Kept appointments with notification if he would be a little late. Replaced softner and gave good instructions about usage. Courteous and Capable.

I have used Hague in the past and have always been pleased with the results. Plumber is professional and helpful in discussing what needs t be done.

After researching and getting quotes from three potential companies, I selected Dylan and Hague Quality Water. I made the right choice. Dylan was informative, helping me choose the right solutions for my house. He was able to schedule the installation immediately so I was up and running in just two days. Dylan was prompt, pleasant and professional. After completing the install, Dylan reminded me they are licensed plumbers which I hadn't realized at the time. From here on out Dylan and his company will be my go to guys for all things plumbing.

Mr. Korth was able to advance the appointment time to the same day and tested the water softener, confirming our expectation of poor performance. We arranged to replace the old water softener the next day, which was done on the projected schedule, very quickly.

I have barely heard from them in the two weeks they were supposed to do work; they wanted $5000 in order to finish the work. I would not recommend him to anyone. I waited for two weeks and three days and haven?t heard from him yet. They were irresponsible and unprofessional. They were also disrespectful. Promises were not kept.

This company is professional and provides prompt customer service. They answered my call, immediately scheduled a free estimate. They called before they arrived, were on time, and efficient. This is a plumbing company I trust and will work with for all future plumbing needs. These folks set a higher bar for the Las Vegas area. I appreciate that level of service, honesty and kindness - it goes a long way. Highly recommend them.

He checked the water and found it to be sufficient. He also talked to us and thoroughly answered our questions. While here, he also checked the output of our refrigerator water filter. All in all, very congenial and professional. I recommend the company and will use them in the future if needed.

Expertly diagnosed an existing osmosis drinking water system. Worked diligently to achieve excellent results while completing a difficult installation of a new dishwasher. The final fit and finish is PERFECT! Professionally cleared a clogged air gap hose line connected to the dishwasher. Quickly assessed and corrected a old, unsatisfactory water supply positioned for a refrigerator with water services. Finished a day of several hours of work by efficiently installing a Hague WaterMax whole-house water softening system, with multi-stage water filtering, two bags of salt, flushing the system filters for proper and immediate operation. Provided complete operating instructions (almost none), and warranty information. All work areas were spotless and clean. Price included an appropriate discount for Angie's List membership, and military/veteran/senior citizen discounts. We are very pleased! Hague Quality Water are the specialists to call!

The gentleman came, replaced the faucet and was very professional and friendly. I would use his company again.

They arrived on time and did the work. They cleaned up afterwards and checked the system for any leaks prior to departure.

Already told the details, why do I have to repeat myself to get survey to submit? Attempt # two (this is why I dont do Angie List surveys... The surveys themselves are the hassel!)

Although this discovery was made only after he removed the original toilet, we declined the special and be replaced the original toilet with no cost. We filed a refund with Angie's List and within a week the funds were returned to my account. I would definitely use this plumber again just for his honesty alone.

I called and was told he had an opening that day. He showed up on time and got right to it. He was quick, friendly, professional. No hidden cost, and didn't try and up sell me. He finished installing the equipment and showed me how to work it. I would definitely recommend this company, hands down I have my new plumber!

I was having my garage floor epoxied and needed my water softener unhooked and removed for this process , then put back after the work on the garage floor was completed. Prior to hiring Hague Quality water I had called several licensed plumbers for estimates, when I talked to Kyle I was feeling pretty confidant I had hired the right company. He actually gave me some information on the plumbing company that had done some previous work on my house before my sister and I moved in (yearly maintenance on osmosis under kitchen sink, water softener in garage. They had left company stickers on the equipment with information and phone numbers) When I told Kyle I was waiting for a call back from this company he preceded to tell me a story that was not so nice about the owners of this company, needless to say I went with Quality waters. I had gotten a quote from Kyle for 200.00, 100.00 due when they removed the water softener and 100.00 when they put it back in the garage. Once Kyle removed the water softener he told me it was old and needed to be replace, he tested the water and said that the water softener wasn't working and should be replaced. He gave me a quote of around 750.00 to replace it. I called my sister at work to let her know what was going on, she asked for Kyle s phone number so she could call and talk to him When she called she got Dylan, Kyle's son he actually told her 1000.00 to replaced the water softener. We decided to just have the original water softener re installed, it seemed to have been working fine before all this, we figured if it worked great and if not we would deal with it at another time when we could afford it. Especially after the money we had just put out for the garage floor. I had a time with Dylan between 1 and 2 Pm today to have to softener re installed, I had left to run some errands and was back to my house by 12;40. Dylan had already came by when I got home, there was also a message on my home phone that they had come by and now needed to reschedule, which they couldn't do until Wednesday. I am furious with them and very unhappy, I feel like I got shaft.,I rescheduled even though I was not happy, I needed my water softener hooked back up. Not five minutes after I called them to reschedule I get a phone call from Dylan that he and his father Kyle do not need my business and will not be putting back the water softener. I am appalled that a Company can get away with this kind of behavior, being a single women I thought getting someone through Angie's List would help avoid this kind of bad businesses. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

THey could not complete the service but they were very professional, very reliable, knowledgeable. I've had work done in the past by them.
