We purchased two hours of labor from them thru Angie's List. I offered to buy the parts. On the day of the repair they up sold us, we paid an extra 50 bucks and the toilet still leaked. I called them back, asked if they would fix the original problem for free since we bought a part we didn't need. They said sure, if I paid $25 for a new flapper. Flappers cost about $5. They are up sellers.

Great job for the cost. The original company wanted more than twice the 85.00.

All went well. The gentlemen gave me his business card in the event I need any plumbing services in the future. He was polite and informative on the equipment that I had. He took the time to explain to me how my water softener worked, the amount of salt I needed to added and why. Very helpful. It winds up that I did not have a reverse osmosis system. Only filters for my refrigerator water dispenser. The filters needed changing under the sink so he took care of it and said that if I was interested in adding to what I had to make the water at the kitchen sink filtered in the future, to give his company a call and he handed me his business card.

My osmosis system was making noise and needed replacement filters. I bought the $99 special on Angie's List. Everything was done and the system does not make a noise anymore. The additional charge was for a part that needs to be replaced less often than the filters and had not been replaced by the previous service man. The gentleman doing the work was very nice and obviously knew what he was doing. I will most certainly call them next year to service my system.

My experience was great and there haven't been any leaks. They explained everting they were going to do and the fees for additional charges. It was a father and son team and we really liked them. We thought the price was great and the quality of work was excellent. They are now our plumbers of choice.

Everything went pretty good. Scheduling was fine and they have good communication and they were responsive. We did not have any complaints and we do not have any problems since. I felt the price was fair.

He was very excellent. He came on time and, as a courtesy, checked the settings on my water softener. He also discovered and corrected an issue for an additional reduced charge. I wished I had joined Angie's List 10 years ago.

A very pleasant experience all around and I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

It worked out excellent! I liked their process and their honesty. My interaction with the provider was excellent. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

He was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I can't say enough good things.

Appointment was rescheduled due to provider illness, but adequate notification was given. Technician performed filter replacement per the deal, and then correctly diagnosed a few problems we were experiencing. He had all required replacement parts in his truck, including 2 missing shut-off valves. Work was neat and expeditious. System is now working as designed.

He took a look at it and told me he couldn't service it, that they don't service Culligan systems. He was here for about 3 minutes. He was nice and polite, no problems.

Overall satisfied with the Company response from initial contact to arrival. The only problem was they could not complete the service purchased because my system, as installed, was not compatible with there filter parts. In the end, they could not perform the service purchased.

He was nice, but told me that he doesn't or can't work on Culligan water systems and to call Angie's List for a refund.

Kyle was suppose to come out at noon and called to say that he was ahead of schedule and would it be alright if he came out at 10:30 a.m. and he was on time very professional and was done in two hours.

Very professional. On time. Cleaned the system and replaced the filter. Is very knowledgeable in his field. Gave some recommendations to our existing plumbing problems and we will call him for future work. Highly recommend!!

I was very satisfied with the technician that came out and he is very knowledgeable and he has high integrity. He worked hard to get the system running and after 20 minutes, it unfortunately stopped working, he is going to come back out to work on it. He was able to look into several different plumbing areas in my home in that 2 hours as well. He also corrected some dripping faucets and checked my water heater. I would recommend him highly.

They arrived with two plumbers. While one worked on the garbage disposal, the other repaired the leaky faucet. Both jobs were completed in slightly less than one hour. I found them to be friendly, courteous, clean and business-like. They continually wiped up spilled water. For what they did, I found the price to be more than fair.

they were very responsive, sign up for the deal yesterday, and they have already complete the job. We set up an appointment for 1PM and they were here 1PM. remove the old toilet, cleaned the floor, and the drain prior to installing the new toilet.they were done in about one hour. very friendly and nice people. would recommend them to everyone.

The appointment was scheduled properly, they arrived on time, were proficient and courteous. The job was done quickly and I would recommend them.
