After calling for an apointment, the sale man arrived on time and brought a variety of samples. He was polite and informative. He was not pushy and took all measurements during his visit. He was able to provide me with a written estimate on site. I was able to haggle with him (a little) and I had a coupon that was honored without any questions. The price we were able to agree on was the total and there were no hidden fees. They were priced a little higher than other companies, but there warrantee is far better then anyone else. The installation was about a week earlier than promised, which was nice. The installation crew was on time and prepaired to work. They were polite, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great I recommended them to other family members who have also had work done by them.

Contacted three different companies for interior shutters. Decided to go with Sunburst and extremely glad we did. Chris described the company, process, product and price and answered all our questions. Three weeks later, as promised, the two installers came to the house yesterday, on time and were extremely professional and courteous. In just two hours they installed 11 interior shutters and they are absolutely beautiful. We want to thank everyone at Sunburst for their professionalism and product.

UNBELIEVABLE! We had 1 large window, and smaller window for the shutters. Two men were so efficient and organized! We couldn't believe how fast they worked, no mess, no trouble. PERFECT!

Everything went fine except one of the installers used our bathroom and was in there a very long time.

As I said in my review of May 17, 2013 I did not know shutters could be used as closet doors. On May 17, Shawn (Sunburst) assured me he could install the doors to slide just as my mirrored doors had. I called Darik (Sunburst), and he came out to take the measurements and provide an estimate. During the install every item fit correctly. The measurements were exact. Shawn came out and completed the install. His attention to detail was impressive. He made sure every item fit correctly. I was surprised how good the doors looked, and how well they opened and closed. He adjusted the doors to make sure the operation of each door was smooth and easily opened and closed. How many “ workers “ come into one’s home, do a project, and leave without doing a good job of cleaning up after themselves. This was not the case with Shawn. As he went from room to room doing his install he picked up after himself, THEN – when he was all finished – he vacuumed every room he had worked in. YES !! I highly recommend this company. All my dealings with them have been great. After Sunburst installed closet doors for us to replace our mirrored doors on July 2nd, 2013, we decided we would like the header trim larger. We contacted Darik at Sunburst who said that would not be a problem and he arranged for the scheduler to call and set up a day and time for Shawn to add more trim. We wanted to schedule a specific day (Friday) for the install, so we had to wait a little longer for an opening but, that was not a problem at all. Shawn arrived on the scheduled Friday with more trim and completed all three bedrooms with no effort at all. He does exceptional work and he took whatever time was needed to make sure everything fit perfectly before he left. Thanks to Shawn our closet doors look better than ever.

The writer was punctual and gave me an accurate estimate for all of my window coverings. It took about 4 weeks for the shutters to be manufactered. The installation team was punctual and efficient during the installation and cleaned up thereafter. Judging from other reviews, the price was competiive within this market.

The repair team fixed a couple of spots but, were not satisfied with the results and asked if they could send their manager out to have a look. I agreed. From previous experiences with several other companies I was expecting a problem with Sunburst, because they were now sending ?the manager? to "deal" with me. Shawn (the manager) came to the house, introduced himself, and said he wanted to look at the shutters in question. He asked if he could take them to the shop, where he could easily fix the problem and would have them back in the house in a couple of hours, depending on traffic. He told me there was a lifetime warranty with Sunburst Shutters, so there would be no cost incurred. Shawn was back with the shutters, fully adjusted in just over an hour, reinstalled them with the problem fixed. No more difficulty closing and opening. He demonstrated in a few moments how Sunburst really does stand behind their Warranty, and they take great pride in making sure everything is taken care of. While Shawn was at my home we discussed replacement bedroom sliding closet doors. I did not know sliding closet doors with Sunburst was a possibility until I spoke with Shawn. I will be talking to Darik, with Sunburst, in a few days regarding measuring the closet doors. Thank you so much Shawn for your help.

I know I could have bought some of the shutters for a little less, but not the quality. There's a big difference when I have things sent to me from Sunburst. They have a very high quality. They were just very prompt, very cordial, informative and I like the product line. They kept me informed all the time so it was great.

They were on time, neat, courteous and answered any questions that we had. The windows look great and it really improved the look of the rooms. I would definitely use them again.

All of the staff at sunburst were very nice and professional. Our sales rep, chris, was very knowledgeable regarding different products they offer as well as the differences between their products and others out in the market. Our order was scheduled to finish 4-6 weeks and in the end it was finished in 4 weeks. Installation took only 2 hours to my surprise. All of the shutters were fully assembled prior to install. Installers were punctual, polite, and they cleaned up afterwards. Quality of the poly wood shutters are excellent, hence the high price tag but we are very happy with them. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We had gotten an estimate from the salesman, Will about a year prior and we liked him. We did not follow through with getting the shutters at that time because we has budget limitations. However, we approached the subject again in November of 2011 and called Will back for a repeat estimate. We had at least 3 other estimates at that time. The estimate was reasonable, the installation promise time very good and the warranty was excellent. The shutters were installed in 4 weeks, it took the installers just about an hour to install them. We love the shutters and the way they improve the appearance of our house. Hopefully, should there be any problems, they will be taken care of just as expediently. Two drawbacks are, they don't have a payment plan, we used our credit card and when we presented the coupon for $500.00 off, we were told it was already taken into account. Nevertheless, of the four estimates we had, Sunburst gave us the best feeling of service and professionalism.

Sunburts is a top quality product. They are expensive, however they last forever and never need any painting. We have dealt with a number of employees and each has been professional, polite and prompt...all great qualities. The company takes precise measurements and creates the shutters in their manufacturing space. When the installers arrive with the shutters the work is done quickly and finished beautifully.

We have just moved into a brand new house and we had them install shutters in every window. They were reasonable. We know they are expensive. You get what you pay for. They are very good. The shutters are beautiful and well crafted. Their installation is perfect. Shutters are something that you open and close everyday and you want something that will not annoy you and I love the shutters we have. We had inside shutters in our old house too and we got that through three or four businesses because they are kind of expensive so we did a few rooms at a time each time. This time in our brand new house we have nothing else but shutters in every room.

Couldn't have gone better. Their installation team was both very punctual and professional in their execution of the installation process. I accnot say enough good things regarding our experience in dealing with this company. I would recomemnd them to any one in a hear beat.

I think everything just went very well. They were very professional and very punctual. They laid out a schedule out so that we wouldn’t forget and met the schedule. People came out and they did the job quickly and efficiently. They didn’t create a mess and so that was appreciated. The product looks nice. I will surely recommend them to a friend who would want to do the same work. We will use their services again in the future.

We've had them do our shutters before and they are like the biggest shutter company in Las Vegas. They are good. They are a big name and a lot of people like them. We used them before in our other house and the shutters still look good and that was 7 years ago. They are great. The pricing was good as well as the products.

When we bought this house new four years ago, we had Sunburst Shutters install plantation shutters on only three windows, the same three that had plantation shutters in the model home. At that time, I thought it was pretty expensive but we were pleased with the quality of the shutters, as well as the professionalism and punctuality of their personnel. Just recently, we decided to have more plantation shutters installed. They matched the original ones perfectly. We have three small glass cube windows in the master bathroom that required some type of treatment; we decided on plantation shutters. We removed the custom draperies in the master bedroom and had Sunburtst Shutters install plantation shutters on the sliding glass doors. They are terrific -- really bring the backyard inside. We also removed the decorative curtains in the guest room and had Sunburst install a plantation shutter. For the bid, they arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They told us that we can now get a tax credit for the cost of the installation, up to a certain dollar limit. The day of the install, they arrived right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They too told us about the tax credit. They didn't make or leave a mess either time. I think they've dropped their prices, probably as a result of this horrible and prolonged recession. The shutters look terrific. In another couple of years, we will have them back to do the remaining doors and windows. I don't have a single complaint -- and that's something for me. I am critical.
