It was reasonable. It was above average. The reason I went with them was that they were on Angie’s List.

Very well. Extremely responsive. Good crew of two. No actual damages or injuries. Door works well. Despite the coupon, the total was higher than competitors' prices advertised here in AL. The nylon replacement rollers which Western uses are probably superior.

He had to do it pretty quick before my painters came to paint and he did. They made a mistake and they emailed and said that I owed them money and I never paid the bill and I had to send them proof and that took care of that. I called them since because I was going to see if they wanted to do fencing for me and talked to one guy there and he said he was going to pass the message along and I never heard back from them and that was a couple of months ago. The guy came out quick and he got the job done fast. He knew I needed a quick turnover and he did it. It came out nice.

I have had a good experience. They are a good company.

They were great. They were timely and did what they said they were going to do. The quality was outstanding. I've had no issues with the product after it was completed and there were no callbacks. They were extremely reliable.

I thought they were very good. What I liked about this company was my garage door was damaged before I bought the house and I was of the opinion I would have to replace the garage door, but they actually did a very good job of bracing it so the remote control that was pre-programmed worked great. The braces held up and the aesthetics of the door are fine enough, but because it was a break in the sheet metal I was told by several people that I would have to get a new garage door, but they put a brace in place for a very low cost that held the door up until today. I don't recall being disappointed with their responsiveness. Their professionalism was good.

They arrived the same day to troubleshoot the problem and install the new parts the following day. Could not ask for better service.

We had an issue with our automatic gate not working last night. I called them late last night and they answered their phone. They gave me the option for an emergency call or I could save money by waiting until the morning. I'm all about saving money and they were right on time this morning. Their technician was very quick with the diagnosis and had our gate back up and running in no time. Since it was such a quick fix for him he offered to do a little preventative maintenance on our gate and motor (for free). He put some spray grease on the chain and wheels that makes our gate much quieter then it has been. I was excited to hear that they also do Garage Doors and will definitely use them in the future. A+ Service.

They did a fine job. The opener works. It seemed like a fair price. They came out when they said they would and took care of it. I was pleased. The quality was first rate. They called back the same day I called them. I was just very satisfied, and compared to some people, they were great.

It was a great deal and a great guy that came out. I would recommend them.

They did a great job the were fast and were here within an hour and a half, they were very professional and courteous. Only thing i found disappointing was i never received a receipt.

They arrived promptly and executed the installation of the new garage door opener quickly and professionally. As well, they installed new rollers and adjusted the chain tension, checking everything. I am extremely pleased with the work and the time they took to explain the new features available. Definitely would recommend and use again.

He accomplished all of his tasks like a professional. Had all of the Tools needed and parts he needed. Cleaned up after himself also.

The service man called to confirm appointment time, then called to let us know he was ahead of schedule and wanted to come sooner which was no problem for us. When he arrived, he was very pleasant and adjusted our gate opening gap and also looked at our garage door which had a couple of bent panels. He was unable to do anything with the garage door panels, but, he did lubricate the springs and tracks. (He also sent photos and a description back to the company's garage door specialist for recommendations. I did receive a phone call the next day. I was told the only thing that could be done to fix the panels would be full door replacement.) Unfortunately, the gate gap reappeared after only several openings and closings. I called back for a return service call. Matthew came out, but he was tardy and we played telephone tag for a while. Anyway, he did make it out within an hour and a half of our scheduled time. He readjusted the gate using a different technique than the first service man did. He did tell us the adjustment was just temporary and we would likely have to replace the opening unit or just continue to make adjustments periodically and likely with more frequency. He was going to e-mail me a replacement proposal which I have not yet received (maybe there was an address issue). Both men were very personable and friendly and seemed to know their business. I will likely call them again if gate or garage door service is needed.

Went well. Asked for the earliest appointment and they were a little late. The service was done rather quickly. The door opens and closes way better than it did before.

He showed up promptly, as a matter a fact, he called because he was finishing his first job early & wanted to come early & we told him to come early & he got here about 30-45 minutes earlier than scheduled. He was here a grand total of 30-40 minutes. He left his info on the garage door in case we need any other support later. My husband was in the garage with him & he was very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality & efficiency. We are very please with his service provider.

Purchased the AngiesList Big-Deal for $95 (for Garage Door Reconditioning Plus Replacing your Rollers). Within 5 min. of purchase of the deal, I received a call from their office to schedule an appointment. I chose an available time slot for the next day. I received a phone call from their service engineer, Elgin, 1 hour prior to the appointment time to confirm our address and time of arrival. Elgin arrived on-time, inspected the door and related equipment, informed me that the deal included 10 new nylon rollers and that my door had 12. To replace the additional 2 rollers would be $10 per roller. I opted to have the additional 2 replaced for $20 while he was in the middle of replacing the other rollers. He was very professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. He was very helpful in, providing upon request, quotes for potential door services in the future (i.e.: door insulation, spring replacements, etc.). Our door is amazingly quiet now with opening and closing. Great job and service!
