The plumbing labor was combined with a water heater replace that added $1050 to the cost. I think this is reasonable for the size water heater.

The Father / Son team takes pride in their work. Excellent customer service. They are experienced, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient & professional. Thrilled to have found them. Not only do they sell/install the highest quality patented water treatment system, they are also excellent plumbers; will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Plus...they're really nice guys...enjoyed having them in my home!

He came on time and is pleasant, but was useless. He did not even check if my water is good or not despite my problem with my water softener. I had it checked before and the other guy really checked my water with sample in tubes and chemical testing. He did not do any of it.

One of the owners actually came by. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took only a few minutes to figure what the problem was. He even showed me when I asked to see it. So I got down under the sink and he pointed to what he fixed and explained it. He had no problems answering my layman's questions in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need help in the future, I will use them.

I wasnt able to get the services completed because my type of equipment was not included in the price of the deal due to it being high end. He was very nice and polite over the phone.

He did the repairs and seemed like he took less than an hour . He did the repairs and the worked but I feel like the added charges weren't made clear and that the total cost wasn't much of a savings

They could not perform the service. They said there was a part that wouldn't fit and the gentleman told me he would try to get the correct part, but I never heard anything back. They came very fast and were very nice, but it has been over a week and I never heard anything back from them.

Service was performed as advertised. Provider was on time and courteous. There is a sales offer for a water softer system, but it was a soft-sales pitch, and nothing was uncomfortable about it. The Angie's List deal essentially offered free, professional installation for new RO filters.

They cancelled on me once, and I rescheduled and they still haven’t showed up.

He was most courteous from his arrival until the job was done. He knew what he was doing and was very pleasant in the process. For no additional cost, he helped me with my water softener problem and spent considerable time breaking up the salt freeze. I feel confident in the provider enough to use them again (actually I have)!

Our kitchen sink got clogged. I called the company before buying a big deal for 2 hours pluming and they confirmed they do clog removal. I bought the deal from AL. When I called the day after to schedule an appointment and explained our problem with more detail, I was informed that this job requires a drainage company not a pluming company. The owner was very professional and I really appreciated his honesty and help in finding the right person for the job. I will for sure use this company later if I need a pluming job.

My experience with them went good. They showed up on time but they didn't have the parts they needed, so we had to take a 45 minutes break to go get them but nothing matters and it was all right. I recommend them because the guy they sent was good in what he was talking about and he didn't mess around.

Great company and customer service they just couldn't do all the work I needed for the value of the deal.

An added note - We had expected to have to replace the existing R/O tank, we thought it was gone, but Keith was able to get it working again, there by saving us about $85. We would definitely use this company again!

The owner was very nice, but explained that he would not be able to honor the deal for what I needed. He recommended I call someone else and get a refund for the deal from Angie's List.

A really bad smell was coming from either the dishwasher or the garbage disposal but couldn't tell which one it was. Turns out there was a stale water build up in the garbage disposal line, so they fixed that and then checked on the dishwasher to see if there was a build up there as well. I was amazed at how fast they found that smell, it took them maybe 5 minutes to find it. They also fixed a leak that was leaking water underneath the sink in the master bathroom. Turns out the fixture itself was leaking and all it needed was to be resealed. I have NOT had any problems since repairs were fixed. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. They were extremely knowledgeable as well as very professional & efficient.

They did the work fine. They tried working on the connection to the refrigerator but they were unable to get that inline but it wasn't necessarily their fault.
