Had shutters installed throughout the entire house and casita, including 3 glass doors.

Very well and we are very pleased with the installation and the quality of the shutters.

Everyone at Sunburst Shutters from Derik the manager, to Kim in the office, to their installers were excellent. I highly recommend Sunburst to everyone. Their shutters are superior to other companies. The little extra you pay for their shutters is well worth the money.

They were prompt, professional. They had great suggestions and ideas. When there was one mistake, one that didn't fit perfect; they immediately took care of it and fixed it, no questions asked. They did it in a couple of different shifts. There were four workers. They did get done really quickly. They made it quickly, and when it was a mistake they got it done quickly.

Ordered shutters through Lowes but a Sunburst representative came an showed us the shutters, took measurements, and will be doing the installing. The gentlemen was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am still waiting on installation have about four week.

Great experience. Dave came to measure and show me product. I was very pleased with the price quoted and Dave was very nice and knowledgeable. I was given time period for when shutters would be available. They called me when they came in and set up appointment for install. At my request, the installers called with a time of arrival. They were right on time. Installers, Moises and Rick were efficient, answered all my questions, were extremely polite, nice, and did a great job. When I need shutters again, would definitely call this company first. Highly recommend.

The salesman was great. We already loved the product and new more about and and really just wanted him to come and measure. I'd researched everything including price and was determined to buy them based on the prior research. The installers are, as they say staff and not contractors. They were (I believe) a father son team and they were perfect. Everything went perfect. Love the product and the company. And the insulation that these beautiful plantation shutters provide and an added plus. Its helped with our energy bill. And now that winter is approaching we have noticed how much cold they block as well.

It went great from start to finish, when the salesman came out he explained to us the benefits of polywood in a concise and professional manner. The shutters were installed in a professional manner and they arrived before the promised date.

I decided to call them for an estimate for two reasons. The first that they have been in business over 30 years and are widely known and secondly they had no complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, From the first meeting to get an estimate until the day of the actual installation I had no problems. Everything went so smooth. I was already familiar with the type of plantation shutters they offered because I had the same type installed in my old home in another state by another company. They may not be cheap but I didnt want any problems later on in the years to come. So choosing a company thats been around and using a product you know will not change color years down the road is well worth every dollar. Also they give you a LifeTime Guarantee on the shutters.

There was actually a supervisor who came to our home and did much/most of the work. He'd been with the company for something like 17 years and was really committed to the reputation of the company for customer satisfaction with the product and installation. He was so experienced with the whole process that it was done quickly and in a way that we felt like our satisfaction was his main goal.

Provider came out quickly and was even early for the appt. He checked our current blind type and matched as close as possible. Wish it wouldn't take up to three weeks, but they are a unique window size. All in all, happy and ready to get them in so they can come back to install.

First this is the second time I have used this company but the first time I'm reviewing it on Angie's List. My wife and I used Sunburst Shutters almost a year ago and liked the job they did then, so we decided to hire them again to finish the rest of our home. We requested Chris Petitt to come back out to give us a new estimate because of his professionalism and his expert opinion knowledge of the Sunburst Products. Chris came out on the 11th of August and took the precise measurements for our windows. The shutters came in sooner than expected but Sunburst worked with us to hold up install maybe a week so I could have my windows installed first. The shutters were installed on the morning of the 22nd of September and a crew of two finished maybe within four hours.They did an excellent job.

Read numerous reviews for shutters on Angie's List and the BBB and decided to visit Sunburst Shutters showroom to see their product. Was very impressed by the displays and set up an appointment for an estimate The salesman arrived on time and showed us samples and explained more about these shutters. He measured all of the windows and patio doors and gave us the estimate. The estimate was a little more than we expected, but I believe that you get what you pay for. All of the reviews convinced us that this was the company to do business with. We signed the contract and were told it would take approximately 4 weeks to manufacture and install. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were very efficient and courteous. They removed all of our old blinds and hardware and left no mess. The shutters look great and we are very happy with our purchase. We definitely would recommend Sunburst Shutters to everyone.

We could not be happier with the product and service we received from Sunburst Shutters. The salesman and installers always showed up on time (even a few minutes early). They were very courteous and respectful of our home and our time. The shutters are beautiful! Not only to they block out the sunlight, they give the house an upgraded finish. You may be able to save a little with another company, but with Sunburst you know you will get a great product in a timely fashion.

It went very well! he installation was quick and thorough. They went over the installation process and showed how to care or the shutters. Each shutter was checked and rechecked to be sure they were hung correctly and square.

They were top notch even the salesman and the people that installed it. Everything is excellent about them. I would definitely use them again.

The installers did a good job with the positioning and securing of the shutters to the wall. The only rough spot was the caulking around the shutters. They would only caulk where it was visible to the naked eye. We requested they caulk around the entire shutter but they refused. Update: I want to thank Chris our sales person for calling and requesting to send the installers back out to complete the work to our satisfaction. I am happy to state the Sunburst Shutters follow up is as good as their shutter warranty.

Ordered at their office, they came out next day and measured everything, and completed order. Notified us in 6 weeks that the order was for installation. We fixed a date, they came on time and had the installation done perfectly in 1 1/2 hours.

ON 12/10/13 THE COMPANY CALLED AND STATED THE PANELS WERE COMPLETED AND THEY COULD INSTALL THEM THE NEXT DAY. WE ADVISED THEM WE WOULD BE HOME AND THAT A MORNING INSTALLATION WOULD BE BEST FOR US. THEY STATED THEY WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 10:00AM THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARRIVED APPROXIMATELY AT 9:45 AND BROUGHT ALL THE SHUTTERS IN THE HOUSE. THERE WERE TWO MEN TO INSTALL; HOWEVER, ONE MAN INSTALLED ALL THE SHUTTERS AND THE OTHER CLEANED THE AREAS THAT THE SHUTTERS WERE GOING TO BE INSTALLED AND HE ALSO TOOK DOWN ANY BLINDS INCLUDING ALL THE METAL BRACKETS THAT I COULDN'T GET DOWN PATCHED ANY AREA THAT NEEDED IT AND THEN THEY INSTALLED THE SHUTTERS, CAULKED AROUND EACH ONE CLEANED THE SHUTTERS AND THE AREA THAT JUST HAD THE SHUTTERS INSTALLED. AFTER THEY WERE COMPLETED THAY CHECKED EACH SHUTTER TO INSURE PROPER FIT AND WORKING THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, CHECK EACH AREA TO INSURE IT WAS CLEAN, TOOK ALL MY OLD BLINDS AND FIXTURES THAT I DIDN'T WANT. ALL THIS TOOK THEM LESS THAN 2 HOURS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS TRULY AMAZING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN HAVING SHUTTERS INSTALLED. SPECIAL NOTE: THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAD COME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED, BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM OTHERS THAT USED THEM. THANK ALL THE PERSONNEL THAT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ON A JOB FROM START TO FINISH ON A SUPERIOR JOB DONE.

Have me cost of shutters for my picture window

We received a call two weeks prior to installation telling us our custom shutters were completed and ready for our installation date. There was a second call to us on 10/09/2013 to remind us of the installation date. The Scheduler stated that the Crew would arrive sometime between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The installation time would be approximately 2 hours. The Crew was on time at 11:00 AM and began their work quickly and quietly. They removed the old shutters, verticals, and hardware. The new shutter systems were brought into our home carefully, one at a time. and installed. This was done quickly, evenly, and very professionally. After all the systems were in place the Crew went back through the house and caulked any open areas. They finished by smoothing and painting all the installation areas of each system to insure everything looked as brand new as it is. The Installation Crew was done with my home in 1 hour and twenty minutes. They cleared away all trash and construction leftovers as well as the old shutters and verticals. This was a very pleasant, no hassle experience for us that has improved the look of each of our rooms. We are both very happy with our first dealing with SUNBURST SHUTTERS AND WINDOW FASHIONS.
