Water Consultants of Nevada (Hague Quality Water)

I couldn't recommend this company any higher. I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours. He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one. While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me. He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations. I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went very well; I was very satisfied. We went over the price of the big deal because I had them do some additional work. They were professional and were on time.

It turned out fine and I had no issues with them. They were prompt and friendly. I paid an extra $6. They did their job but I don't know that I could say strongly whether they would do a better job on something more complicated or not. The price was fair.

I just got what I paid for, got just what was advertised and I got just what I expected. They got a hold of me really fast. I'd recommend anybody to use the Big Deals, not the way that they're advertised, to just pay on when you see it, when you get an email, but to call the people. Use it once, and then after that, you'll rise up really fast. I would not recommend, no, not the way it is, never. I would just not do it the way I did it before, give somebody bucks and wait for them to come out.

It went very well. They were very knowledgeable and finished in less than 2 hours.

Provider made no contact with us even after we paid for device and notified Angie's List that we had not heard from this provider.

They were great. Whenever I bought it, they were out here within a couple of days. It was exactly what they had said. They didn't try to upsell. They gave me a few suggestions and then they told me a few things that didn't need to be fixed but he wasn't trying to upsell me on anything. I'm hoping to call them back for more service. Overall, they were very friendly and professional. They knew what they were talking about. They did a great job.

The plumber was very nice and professional. He immediately offered to take off his shoes without my even asking. He did the service we had paid for (R/O tune-up) quickly and told me what I needed to know about the after-service procedure. I told him that we had a toilet that was only 4 years old but was not flushing the way it should. He figured out right way that the valve needed to be replaced, which I had expected. He had one on his truck, so I told him to go ahead and replace it. He took just a few minutes and got it flushing perfectly. I full expected an extra labor charge, but all he charged me for was the part. I was stunned (but in a good way.) I will definitely call Hague Quality Water the next time we have any plumbing issues. They are great!!!

I was not getting any water out of the RO system. The technician re-pressurized the RO tank, and system operates OK now.

They were on time, professional and fixed the problem.

I requested an appointment through Angie's List for afternoons on one three different dates. The email response I received indicated a tech would be here at 9:00AM on 11/19/14. I responded that if that was all they had we would accommodate it, but also indicated that afternoons were a preference. No one contacted me until this morning (11/19/14) when the tech showed up at my mailing address rather than my home. To make matters worse, when he finely good to my home and looked at our system he indicated that he could not service it since the company didn't carry the correct filters. The "fine print" in my "Big Deal" coupon indicates that system must use traditional filters. I wonder how many consumers know what that means, I sure don't. Someone should have contacted me about the make of the RO system and my home address. I must also note that the tech was knowledgeable and polite, but could not perform service paid for.

They did complete the work, it just took more time than I had anticipated.

They showed up a half-hour late with no call to let me know. They were extremely quick and efficient, along with being friendly.

Chaz was the technician and he was excellent. The gentleman in the office I had spoken with was also really nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, my bathroom was just too small to fit the new toilet so in the end I had to request a refund but they were very helpful.

Repair was to fix a small drip leak in the water meter box. The repair would have cost about $1,800 involving removal old plastic pipe and several square feet of concrete. The drip is very small and not worth the cost. The individuals that came out were polite and professional. I will consider using them in the future.

Tech was friendly, competent and on time. Pressure on tanks where flush levers were installed is WEAK. **Home built in 2005 NOT 2014** ...There is NO update section for HOME BUILD

Contractor let me know he was coming to install at the time I requested. It went smoothly, he was fast and efficient, faucet works great! No more leaks

The technician came out today and realized that I have a custom, OmniPure unit and not a standard one, which is covered under the Big Deal. Unfortunately, they were not able to perform the work for me though they are going to contact me on Monday to quote on replacing the filters for my OmniPure unit.

He was a very nice person and felt bad because he did not have the correct filters for our system. He could not do the work; he apologized and advised us to call Angie’s List for refund. He was very honest and explained a lot about the system to us.

We fiddled with it and were able to correct the problem ourselves.

That worked out great! They completely redid the faucets in the bathroom. They were very professional.
