Description of Work: They installed a new toilet in a rental home I had. Although I wasn't there they were punctual and the tenant was very happy with the service and the new toilet.

Description of Work: Checked my system and changed my filter. He was right on time, very polite and do the job well. I would use this provider again.

Description of Work: Replaced a commode in our downstairs guest bath. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. I'm not really sure of the date he arrived, because I believe he called us immediately and came the same day. The appointment never went into my calendar.

Description of Work: We had three sinks installed to replace old ones. Pretty cut and dry job. The employee who arrived was on time, and even had treats to quiet our curious dogs. He was fast and overall efficient, but there were a few errors in his work that came to light later on. | |Upon calling Hague to report the problem, Dylan offered to return to fix the problem. He ran into some transportation issues but made it later in the week and took care of it.

Description of Work: replaced diverter in shower. polite and informative plumber. Cleaned up area after work completed. Took shoes off every time entering house.

Description of Work: The Service Tech fixed a drip in a toilet water tank and installed a new kitchen garbage disposal. The service was performed professionally and efficiently. I contacted Hague Quality Water again for another job, and on April 23, 2014, the Service Techs removed a large water softener unit from my garage. I believe their price was fair, and once again, they were professional and efficient. I would call them again and refer them to others.

Description of Work: They were ok, it sounded like they were busy and sent someone who seemed to be a part timer or maybe a subcontractor. He was ok, he just didn't sleeve or wrap the brass pipe he replaced, I had him not fill in the whole he dug to get to the pipe and did my own research. The next day I went to Home Depot and bought a pipe wrap and did it myself. Funny thing was just as I finished everything the guy came back to wrap the pipe. I never received a call saying he was coming back and the guy said it was ok to fill in the whole the night before I just didn't want to pay the hourly rate for something I can do myself. If I need a plumber in the future I would call these guys, I would just be better prepared and do my research on my issue. I have dealt with the work force here in Vegas and should have known better.

Description of Work: The first serviceman was efficient and polite, but, I had to call for service again, still the same problem. They came right out again, not the same serviceman as he no longer worked for the company. They took some time trying to find the problem but they replaced everything they could. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them. Polite, efficient, very fair price, and right on time.

Description of Work: Tech arrived, I showed him the things that we needed fixed and he got |started right away. We needed a faucet replaced outside, a new cartridge |replaced in a tub and another one in the shower. He fixed everything, then tested each item and was done. Never had such a good experience |getting things fixed. Would use them again without a doubt..

Description of Work: I spent an additional $100.00 for the oblong model. The technician had a hard April fools day, the toilet was cracked and he had to go get a replacement.

I then brought up the fact we were looking to buy a water softener for the house. He suggested a certain brand and quoted us a very reasonable installed price, so we set May 9 as the date. Again, very punctual and did the install.
