Description of Work: Maybe I would use them. I paid for a garage door tuneup and he completed the work very quickly, recommending that we have the rollers replaced. He tightened the chain and did one other thing but I don't remember what it was because he had a electronic invoice that I signed but have not received a copy of the work done. The door worked fine before the serviceman came and it works fine now.

Description of Work: After reading reviews on Angie's List I called Western Door to check out my garage door and program the keypad. They arrived the following date, replaced the rollers, etc. All in about 15 minutes. Really polite efficient tech.

Description of Work: Eljin was great and connected the garage door opener so it would work..we just bought this older home and the garage door opener was there but previous owners didn't use it...so Eljin connected it so it would work and put a bracket up that was not connected to opener..he was fast, efficient and the price was great...would definitely use them again...:)

Description of Work: A double garage door was not responding to opening or closing. A deal was offered for the brand of our door opener, LiftMaster. Polite installers came and said that new sensors were needed. They were installed but shortly after they left, the door did not open. Three calls were needed before the sensors did operate. 6 months later, the same problem occurred. When I called to schedule a repair call, the scheduler Kevin was extremely rude implying that I must have damaged the sensors. He also informed me that they had already returned for three free calls and there would be a minimum charge of $65. Those 3 "free calls" happened the week of the faulty installation. I had not begun this recall expecting free service, but I decided to not continue with Western. Through Angie's list I called another company and had a knowledgeable scheduler who was the same person who came to assess the problem. He took one look at the sensors and informed me that they were not wired properly. He rewired the photo eye and also lubricated the double door and checked the single garage door and lubricated that door as well for a total of $95. I did not respond with a review of Western because I felt I did not want to cause anymore anxiety for myself over the rudeness of the person in charge and the frustration I had experienced with the original installation. I have been generous with my grades because the original offer price was fair and the installers were pleasant, prompt and professional.
