Water Consultants of Nevada (Hague Quality Water)

Description of Work: They had subbed out the job to another person. He did a good job, showed up on time as he did represent them. It was a help to us to get a few things looked at and prepare for bigger projects. |Not sure if my dates are correct for service but we did have them perform the work.

Description of Work: This water service was basically an introduction to higher priced products which Hague Quaility Water sold.

Description of Work: I would not recommend this plumbing service. I wanted the plumber to do 3 things (4 if he had time) the first was to replace a hose bib in my garage. The plumber needed a 1/2 to 3/4 adapter to use my 1/4 turn hose bib and all he had with him was a 1/2 to 3/4 Tee no big deal but this starts the unprofessional sloppiness of this service. Next I wanted my washing machine shut off valves replaced, I removed the sheet rock so he could get to the pipes and he did replace the valves but he melted the box that houses the vales and drain so now I have to replace it and the valves are crooked and one is higher than the other. The last task was to replace an anti siphon valve, the plumber struggled with this project and after he thought he was done he stormed off cussing complaining about old plumbing (my house was built in 1997) and he left the valve in the off position, as soon as I turned it on it leaked through one of the test c****, so I called his phone and he came right back and jury rigged a brass screw in the place of the test c*** (he could have used a test c*** from the anti siphon valve he replaced since he obviously didn't have one on his truck so, after he struggled to jury rig the brass screw into place he was off again. A couple of days later I noticed a drip coming from the insulation around the pipe on the outlet side of the valve and as of this review it still leaks. | |Because of the unacceptable results I received I do not recommend using this company to other Angie's List subscribers. |

Description of Work: Strapped my gas hot water heater down to meet code.

Description of Work: Initial visit was to fix leaky master bathroom faucet. Following month installed a new water heater circulating pump to provide instant hot water to back bathrooms.

Description of Work: Replaced thermostat (?). Turned out it was under warranty. He responded immediately and diagnosed the problem. Said he would get the part and replace it the next day. We waited and he did not show. I called him that evening and he said he blew his knee out. Said he could fb ome in three days. I tols him that was unacceptable and he replaced it the following day limping badly. I just thought he should have called which is what a professional would do. I did ask him about replacing the toilets in my home. He was very honest and said that the toilets were fine and flaps needed replacement and replaced them.

Description of Work: Scheduled and installed within three days of first contact. Took out old toilet and replaced it with new one which included seat, and inner workings. Took away old toilet and even left me step by step instructions for draining my water heater. Very efficient and professional. (even brought a dog biscuit for my dog!) Will definitely hire again for other plumbing work.

Description of Work: Installed a new toilet. No problems. Dennis who installed the toilet was very informative about various features of the new toilet. Dylan Korth was kept busy on his iPad looking up information about the toilet such as the Mat rating. He was very forthcoming. He did not try to "BS" me about the matters he researched.

Description of Work: I used a big deal purchase for Water Consultants of Nevada. It was $199 for a new toilet installation. There was an additional $45 because we had to get the drain snaked and a sink fixed. We asked them to do those additional things besides the toilet install.
