He corrected the problem and was very professional. Having a water heater go out is a stressful thing, but ARS made it so bearable.

They arrived real fast. I was very impressed with the amount of time it took to get to my house. They looked at the problem, quoted a price, and stuck to it. The work was completed within an hour. I would use them again in a minute.

Technician was very knowledable on his line of work. no add-on sales, like other company will push people around to have other services to be added, but its non related. Very responsive company, they have a technician the next day, even though i call after noon.

The company was very professional but the prices are TOO HIGH!!!! They wanted over $550.00 including a 5% discount! I declined the work & paid for the $79 trip charge. Then they give you a fancy printed poster that explains why they charge so much: Insurance, training equipment, rent, etc, etc.

I have an American Home Shield Home Warranty, I and called them when my air conditioning (heat pump) went out. They sent ARS to fix it. The technician showed up on time for the appointment, which was about 30 hours after I made the call. He diagnosed the problem in about 1 hour, but the necessary part had to be ordered, so it was another two days before he returned to fix it. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to repair my air conditioning. In July, that's a long time to go without AC in Las Vegas. Still, the technician did a good job and showed up when he was supposed to, which is fairly rare for a contractor. I have heard mixed reports about home warranties, but mine has come in handy. I paid a $55 deductible for a job that cost an estimated $600 - $700. Even if you subtract the $360 per year for the home warranty, that's still a considerable savings.

They are on time, or if they are delayed they call and tell you. I've always appreciated their work. They always wear booties over their shoes to protect the carpet. I consider them to be reasonably priced. I've never had any difficulty with anyone from there. I have no complaints.
