The Best Window Cleaning

The work that Martin and Fernando did was amazing. The windows are spotless and the screens look brand new. They have never looked this good. Both men were professional, and got to work right away. They needed no direction from me. Martin cleaned inside the sliding door by my husband's desk by moving the desk just a few inches and replaced it exactly as it had been. We are going to have them come every 4 months or so.

They arrived on time and did a very professional job on our windows and screens. We have had them done many times before nut they never looked this good. We had another window and the sliding door tour Casita done in the courtyard for an additional $10. Very fair in the pricing. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again!

They were there promptly at 8am. He started inside, carefully cleaning all the windows. When he was done with that he went outside, removing screens, cleaning them, then cleaning the windows. They all were sparkling when he finished. He was thorough and careful with the shutters and blinds. I will definitely use them in my new house.

Martin easily and happily rescheduled when I saw the weather report was predicting rain on our first appointment. He and his helper showed up on time and went straight to work on our windows. Some of them are high and hard to get to but that wasn't a problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, nice and I thought he should have asked for more money, so I gave him extra. The windows hadn't been done for a couple of years and they were BAD. I told them not to clean the solar screens as they are old and need replacing, but they easily took them off and replaced them to clean the windows. The house is BRIGHTER! No streaks! So fast! No one else will clean our windows except Martin Cross (The Best Window Cleaning)!!! Thanks, Martin!

That was good. They came out about one or two months after I purchased the big deal. They did what I asked them to do so it was good. Everything turned out very good. The service was good but it took so long for them to respond. I called them several times. Pricing was very good.

Somehow, Angie's List got their wires crossed and offered me a "Deal" for a window washing company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The problem is I live in Michigan. I have talked to this poor Las Vegas company several times as they tried to figure out my location. My credit card was charged and later reversed after talking to a representative at Angie's List. Please stop asking me to review this company. I'd like to review Angie's List instead.

Martin introduced himself and started work immediately on the inside windows, while his helper started work by removing the solar screens and cleaning the outside windows. They also cleaned all the window tracks. The front windows and screens were the dirtiest. Now all my windows look new and clean, like I have a new house. Martin surprised me by cleaning a tall inside window (in my Family Room above the TV) by using a step stool to clean it. I thought beforehand that it couldn't be cleaned. He did a great job on that window. My husband and I were very happy with the results. He said most of his business is from repeat customers. Great job, and so fast!

The provider did a very good job cleaning the windows. They postponed the appointment time for a short time. They cleaned an extra window at no charge. They were a bit higher than other companies for the same job but did do a very good job when they came.

they arrived with an attitude, I told them to be careful for stucco and their attitude got works, I was supervising what they were doing I was told that they felt uncomfortable being supervised, practically I had to go inside, asked them if they needed to change water, they said no, windows were washed with dirty water at all times in a bucket they brought, they came inside the house one went upstairs in the bedrooms without even advising me the other downstairs I found him with his knees on my new sofa without even asking me if I could move it, he had dirty pants on my sofa got dirty. Windows look more dirty as before, one screen was put back wrong and sticking out of window, I was told that they do not open windows to clean the track, big mess, I had to clean the whole floor because their shoes were full of dirt from the outside and very unhappy with service, would like my money back, Angie's list looks like they just have anyone perform services without even checking how they work.

nBecause of the reviews I called Martin and scheduled my windows to be cleaned the next week. I explained I had an appraiser coming that Monday and needed him there. Of course Monday morning the wind blew and it looked like rain. Martin said he would have cancelled but remembered the appraisal. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. Very professional and I will call him again. Gave him extra points for caring about his customers. Thank you Martin

The owner of the company contacted us promptly and scheduled the cleaning. They arrived early and got right to work. You could tell by the speed and efficiency, they were very experienced. I had 22 windows done inside and and out, plus 18 exterior only at my request. They were done within in about an hour total. The windows look great and the clean up was like they were never there. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

I bought a big deal for this service. It was great, wonderful. I think within a week after I bought the deal we had it scheduled and they came and did it. They said we had extra windows, more than the 20, or whatever it was, that they had allowed. It think it was just one extra window so it wasn't a big deal. They did the whole thing like they said. It did not take them very long to do it. It really surprised me. I think it was an hour or an hour and a half. There were two guys and they worked away. I would definitely recommend them.

They came later than planned but called first. I had pre purchased the package for 40 windows and we had a approx. 6 additional which we were charged an additional $60 for. They were quick and did a decent job. The ended up being more epensive than the last window washers we had. They did move some furniture to get to some of the windows but skipped several that were difficult to get to. They were polite and quick.

It went well. They were very fast. My windows were filthy. They had to use a brush to get all the dirt/scale off. My windows sparkle now. Even though we've had rain lately, they still look great.
