I was satisfied with them. They seemed knowledgeable, polite and no problems with them.

I submitted a previous report noting that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this service. However, I was not present at installation and there was some question about final payment. The installer asked my house sitter for the money which I objected to. However, after talking to the manager of Sunburst, I realize that this was probably just a misunderstanding. I want to remove any objection I may have suggested by my prior review. I would certainly recommend Sunburst shutters.

I really liked the guy that came out to do the estimate. They ended up being a little too pricey for us, however. They were very nice, and we would consider using them if the cost was lower.

They were very good. It took them a while to custom make the shutters. They manufacture shutters for houses. It takes a while to have them built, but they are of very good quality.

I previously reported that I was unhappy that I had to pay $300 to have my plantation shutters taken down and reinstalled to replace 4 windows broken by golf b****. I wasn't aware that this would be necessary when I purchased the shutters. They originally quoted me a price of $400, but I complained when it only took the workers 5 minutes total to take down the shutters down and less than 10 to put them back up. They called the office and reduced the cost from $400 to $300. I still wasn't happy as I stated in a previous report. Since then, the president of the company called me to ask how he could make it right with me. We agreed to split the difference and he sent me a check for $150 which I think is a fair price for the work done. I also want to say that I love my plantation shutters which I have had for several years now. My only complaint was the cost to have them removed and replaced.

They gentleman was very nice, but his price was $1,000 then the person I decided to go with. If the price would have been the same, I probably would have decided to go with him.

They were knowledgeable. The quote was fine. Their responsiveness was good. They were on time. I wouldn't call them again because they were too expensive.

They are on the corner near our house so we walked over to the showroom. The lady that showed us product and gave us a ballpark estimate for what we picked out was very nice. She scheduled an appointment to get a firm estimate. Will was on time and was very friendly. My mom had priced a similar shade at Lowe's or Home Depot (don't remember which). I was definitely surpised, but glad, that Sunburst was a lower price. We went ahead and had him order the shade. The order was done in less time than estimated. Sunburst called to schedule the install. Two gentlemen came out to install it at the time scheduled, the single shade was a quick and easy install. Very pleasant experience.

They came right away to give us an estimate and they gave us a $500 discount. They were great.

We were very pleased with the person who came to do the estimate and the people who came to do the installation. My son was so impressed because he was expecting it to be a whole morning episode, but, they were in and out within 20-30 minutes. They knew what they were doing.

They are beautiful. They hold up very well and they work well. They block sun and keep the cold out. The company stands by them so any time I have any problems with them I just call them and they will come out for free to make any repairs. I have already used this service many times.

The shutters are made of wood and open like an accordion. We had trouble getting this size made as they are an odd size window. Sunburst took our measurements and had the shutters made from scratch. We are very pleased with the customer service we received. We had several different types of shutters to choose from which was nice. The installers made installing the shutters look like child's play as they were in and out in about 30 minutes. I now have the look and the privacy I was looking for.

The workers arrived on time and had with them the shutters we had chosen. Installation went smoothly and they were careful not to disturb the landscaping around the house. They also included a lifetime guarantee against fading or breakage which is such a plus. I recommend them highly.

The workmen called to request an earlier time start. GREAT! They were in out and perfectly installed. Both Lowe's and Sunburst called within a couple days to inquire about satisfaction. We couldn't be happier. We only wish we had done this earlier.

The estimator Dave, compared to many other company's representatives, was not very nice and a bit arrogant. We ended up choosing another company, because the rep was nice. We, of course, compare the shutters we have now with the Sunburst shutters at our friends' houses. The quality of Sunburst shutters is of course superior, but the estimator was just not very nice. If he had been nice, we would have definitely chosen their shutters.

Sunburst was wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only was the representative who gave our initial quote friendly and honest, but he didn't try to hard sell or push his product. The installers were extremely professional and punctual. After they installed the shutters, they scheduled a follow-up visit a week later to walk the grounds and make sure we were statisfied. A+ company that deserves all the accolades it receives.

Each of the men that has been out both at installation and for the adjustment were very professional, friendly and helpful.

I feel they did an excellent job with the time frame. The installation went very smooth. They did not measure one of the windows and therefore there was a delay in installing the shutters on that window. They did apologize for that mistake and gave me a discount for the problem.

I was very pleased with the shutters that I had picked out and the installation was very good by the company. I would recommend them to people. The price was a little more than I wanted it to be.

I feel they did an excellent job. The shutters make a great big difference in my home. They really cool the house down tremendously and for some reason, it leaves a great feel of security behind. I am very pleased with the outcome and the workers who did the work. I cannot pinpoint a price at the moment, but I will say they were rather cheap. I called a few people for estimates and they were the cheapest.

Sunburst Shutters did a great job installing our shutters. All of them fit to specific measurement. They gave my wife the design she wanted and we have had no problems with them. We feel they have the best shutters and recommend them highly. I'm no sure of the cost because some of the windows were included in the cost of the home. They were so good we had them come to do the rest later.

The shutters were hung evenly and made with good craftsmanship. I really liked the honesty of them and thought I got great results in dealing with them.
