The Best Window Cleaning

For window washing, I haven't used him since but he did an excellent job and I am going to use him again. He did everything. He was really reasonable.

I was stunned by your disrespectful reply. Being a business owner I would think you'd be able to be objective and professional. Instead you were extremely defensive. I've never had anyone come out and wash my windows; therefore, I didn't know what to expect. I gave an honest review which is what Angie's List wanted. Since I don't know the dynamics of how the sun and window interact, I had no idea that the window washer was unable to see in. And I know you were not there to look through my windows. There was no offense intended. Regarding the screens, I didn't suggest that you restored screens. My screens are 6 years old and in good shape. And there's a difference between dusting and cleaning. In response to "don't flattered yourself'" and "we will not tolerate that never!" I was not flattering myself. And I was not accusing you or your company of being peeping toms. The only offence, if there was one, is my ignorance. From the tone of your response it seems like you immediately reacted defensively and didn't even think about what I was stating. In the future I suggest you not be so hasty, give your customers the benefit of the doubt, and don't insult them if you don't agree with their review. The ratings stay the same with the exception of Professionalism. You get a D.

Very professional and friendly. Took great care inside not to drip on anything. Cleaned off all sills. The offer was supposed to include cleaning the screens but I didn't read the offer carefully enough to see that solar screens were an extra charge......so I ended up paying $45 more than the original offer. But they did a good job on solar screens that had probably never been cleaned. It didn't bother them that I had a couple more than the 20 windows to wash. Everything put back neatly, screens put back on just right.

They were good. They did the job that they said they are going to do and they were fine. They did what they are supposed to do and they showed up on time. That's basically what you can expect.

There was a 2 man crew. They were very efficient. Worked quickly and did a quality job.

I called Best Window Cleaning one week and scheduled for the very next week, so scheduling is easy and fast. They were doing several homes that day, so had already done some when they arrived at our home. They arrived on time, began as soon as they got here, and had the process down to a science. One went outside and removed all the screens and cleaned the screens, and the other began cleaning the windows inside. Then they ended up outside where they finished the rest of the windows. They were in and out in about 2 hours-amazing! This was the first time we had called them, and we will definitely call them again and recommend them highly to all our friends. We could not believe HOW CLEAN our windows and screens are!! It is like looking out of new windows, and they even cleaned the window tracks.. They did a great job, worked hard the whole time, were polite. They are truly worthy of all the excellent reviews that they receive on Angie's List.

Every window was perfectly gleaming. They even removed the screens before cleaning the exterior windows. They were punctual, very professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I bought this "deal" but because I didn't realize it was a 6 month or nothing deal I got nothing.. My fault. I called the provider who told me he can't keep track of things for so long ... that's why he has an expiration date ... I am out of luck and minus my money and a lame explanation. Lesson learned is to NOT purchase any DEAL unless I plan to use in within two weeks.

Martin phoned an hour before the scheduled appointment to ask if he and his associate could come earlier than planned. This was fine with me. My house has 16 windows, several of which are large. After they arrived, they quietly proceeded to do their job, and they were finished in less than an hour. The windows sparkled. I am retired, and do not have the strength and stamina I once had. This was the first time I had hired someone to wash the windows, and I believe they did a much better job than I would have done far faster than I would have done it. It was well worth it to me.

They came on time did a great and complete job in only one hour, left the house completely clean and every back in its place, the window's look great, they were friendly, I will use them again.

Had some difficulty setting up the appointment (probably because this was a "Deal."). Professional and did a very nice job. Would recommend them. They did not clean the window tracks, but I'm not sure if this was included in the "Deal.".

The were so fast. They had one on the outside and one on the inside and the next thing you know, they were done. My husband said they didn't have to wash a couple of the windows that were hard to get too. They said it was not a problem and washed them anyway. THANK YOU! My windows look fantastic!!!

They used both coupons for one job. I was a little disappointed, I was hoping to use them separately. Seemed kinda high for the work done. I may use them again. Their quality of work was "A".
