Contacted Hague plumbing on recommendation of my brother. Gentlemen came out and provided us with an estimate of approximately $1,700 - $1,900. We purchased the specific toilets we wanted and the water heater after reviewing several brands on line. The water heater we purchased was not what they usually use but no problem. The technician picked up the items at the local home improvement stores for us on the way to the house. The technician notified us of approximate arrival and was very prompt. The young man was very professional and personable. Unfortunately we had issues with the water heater we purchased so he exchanged it for a new one so we didn't have to do the it ourselves. I called the home improvement store of the issue and was ready for the exchange when he arrived. This young man was very dedicated to his job and discussed what he was doing with my husband. We expected there would be more than one individual to do the job but the young man replaced 3 toilets, 1 water heater and the cartridge in our shower control within 6 hours. This also included running back to the home improvement store for us. We will use Hague Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and recommend Hague Plumbing for their outstanding service.

When I spoke with the company when setting the appointment, they recommended I purchase a faucet to have ready if it was needed. That would save time on getting the problem fixed. If it wasn’t needed, it could be returned. So I bought a new faucet.

The other gentleman ask if I had called the service number on the unit. We had the unit for about 8 years and I thought it would not do me any good because of the age. He called the number and talked to several people. He then gave me the numbers for the head office in Arizona and the number for the local office in Las Vegas. He then tells me the unit is still under warranty. WOW! How great was that! I ask them what we owed them for their time and he said nothing. There were glad they could help and went on there way. Outstanding!

I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing labor from Hague Quality Water. I had two issues. There was a broken anti-syphon valve in my front yard, and I thought I had a leaking pipe in the backyard. The work Hague Quality Water did was a disappointment. First, this company is paperless, so you get nothing in writing up front. After the work is done you sign a blank screen on the serviceman?s cell phone and the invoice is emailed with the signature included on the page. ?Buyer beware,? is appropriate here. Everything was fine until the work done in the backyard?diagnosed as a leaking sprinkler valve, was worse after the repair than before the work was done. Chaz came out on 8/18/2014. He did the front yard, then determined that the sprinkler valve in the irrigation box on the left was causing the wet area and flooded irrigation boxes in backyard. He replaced the leaking valve, I was charged $225.46 (in addition to the $99 paid for the Big Deal) and after 3 hours he went on his way. After receiving the emailed invoice I noticed there was no warranty information so I texted Chaz. He replied that he stands by his work. I checked the irrigation boxes on 8/20/2014 while my sprinklers were running and both boxes were flooded. When Chaz returned 8/21/2014 for a follow-up, I was told that uneven water pressure resulted from the new valve replacement and to now alleviate the leaking he needed to replace the 5 other valves at an additional cost to me of $475. I made an appointment for him to come out at the earliest, but he said that he had to charge me an additional $65 service call fee for this follow-up. That was a shock, since it was the same problem that had not been fixed. The next day I decided I?d get an estimate from another company. I was having doubts about Hague Water Quality--there should not have been an additional service call charge. I called the owner, Dylan Hague, early 8/22/2014 to cancel the appointment I'd made. I told him I was going to get an estimate from another company, and he hung up on me! I called Pure Plumbing that same day, a company that had an ad in Angie?s magazine. They offered a free estimate. Andy came out and looked at the flooded irrigation boxes. Andy told me he could email an estimate, but irrigation box repair could be done by a landscaping company at a more reasonable cost. I thanked him profusely and said I'd do that instead. In future, I?ll call Pure Plumbing. The scheduler sent someone out the same day, that person was knowledgeable, explained the problem more thoroughly and was honest.

Had appointment for company to come in at ten in the morning of August 8, 2014. Did not come nor called that they will be late until I called past eleven. Was told that they had a bad leak in one of the job and it was taking longer to fix and would come in by 1:00 p.m. One o'clock did not show up and I called again. Was told it will take another hour to get to my place. Since I had to get therapy treatment for an accident, told representative to reschedule for Tuesday at *8:00 a.m. Was hesitant but he agreed to the time I wanted. By then, I realized that I don't like to deal with the company. Called your place and informed one of your employee that I want to cancel the deal .Additionally, his offer is for a round toilet because the elongated one would cost me another $100, of which I am not willing to do.

Bought Big Deal for change of pre-filters. Technician said a membrane filter was also needed, for which he charged $100, which was less than previous provider charged. Appointment was for 9:00; technician showed up at 8:30, which was great from my standpoint.

It went well, although I think I could have done better price wise if I hadn't bought the special coupon.....then I was commited and couldn't do more price shopping.

He knew what he was doing and completed the job in a timely manner.

The service was great. The system they were selling did not work well with our home, but they were able to rebuild a more expensive unit and install it so the product would perform as advertised for the same price.

I had three problems I wanted addressed. None of the three were completed. He serviceman did snake my drain but his cord broke so he wasn't able to complete the job. He was not able to fix my bathroom faucet/shower or fix my kitchen sink fixture. I feel I wasted my money as none of the things I needed a plumber for got fixed. I am not satisfied and would request a refund if necessary. I told the company in advance that I had a problem with my sink draining. I was not told in advance that I would be charged an additional $10 for the snake service. The service man told me after the fact that there would be an extra charge. I had to pay the fee even though his snake broke during the service and he was not able to complete the service. I was not happy.

The man I spoke to was very helpful. It took us a few days to connect for him to get me the estimated prices, but today over the phone, he told me he would have to charge extra for the filters I needed so I'm requesting a refund of the deal.

Actually arrived early and finished very quickly. I had parts for leaking shower from changing the chrome part of shower. Used by parts rather than charging me foe new parts. Very honest !!!

Angie's List On-Line Solicitation stated this provider served Pahrump, NV. He does not - too far to drive. Person on phone was nice - said he told AL they do not service Pahrump but listing remains. Refund received. I cannot rate this provider at all. As a side note, once one checks the "Were services performed by this provider" = No, the form should realize it and end right there.

The leak is worse now than it has ever been. The service provider that came out advised me that the material that was used was inferior. I want my leak fixed!

He was such a gentleman. He was very nice, but unfortunately he could not help me. The company was on time no problem. They just didn't have the filter I needed.

Everything was done well and quickly; was there in plenty of time, Jeremy was courteous and efficient.

Overall the work was satisifactory, A little sloppy when it came to finishing work, however acceptable. I believe the difficult situation of the repair lead to the sloppiness. Had scheduling issues and it took more time than expected. Then tried to sell me a water softner and other services that i was not interested in

very simple. very punctual and service was provided as described in the offer.

The serviceman was extremely helpful. I had purchased a new kitchen sink faucet and bathroom shower fixture to be installed. He recommended a simple fix to the bathroom shower which allowed me to return the shower fixture and saving me over $100. The kitchen sink faucet unfortunately did not fit. When re-installing the old faucet, the hot/cold water lines were crossed. They promptly returned and corrected the situation.

It was a difficult repair, but it was fixed
