Very, very well!! I loved working with Window Bright. All workers and especially Anthony, the owner, were very respectful and easy to talk to. They were always ready to do whatever I needed. Work was very well done and really made my landscaping pop. And I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were. Now I am so pleased and proud of my yard. These guys are professionals and in high demand as well they should be.

Our Go To Company For Home Enhancements - Window Bright When we scheduled a Window Cleaning quote with Window Bright, we didn't expect the owner, Anthony, to come out and conduct it. He was very friendly and likeable and gave us a great quote for window cleaning once a quarter. When his crew came out, they were also friendly and efficient and our windows were so clean we could have eaten off them. When Anthony later inquired what we wanted to do with our jacked up patio (in disrepair), he had our full attention. In the end, we agreed on a resurfacing, a pool deck covering and a sealer for the patio. We are so thrilled with the final product. The lady of the house often peers at the patio just to see how beautiful it looks. But wait there's more. Anthony also offered us a couple secret improvements for our house facade which we also took him up on all for a reasonable price. We are sure Window Bright's work added $20K to our home's already high value. We already know when we need new window screens we'll give Window Bright Window Cleaning our business for sure.

Anthony responded immediately and gave me a very reasonable quote for a trailer window screen repair. His employee Quincy came out to do the work. We ran into an unexpected complication because of the type of screen frame I have on the trailer window. The job would have involved a lot more work and time than a regular screen repair and after discussing the job with Anthony and Quincy, we all agreed that it would be best that I try an alternate method of repair. I decided to hold off on the repair for now but really appreciated Anthony's honesty about the job and cost, as well as his willingness to troubleshoot and offer alternate solutions. The professionalism both Anthony and Quincy showed speaks volumes about the business and I will look forward to using this company in the future as well as refering others. Anthony and his crew did a great job! We actually hired another company that was supposed to show up at 9 am, but didn't come to our house til 11, then wanted to charged way more then quoted over the phone. The Window Bright crew was able to come to our house on the same day, and clean our driveway and sidewalks better then expected. They were professional and efficient and all at a great price.

Very prompt service at a good price. There was only 1 window that was subpar being cleaned which was due to paint overspray from outside. If it was going to cost more to remove the paint from window, then it would have been nice to be notified that it would cost more to remove instead of finding it later. Besides that, I would definitely use them again, and they did a great job on windows that had not been cleaned for over 10years.

Two windows were very dirty and also had calcium deposit from sprinkler water hitting the glass over a period of time. The worst one had damage to the seal and was pointed out by the cleaner. Steps have been taken to repair the seal and damage. Very much appreciated. Plan to have windows cleaned regularly henceforth. It will probably be quarterly.

I must commend Window Bright for an excellent job on installing new solar screens, cleaning windows, pressure washing and disposal of material. I called them to obtain a free estimate for 16 new solar screens for my windows, including a large sliding door. I had gotten six estimates from other local contractors. All were rushed, reluctant to haul away my old screens, and highly priced. (One contractor never even showed up or called regarding our appointment). Window Bright promised superior value for my money (including a great labor warranty and free services), a quality product, and a professional attitude. They totally delivered on that promise. Their people called ahead to confirm the appointments, showed up on time and ready to work, were very polite, and completed their tasks cleanly and professionally. The windows were beautifully washed, the solar screens expertly installed, and the driveway was spotless. The old screens were hauled away, and the work area was left clean. I was emailed the manufacturer’s warranties for the screens, and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I live in Sun City Summerlin, an over-55 community, where the HOA standards are high in order to maintain property values, safety, and overall appearance. My neighbors have inquired about who did the work at my house, and I’m proud to say Window Bright!

This company may do window cleaning but the owner assured me they also do solar screens. I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional service. The owner promises 10 additional things all in writing all over the contract, which should have been a clue of unprofessionalism. It took three days for installation, because they did not bring all the solar screens the first day. After installation on the second day, I mention that the grids in the solar screens were not aligned with the grids on the windows. The installer told me that the grids on the solar screens were lined up with the window and that was as good as it was going to get; when I mentioned that the owner told me that they would be aligned with the grids on the window; he (realized) stated that the grids can be adjusted; the grids were adjusted to their liking and then to mine (forgetting the customer is always right). The installer was constantly answering his cell phone from the office, the owner showed up and came into my home screaming about the installers taking the time to adjust the grids and I reiterated what he told me; the screens would be aligned. One solar screen could not be adjusted because the grids were nailed to the solar screen and the grids were totally off from the window. I told the owner that I was not satisfied and the screen was unacceptable, he continue to scream and told the installers to remove all the screen and that he was going to take me to court because I was a difficult person to deal with.

They work quickly and they are neat and professional. They do everything right.

The job was done professionally and efficiently. It took less time than we thought and the results were better than we expected. Had I had any idea that we could get these results for such a great price I would have done this a long time ago! Thanks for the job well done.

Anthony and his crew installed screens on my home last year and they did such a great job! I called them back to clean the screens and my windows and they again did such a great job. They are always pleasant and kind. Thank you so much for a great job!

I asked for a solar screen estimate for the back of the house (ground) level on September 24 and scheduled a window cleaning at the same time. I called back On September 25 to cancel the window cleaning because the painter took longer than expected. At that time, I also asked about the status of my solar screen estimate. I was told by the office that they didn't have the estimate back yet but would follow up and get back to me. On October 1, I called again to inquire about the estimate. She said she still didn't have it but would look into it. Later that day, Anthony called me and said he had previously gone out to the house and thought he had sent my estimate to the office but obviously he hadn't done so. He later sent it to me via email. After I reviewed the estimate, I had more questions since the estimate was for the entire house which isn't what I asked for. So I needed to break it down to a smaller more affordable price, I called him back and we discussed some options and I said I would get back with my final answer. He said I shouldn't waste time because it would take 4 days to get the work done. I called to discuss another option later that afternoon so I could order the screen that day. When I didn't hear back, I sent him a text at 4:08 pm and still didn't get a response. I called again the following morning (October 2) to ask for a price to rescreen 2 windows and the slider but Anthony wasn't in the office. The office couldn't answer my question and said I had to speak to Anthony. I was told to expect a call from him that afternoon. When he didn't call back, I called again about 2 pm and was told he was out to lunch and he would call me later. I called again at the end of the day and spoke to someone I believe it was his wife and asked her to place the order for just the solar screen and pet guard and told her I wasn't interested in any other work at that point. I just needed the screen door replaced with a pet guard. I told her that Anthony said it would take 4 days so the order had to go out that day. She said she couldn't without Anthony's approval. When I didn't hear back from him I emailed and telephoned Anthony again and still no response. I called again today, October 3 and left a voice mail message this morning at the office and said if he had not ordered the screen door and pet guard as requested, he could cancel my request and I will go elsewhere. He called later today and with a sarcastic tone said "My wife mentioned you had a question." I responded "no, just want to know if you ordered the screen door and pet guard like I requested." "If not, don't bother, I will take my business elsewhere. He said okay and hung up. No apology for not returning my calls, text or email, just okay and hung up. He was unprofessional and in my opinion has no business being on you website. I sent yo the copy of the email and can send you the text message as well. He wasted over a week of my time and was unprofessional, there is no excuse for his lack of responsiveness

The guys from Window Bright came and started right to work. They cleaned all our windows outside and our solar screens. We have a lot of them too, as we have a 2 story house. Very professional and worked very hard. They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again!

Purchased a Big deal for Window Bright Window Cleaning. I had them come out and clean the exterior windows on my home.

Our overall experience was very good. I called to make an appointment and they were available the following day. The price was reasonable and fair. The owner came out the day before to give an estimate and survey the chandeliers to be cleaned. The two workers that came were very professional and respectful of our wood floors,, marble floors and covered them during the cleaning. All the chandeliers turned out beautifully.

I purchased a Groupon to have the windows cleaned in our new home. Window Bright was very easy to work with, on time, efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using again in the near future.

Overall I think they did a great job. One of the windows had hard water marks from the sprinkle. And they got it crystal clear.

A visit was scheduled for 3:30pm on 3/5 to get an estimate. Over the phone, I was told the approximate cost would be $240. Anthony (I believe he is the owner) arrived 45 minutes late. He apologized for being late and said he is unable (for personal reasons) to make 3:30 appointments but that the schedulers make the mistake of scheduling him at that time. This was frustrating to me because I left work early to be on time for the appointment. After he looked at what I needed (2 patio door screens), he said it would be $320. I asked why so much more than what I was quoted over the phone and again he said that the people I spoke to made the mistake of not understanding what was being requested and under-quoted. He noticed a window that needed re-screening and said they could do that at the same time. Anthony also told me they do window cleaning. All of my windows need cleaning (this is a home I just purchased), so I decided to allow him to clean the 2 patio doors and the window that were having screen work done. While we did not start on the "right foot," Anthony's demeanor gave me a sense of confidence. I figured if I was pleased with the work they did, I would have them come back 2-3x a year and clean all of my windows and repair/replace more screens too. I gave Anthony a deposit of $160. The repair/cleaning was scheduled for 3/8. On that day, no one showed up. When I called the office to ask why no one came, I was told she had the appointment down for 3/9 and assured me they would be there the next day. When the workers arrived, they called to ask how to get in the house (I told Anthony to have them call me as I had a key hidden for them). I told the worker where the key was; he was very crabby and just said, "How am I gonna get paid?" I told him I had already paid $160 and that I would be there before they finished to check the work - and that Anthony had told me I could call in the balance to his office with a credit card. When I arrived, they were already gone. I was very upset to find they had not cleaned the windows as agreed. I called the office and was told the workers were on their way back to my house to clean the windows - they had forgotten. I assumed they would remove the screens so that they could do a thorough job, but they weren't (the windows should have been cleaned BEFORE the screens were installed - that was the whole point of it). They did a really lousy job - a child would have done a better cleaning the windows. I had to do it over myself - which is very frustrating because I paid them to do it. While they were still there, I looked over the 2 new patio door screens and was pleased with them - except for the locks on them. While I understand that patio door screen locks are not secure at all - these were the cheapest, lousiest ones I have ever seen. They were made so poorly that that would not stay in the unlocked position - they just kept dropping to the locked position - but didn't really lock. When I showed this to the workers, they just shrugged their shoulders. After they left, I removed the locks because they were so bad. I called the company to express my disappointment with the workers and pay the balance. I was told I owed another $210 - but I had recalled Anthony saying my balance would be $190. She said no, it was $210. I paid it, begrudgingly.

They were very professional and very punctual. They did a great job. They did everything. We just talked on the phone and email. I paid him over online. I didn?t even have to go anywhere. It was great service.

They finished the job in about 1-1/2 hrs. They did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.

Window Bright does a great job with my windows. I have used them for several years now. They are a very non expensive company who does a good job. However, I always have different workers coming out. It is very rare to see the same face. It is not a bother to me because they only do the outside; they do not actually come into my home.
