Dylan Korth showed up promptly, looked at the areas that required work, and started the work immediately. The installation of a new faucet in the guest bath was a particularly tough one, because the faucet and its connections had been glued in place when I last had the faucet replaced. He had to get some other equipment from the truck to remove the old faucet. That was completed without destroying or damaging anything! The new faucet was installed, looks great, and doesn't leak. All repairs were done to my complete satisfaction, and I felt the $99 deal was more than worth the price. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back when needed.

Although the gentleman arrived on time and was incredibly personable, he checked the water and then barely glanced at my water softener to see if the issue was fixable. Instead, he spent an our trying to sell me an upgraded water softener system ranging from $1500 to $3500. In the end, I felt like I had paid him to come to my home and give me a sales pitch for a product that was outside of our budget.

Dennis was punctual and explained how he was going to fix both issues . Dennis was polite, and worked quickly resolving both the shut off valve and corrected the plumbing in the kitchen, and answered all my plumbing questions. I will use Hague Quality Water again for any plumbing problems that arise in the future.

The owner of the business did the work, along with a newly-hired plumber he had assisting him. He identified a missing clamp in the plumbing between the garbage disposal and the main drain, and advised me on how to fix it myself (unless I wanted him to do it.) It was not a high-pressure upsell, and I appreciated him letting me know about it. All in all, it was a very pleasant, professional experience and I would recommend this gentleman to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.

I was in an urgent situation and needed help immediately. The son of the owner, Dylan, was SO very nice, and came out that same day, and the job was FAR more involved than want I thought it would be, and he still honored the Angie's list two hour price! He also gave me a really good deal on the additional parts, and because he didn't have me pick up my parts, he did not charge me extra for the parts! I was VERY impressed!!!

I am hoping to get a cheaper water softening system for them so they let me know exactly what I needed to do. They were able to fix the problems taking out the old one.

They did an excellent job and I will be using them again. He was very knowledgeable and told me information I didn't know about. He was easy to work with. Under my sink I have five filters and then in the garage I have big incoming filters. He showed me how everything worked, how often drain it, and tuned it.

Original service was a month ago, using an Angie's List coupon. The problem was that water was shooting out of the air gap all over the kitchen when the dishwasher emptied. The tech who came the first time said he took care of the problem, but exactly the same thing happened when I ran the dishwasher again. The second time, the owner himself came and was able to correct the problem once and for all, at no additional charge, even though it was not a simple task. I'm sure that long experience, excellent troubleshooting and thorough know-how were the reasons he was successful. And he's a nice guy.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. It was good, it was a good deal. I went this company mainly because of the coupon and the fact that they were listed in your book. They were on time and he was professional and it appeared that he did a good job. I would recommend to others that they seemed to be an honest reputable company.

Dylan was very personable and resourceful. He seemed very honest and sincere. Answered a lot of my questions about water treatment system, plumbing system, etc. Spent a lot of time explaining me about what I have in my house and answering my questions about water treatment/softener systems. Tested water for hardness and chlorine. Explained a lot about the water treatment system his company offers. Actual time spent on checking on the softener I have was literally about a minute or two. He said he adjusted some setting and was ready to go. I wanted this service just to make sure that my water softener was working ok. I probably will not use water softener check up service again because I don't know if it was worth the money. But he did teach me a lot about the things in general about my water equipment and stuff so I guess it was ok. I will keep their number for future plumbing needs.

That was good and we had a good experience with them. Just one technician came out to do the work for us. Scheduling was easy and they also sent someone out who had time to answer some of our questions too.

I spent more than the big deal price because they suggested that I needed some additional things, which I did and thought was reasonably priced.

I had purchased my current home in a foreclosure sale and there was a lot of damage on the inside. One shower never worked. I replaced the valve cartridge but that did not fix it. Turns out the problem was concrete blocking the outgoing pipe. They cut an access hole in the backside of the wall. I went out and purchased a replacement valve which they installed. It took care of the problem and the shower works great now. I also purchased an access hole cover for $15 which I installed after the plumber was done working. They did a great job of determining the problem and repairing it at minimal cost.
