He initially had the date wrong but did come out when I called. He did a great job on the glass part of the windows. He could have done a better job with the slides and the outside frames. I will recommend again, however, because the glass window part is great and his price low.

This was my first time using Angie's list. Martin from "The Best Window Cleaning" came with one other person and they got our really dirty windows (inside and out) and screen cleaned in about an hour. They were careful not to leave a mess, there were no surprises and the cost was reasonable.

I had to cancel, since they didn"t show up as scheduled. I confirmed an 11 a.m. arrival or later but got a call at 9:30 a.m. telling me that he had his previous appointment cancelled and wanted to come now. I told him the reason for 11 a.m. or later was my wife's care giver had to take care of her in our bedroom and she would be indisposed. He said to reschedule it and I said just cancel since this is second time this happened in the past.
