Ute Construction and Arrow Restoration

We had a friend who was looking for plumbing and I looked up this company details online for him.. My friend met with him, but decided not to use him. He came out to give a quote, but my friend decided not to use him.. This was two months ago. He felt he was unprofessional and he decided not to use him.

The guys were on time very day and were cool with my big dogs. They cleaned up after themselves daily and left my home as tidy as possible considering the extensive work done.

Ed Mahoney and his staff were outstanding to work with. They were very professional and did an excellent job all around. The shower looks beautiful as does the drywall repair. I will be using them for a 2nd bathroom shower replacement and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do any kind of work on their house or bathroom.

Company submitted bid for moderate garage remodel and then never followed up with discussion re final price, schedule for work etc. Failed to return call to finalize the work.

This was a huge project and they have been great to work with throughout so far. They had to redo tile, stucco, bring in engineers to repair structure and much more. Beginning with Mike who provided the estimate to Steve and his crew, they have made this experience as easy as it can be. Our insurance company even signed off on them quickly and trusted them right away.

The insurance company with which I filed a claim sent out Arrow Restoration for the initial water remediation. Arrow Restoration is a subsidiary of Ute. They verified there was no moisture remaining in the damaged areas.The work was then done in stages, first roofing repairs, then mold remediation, then dry wall repairs and painting. I contracted with Ute to perform the mold remediation and dry wall repairs/painting. Each stage of the process was performed by different Ute employees. Several workers worked on the mold remediation, while a different single worker completed the dry wall repairs and painting. All work was done very professionally. The workers were very personable and friendly, especially the employee who completed the final repairs. He was very willing to share valuable information with me about home repair and maintenance. The supervisor, Ed, was very friendly and good to work with. The company never required any payment from me up front. They just scheduled and performed all the work with no payment. I ended up paying for all the work about 2 weeks after the work was finished. They did a good job in minimizing any inconvenience and completing the work in a timely manner.

They are general contractors and were fine. They were responsive. They did a good job. We were pleased with what they did. They came and made a detailed estimate. They gave in writing exactly what they were going to do at every stage right down to the nail. It was very thorough and easy to check. I was especially impressed with that kind of professionalism. They sent some subcontractors out for a couple of things. I needed to call UTE Inc. to follow up on what the subcontractors did. Things were fine outside of that. I would use them in the future.

I received excellent value for my investment in this remodel. Sven provided a detailed estimate for the work. The workers showed up on the date expected and worked steadily until the job was done. The work area was left clean each day. The worker's skills were very good and the finished job was beautiful and exactly what I expected. Ute Construction also had remodeled another bathroom in the house in 2008 and that experience was also very good.

They were very professional, did a good job, cleaned up afterwards, very neat, and all the people associated with them were very pleasant. I would recommend them. The workers were excellent.

The repair process took a few hours a day over the course of 5 days. Each process was completed in a timely manner, allowing for the next discipline to complete their task accordingly. We were very impressed with the craftmanship and professionalism. There was no need for a supervisor to be present as each workman was a self starter, polite and very tidy. They notified us upon arrival their and departure on each occurrence. They turned an unfortunate incident into a well managed repair. We would not heistate to use UTE or recommend their services.

I was very pleased with them. The experience was excellent. I liked the fact that they called to tell me when they would be there. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day.

Amazingly! UTE acted as the general contractor, subcontracted work out to individual companies they work with. Every worker who came to our home was professional, friendly, worked until we were completely satisfied, and exceeded our expectations! The only delay we had was from a countertop company that we chose because we wanted to upgrade and they were having a sale. We also felt very safe with all of these strangers in our home because they were so professional and polite. Our insurance company was used to working with this company and that part went very smoothly. (The mold abatement was not covered by the insurance company.)

They took care of me. They made sure that the job was done right!

They seem to be very reasonably priced for the work that they do. They are very experienced with the work that they do. I do plan on using them again and recommending them to others.

Masked wall, repaired separation, textured drywall, painted surface area with 2 coats, hauled debris and cleaned up.

UTE did a great job of re-building our fireplace. The crew was very experienced in what they were doing as there was no defect or uneven places anywhere to be found. The only bad thing was that they were suppose to come back and paint some trim around our finished fireplace and didn't come back out. They did do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. There was no cost to me; our insurance paid them.

Arrow Restoration didn't do a good job for us at all. I thought that they really failed in their attempt to clean our furniture. They did ruin some of our furniture. We don't know if it was the chemical that they used or what. They just didn't have any sense about what they were doing. Our insurance paid for their service.

This was almost like rebuilding the whole house, from the inside out, and UTE did an excellent job. The house was only fourteen years old when the fire happened, and now we have a brand new home. It took about seven months to complete, which was a little longer than we thought it would take. Considering the scope of the project however, it was not that long. They were very good about working with us to do the type of remodeling we wanted, as well. This was paid by my insurance company and there was no deductible.

They did a real good job and cleaned up very well. It was a big job and they did a lot of work. The cost was six thousand dollars and my insurance company paid all but five hundred dollars, which was my deductible.

UTE hired very courteous workers and we were very pleased with the outcome of the remodeling project. It was a little messy for a while, however they cleaned up after themselves well each day as it took over two weeks to complete. They did ask us if we could leave fans running to help dry the drywall which was fine.

UTE really knew what they were doing as they did a good job repairing the water damaged areas in our home and our bathroom looks so much better now. We were surprised at how quickly they finished as it only took a little over a week to complete. We would definitely recommend them to others.

UTE could have been better organized, although I was okay with how things were handled. They did come out right away and got things cleaned up quickly; however, I thought the crew could have done a better job even though they were friendly.

UTE did a great job on my roof. They did a great job of cleaning up their mess and really made a sloppy job look clean. I felt very comfortable with having them around my house as I felt that they were a honest company. I have had no problems with it leaking at all. They used high quality products.
