Description of Work: We have been using Window Bright in excess of 10 years. We have a fairly large house and they perform outside window cleaning on a scheduled basis (i.e., every 2 months for $65); We occasionally (i.e., maybe every 18 months) arrange for an outside and inside window cleaning for $130. Since they come every 2 month, and we don't require a scheduled appointment (i.e., 9:30 AM), the Punctuality and Responsiveness questions are not really relevant. As long as they show up on the scheduled day (and they do), we aren't picky about the time - anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. As a side note, they also repair and/or replace window and door screens. I've only used this service once, and I would give them a similar high rating for this service.

Description of Work: The owner of the business (Anthony) came out and gave me the bid on re-screening my front and side windows on my home. He took my screens and they were returned within two weeks. The front of the house looked GREAT but two windows on each side of my house were "missing" and two windows that were not to get re-screened were done instead, and put on windows on the back of my house. |When I called to say that I was missing the two side windows that were to be done and asked why two windows were done in the back of the house Anthony called me back and told me that his workers told him that I told them to put the two screens on the back windows of the house. I told Anthony that this was not true, and he said begrudging he would build two new frames and screen them for me at no cost. |Then I figured out that Anthony did not take the correct screens to begin with because I found the two frames that were for the windows on the side of my house. I told him that I found the two screens, and that i would pay for the ones he had to make. He told me that they would originally be $50.00 each but he would take $35.00 each. We exchanged e-mails and several phone calls regarding this matter. |Since they already had the two new screens made they brought them out and installed them. They were supposed to call me when they were to deliver the screens and did not - so I was not home to inspect them. |When I looked at the screens that they made they were Horrible - they were bent, had gaps in them and did not fit the windows. |I then e-mailed and called Anthony again and suggested that he might want to come out to see these screens because they did not fit my windows, and I felt were not a good representation of his company. I would be happy to pay for them but they needed to be correct. |Then it went totally down hill from there. Anthony came out and complained to me that his "people were giving his product away" and that "I got the screens done at cost", and just complaining to me about how hot it was and about his employees! I told him I did not want the two screens that they had made because they did not fit my windows, so he took them down and by the time he left he was yelling at me which I found to be very unprofessional, and a little scary. He then calmed down and said for me to give him my two screens that I found that fit my windows and he would re-screen them for free. Well it seems he did not remember taking my two screens and so he brought back two other screens - that still do not fit one of my windows. I did not complain again to him or his installers on the final install of these two windows because I did not want to get into another argument or get yelled at again, I just wanted to be done with him and his company. He was very unprofessional and hard to deal with.

Response from Window Bright Window Cleaning
July 15, 2014 ANGIE’S LIST In Response: [member name removed] I am saddened with this client [member name removed] angry review. My Name is Anthony Mosley owner and founder of Window Bright Inc. DBA Window Bright Window Cleaning since its conception and formation March 1993. Our family owned business has been keeping Southern Nevada’s Windows sparking clean for more than 20 years. We are one of the oldest, largest and most respected residential windows cleaning service in Southern Nevada with over 100,000 properties serviced and over 3000 properties on automatic schedule. Over 400 of these properties are buildings, commercial strip malls, office complexes and residential communities. [member name removed] hired Window Bright Window Cleaning, Screening and Pressure Washing to “re-screen” the front and both sides of her house to the newer 80% Stucco Solar Screen Suntex by Phifer. She stated “I do not want the back done at this time because I do not have the money and cannot afford it at this time. I told [member name removed] no problem we have no problem screening a partial house or just build a few screens as long as we meet our minimum order of $70.00. We like to keep our clients for life and we do not try and get rich off of one sale. [member name removed] smiled and then directed me to her work shed in the back of her house where I found her assortment of scrambled, old, ugly, dirty, faded, Sun Screen that were once rated at 70% Solar protection but are now completely ineffective. I had to quickly measure her entire house just to map out where these assorted screens went. Miss Pitts followed, watched and tried to help asking question after question the entire time. In 20 years of being in business I have come across a few clients like this and it doesn’t bother me because I guess I have 1000% confidence in what we do and if we don’t know an answer to a question we will get it within minutes. We finished [member name removed] order beautifully transforming her old faded dark screens into a more beautiful light Stucco 80% mesh material that completely enhanced the value and look of her house. In-Fact [member name removed] screens are so outstanding her house is the envy of her entire neighborhood and as a consequence we obtained two more jobs from people just driving by and seen her brand new solar screens. The Problem started a couple of days after the job was completely finished and paid for. 1. [member name removed] called our office and claimed that (2) two Solar Screens were never installed. We said ok we really did not believe it but it’s possible that perhaps two screens may have gotten left behind or lost in transportation. However, we are not going to doubt the veracity of our client. Furthermore [member name removed] wanted them there either the very next day, a weekend or it was a holiday or something like that because our normal installer was off and we had to send out our Operations Manager to install these two screens. When our operations manager installed the two screens they did not fit and needed to be trimmed. I forgot that these where originally re-screen measurements and not a true measurement for building purposes. When [member name removed] did not like the small minute gap at the corners of the two screens she rejected them, left and came back with our 2 original Re-Screens that she claimed she did not have. [member name removed] then told me that she found the two screens against the house a couple of hours after her complaint to my office, when asked why she did not call and report the finding she could not answer. We installed the two screens again and while walking out to my truck to leave, [member name removed] started complaining that my 2 newly built Solar Screen frames the corners to be exact was not as good as tight as the corners on her old frames. I explained that the corners did not completely touch perfectly because they had to get trimmed because of the rescreen measurements. So, I built her another free Solar Screens just to prove our abilities. She then started complaining that I promised her two free screens to prove our abilities and claimed that I took two of her old ratty screens. I explained to [member name removed] that all I took was our two new screens that we built for her and I took precise measurements to build her one Free Solar Screen to prove our ability in which I did. I then refused to give away any more free items. I did everything in my power to make Miss Glenna Pitt’s happy. She wanted free screens and manipulated Window Bright Inc., to get them. After much reflection to this matter and even though we are extremely busy right now from May 1st until August 31st it is like our Black Friday. I felt that this complaint was important and that I should stop and invest some time in explaining our position. I believe Miss Glenna Pitt’s proceeded to remove, conceal and hide the two side re-screens somewhere on her property to obtain additional Solar Screens for free. We knew her claim was highly unusual. However, we really did our best to make every client happy to a fault, after identifying the two side windows that were claimed to be missing. We simply built two more. No questions asked. Even after all of the hard work to make Miss. Glenna Pitt’s happy she still wrote one of the most vicious and mean reviews I have ever read. I hope the Angie’s list community will judge Window Bright Inc., from our thousands of satisfied clients over the past twenty years some clients are the most influential, political and celebrated individuals and properties in our valley from property developers like Mr. McDonald of McDonald ranch and Gary Goette builder of Southern Highlands all the way down to a humble $5.00 two window Charleston Stamp Store on West Charleston/Upland and a small 4 window office $10 Tom Ferrier State Farm office at buffalo & West Cliff. No Job is too big or too small. We value our customers equally. Sincerely, Anthony V. Mosley Window Bright Inc, - Owner Las Vegas Solar Screens Power Washing Las Vegas

Window Bright did a very good job with my windows. They were well cleaned with no spots or smudges on them. They sent out a good crew of people who knew what they were doing. I was pleased with their service. The workers were honest and trustworthy. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I had them do the inside windows periodically as well.
Description of Work: They cleaned the outside of 20 windows for me.

Window Bright Window Cleaning was very dependable. The one thing that I really like about this company is that they hire the handicap people to do the work and still provide a marvelous service. I do have them come out once every three months to clean our windows. They also offer cleaning of your screens but they charge you an extra twenty dollars for that.
Description of Work: They cleaned 22 windows in our house. They even took off the screens to do the cleaning.
