Description of Work: I had a leaking, corroded vacuum-break valve outside. Having dealt with Hague before, I called and set an appointment. They called and actually came a dy early. Kyle was on time and replaced the leaky valve quickly and at less cost than the estimate. He explained what was going on clearly answering my questions. I highly recommend Hague Quality Water.

 + 0 moreThe appointment was for 1 p.m. and he called around then to say he was running a little behind and would be there shortly. He was there in about a half hour and looked at our reverse osmosis system. He asked when the system was worked on last and I showed him the work copy that was done by Nevada Water Specialists on 9/6/2012. He then replaced the filters and had to repair the water hookup which had the waste water going to the osmosis system. Then had to put air pressure into our new tank that was put in by NWS. Gave us full instructions on what we needed to do and to look if any leaks started. If they did he would return to fix. Then went into garage to check the water softer and found that the controls had not be set correctly. Made the adjustments and said everything else looked good. Also informed us, that we could switch over to salf which was more efficient and less costly then potassium. I tried to report " Nevada Water Specialists" to the State Contractors Board because of their poor performance but was informed they had no license on file. Thanks to Kyle Korth, my system is clean again.

 + 0 moreI called the main office and was told this was the best they could do for me. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I would never ever tell anyone about this company. I have had nothing but problems ever since with the water conditioner.
Description of Work: The owner actually did the work when he came out. I had a leak on the water conditioner and they came out to fix it and there were also 4 or 5 filters that were replaced on another system. After 3 days it started leaking again and making additional noises that I had never heard. I called to let them know about this. They came back out but didn't do any additional work and said that they were going to charge me additional money to fix it . I let them know that they didn't fix it the first time and they ended up not doing anything else about it.

 + 0 moreWe bought a water system for the house through Water Consultants of Nevada (Hague Quality Water). Kyle Korth is my contact person there. They do two things when they come out. They do a reverse osmosis where they look at the filters, which they replace as necessary. They looked at the unit in the garage to make sure that all the settings are correct and it is running correctly. Kyle is excellent. He is very good, he is very professional and spends a lot of time with us. We have a lot of questions about the unit and noises that it makes. Their work is very clean. It can get a little dirty with the water and stuff, but they clean everything up and leave it the way it was. They make double sure before they leave that there are no leaks, and then when they are satisfied they leave. Kyle is terrific. I think the price is fair.
