Description of Work: Connect drain to and set new corner tub, move vanity plumbing connections, and connect new water softener unit to existing loop. It took a little while to correct a mistake in the corner tub drain, but the owner made it 100% right. Honest, family-owned business.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 faucets which went well, however, we asked the service technician to look at a bathtub fixture that wasn't working. He said he had not seen that type of shower handle before but would research it and call us back. Three months later we are still waiting...

Description of Work: Had been putting things off out of fear of needing to hire a plumber. Got a new dishwasher and needed it installed. Were easy to work with by phone message and online, answering promptly. On the $99 first day, the two man team did the install, and estimated faucet replacement, softener repair, shut-off for irrigation, anti-siphon valve, pressure-limiter, and hot-water tank replacement. Second day came earlier than appointment and finished all but water tank for the price agreed upon on the first day. They advised me that the hot water tank did not need replacement now. But gave me pricing estimates for tankless system, as well as price on replacing the tank. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: This was a great experience. The tech came to the house, took a look at the outdoor faucet and tightened the nut. Problem fixed and no charge! He could have replaced the faucet, as I thought it was broken, but he said it was just fine. You don't find many businesses any more that value good customer service above the dollar! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

Description of Work: When I first made an appointment, I requested a specific person (the owner) to do the work because I trusted him after he'd corrected some work done for me improperly on a previous job by one of his workers. I was told his charges would not be covered by the coupon, so I gave up and agreed to have someone else do the work, which was to install a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. Then after discussing RO with a couple of knowledgable people and being advised against installing it for various reasons, I cancelled my appointment before the technician arrived.

Description of Work: Don't really remember. He was checking my filtration system, said it was good. Just remember I was very pleased with reports I was receiving when he was here, he was not trying to sell me anything (that was a relief).
