Called James to come and fix my son's backyard spigot because it was leaking, funny enough it is doing it's job. James told us it was fine and didn't charge a thing. Will defiantly use him again!!

Jason came and did the work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the faucet and then helped me look for a leak that was causing a problem. .....it was not the faucet. He found the leak and is coming back Saturday to fix it. Very reasonable price. I will call Spyder in the future for any plumbing needs. There was a mixup about the day to come out. Owner was extremely apologetic....and guaranteed work would be done. He was very responsive and obviously cares about his customers.

I LOVE THIS GUY. He is my new BFF as every step of the way was a pleasure working with him. The workmanship was impeccable and he James went out of his way to work around my schedule which included other tradesmen. His pricing was more than fair and well below those guys with a fleet of trucks. Not only was his the best bid, but the quality received was amazing. If you ever need an affordable plumber, who cracks jokes without the usual "plumber crack", this is the guy. He left the place neat and spotless and I will be using him forever.

The best plumber I have ever hired. Water heater blew Sunday afternoon. I called Spyder and within fifteen minutes spoke with James and he had it replaced within 24 hours. The price was fair and the work was top notch. Highly recommended.

James was on time and did the work contracted. He also looked at my washing machine water outlet. A large company wanted $600 to replace the box not including dry wall repair. James explained that a nut just needed to be tightened to keep the packing washer in place. I will callspyder plumbing for future jobs.

Spyder Plumbing was excellent from my first phone call through job completion. They gave a quote over the phone and stuck to that price. Completely professional in providing the quote and completing the work. At first James wasn't sure he could make it out that day as he had other appointments, but then called me back to offer to complete the work, making sure that if I had already scheduled another plumber he wouldn't step on their toes. I had received another quote from a larger company for nearly double the price. Completely happy with Spyder. It nice to find a highly skilled, reputable plumber. I highly recommend Spyder, I will use them again.

Went to Angie’s list - saw the deal sndvplaced a call. Next morning James called and then completed the work. Easy transaction.

James came over to estimate the job and told me he could probably get it done in about 4 hours. He was reluctant to give me a firm price on the estimate because he wasn't sure what he would encounter when opening up the wall. My other quotes ranged from $900-$2600. The guy who quoted me $2600 said that he really thought I should repipe both the hot and cold water lines through my entire house, and his estimate for this was $7,200! James is very flexible and allowed me to help make his job easier by having some furniture pre-moved to facilitate his work. He would have been fine doing this himself, but I like the fact that he suggested ways for me to keep my costs down. The job took him about 3 hours to complete, and the total cost was $350, which was extremely reasonable. We plan to have Spyder Plumbing back again in a week or two to install a new kitchen sink, and recess the gas line to our new range.

Excellent!!!! i have had horrible experiences with other plumbing companies. James from Spyder answered when I called, spent the time explaining what needed to be done each step of the way and was beyond reasonable with his pricing. He had my project done faster than expected and his friendly, honest and efficient approach was a great surprise. Although I try to avoid plumbing projects, when the next one comes, I will call James with Spyder.

I purchased the service for $29.85 for two hours of plumbing services for $199. After 10 days had to hire another company because they never had time to get here. I have requested a refund. I called Silver State and they came the same day.

Went very well. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. A fine job. I now have Spyder Plumbing in my phone as my go-to plumber.

Overall it went good, there were a few issues with my irrigation line from the digging but they came back and repaired them.

I woke up on a glorious Saturday morning to find my water heater AND water softener leaking. I called several plumbers. The first one took my number and told me a technician would call me back shortly. At 10:50 p.m., still no call. The second one I called said they were fully booked until Monday. I left a message for the third one, and he called me back 6 hours later. The fourth and final call I placed was to Spyder Plumbing. James answered the phone on the first ring, and within 20 minutes, Curt was at our door. Curt and James were later joined by Jason. They diligently worked until everything was done to our liking and expectation. One of the hardest things to find in Vegas is a professional who knows what he or she is doing. With Spyder, we got lucky with three people who not only knew what they were doing, but were incredible patient with us and our requirements. They were thorough, competent, good-natured, neat and orderly, For the first time since we moved to Vegas, we can wholeheartedly recommend service professionals who met, indeed, exceeded, our expectations. Henceforth, I will only use Spyder for plumbing.

I bought the $149 toilet installation deal. $7.45 reserved the price. I called them up and made the appointment. when he showed up I asked him if he had the toilet with him and he had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him the deal I bought that said $149 for the installation of a new ProFlow toilet. he said there must have been a mistake. when I showed him the deal on my phone, it was very clear. I asked him what he could do to make this right and he said the least he could charge to install a new toilet was $300. Since this was double the price, I declined. just a word of advice, even if there is a mistake, the right thing to do is honor the deal. even if you have to eat some profit, it shows integrity and that's what brings your customers back.

They were there when they said they would be, they were quick, and it really made my life easier! All businesses should run the way this one does! I'll be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

We received great service. The faucet was replaced quickly, and James offered to do all the spigots around the house for an additional $50. We are very happy.

We originally scheduled for a Tuesday but he called to say he had been held up and asked if it would be ok to reschedule for the following day. It was and I really appreciated his call as many service people just don't show up or show up late. He was very apologetic. He came the next day on time and fixed my issue in a jiffy. He was very pleasant and thorough and explained everything he was doing for me. I would definitely hire his services again!
