Very pleased with service. They called day before appt. to confirm and were right on time. Looked very neat, in uniforms. Did all we had discussed and even installed a battery for me in a very high smoke decector that was chirping and driving me crazy. I offered to pay them for doing it and they declined. They also cleaned garage coach lights as a courtesy. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment for the window cleaning very quickly which was great because I was expecting guests the next week. Martin Cross gave me an estimate of $80.00 to do the job and stuck with that price even after he discovered that our Pella doors involved a lot more work. He was on time and finished the work in about an hour. He did a great job and I will definitely have him back on a regular basis.

I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to Martin, the owner of the company. He asked how many windows I have in my house. I explained to him that most of the solar screens were off the windows, but I would like them cleaned and placed on the windows. He estimated that to clean my windows and doors, both inside and out, would cost $100 plus $1 per solar screen. I agreed and he suggested 7:30am the next morning. Promptly at 7:30am Martin and a helper arrived. They were both wearing blue uniform shirts and caps. Martin introduced himself and they got right to work. The two men were efficient, organized and neat. They finished the whole job in about 50 minutes. Near the end of the job, a neighbor asked to speak to Martin about doing her windows. They spoke briefly and apparently arrived at an agreement since I saw the men at her house shortly after they finished at mine. Another neighbor picked up on them during that session and also hired them on the spot.

The company I usually use to wash my windows was unable to so in my needed time frame, so I went to Angie for another company. I called Best Window Cleaning late yesterday afternoon to have my windows cleaned and they were done this morning. They are BEAUTIFUL and he was done in about 45 minutes. Have used other companies before, but will call this company in the future. I'm impressed. 4 windows plus sliding door and window above the slider. 3 of the windows needed a ladder.

Martin and co-worker arrived on schedule (actually early), performed the work agreed upon, the work was more than acceptable. They were finished in approximately 30 minutes, cleaning 12-15 single story windows and brushing webs, etc. from the screens.

I've used the Best Window Cleaning for over three years now, and they have always provided great service at a most reasonable price. Martin's quote to do my house was 1/3 the cost of the closest quote, and he has always done great work. He is always on time (or early)and goes about his work in a professional manner.

His work has always been superb. He calls me to schedule spring and fall cleaning, very convenient. He's thorough, courteous, and totally reliable and punctual (know any other Vegas vendors who always show up on time?).
