Description of Work: Dylan came to the house as the water softener was leaking, garbage disposal leaking and sink facet dripping. He changed hose on softener, replaced garbage disposal and worked on facet....I need a new one...he will come back to install it. Dylan knows what he is doing...very nice and polite. Keeping Water Consultants of Nevada in my file.

Description of Work: The service man arrived as scheduled and there was not a need for a new faucet. He tightened the nut on the faucet and it was fine. He said to ask for a refund. He was a very nice and honest man. Doug Dickerson.

Description of Work: He was in and out in 90 seconds. Said he couldn't get the part necessary. (I found it online for $40.00). It was disappointing. I think he just decided he couldn't make any money.

This company is so knowledgeable and capable when it comes to plumbing issues. Henceforth, I will only uses this company to keep my home's plumbing in good working order!!

They do extras and I would say they are the best plumbers we |have ever had and we are in our 70's so have had a lot of experience with |plumbers. Description of Work: I called to have my reverse osmosis filter changed, I supposedly had paid $85 for a $160 value on Angie's List. Then when the water consultant got here, I was told I needed another membrane, as well, and I was charged another $108. The water is coming out faster now, and the man who did the work was efficient. I was not happy with the charge, of course.
