Spyder Plumbing just completed a very difficult water main replacement to our home. These guys are great! I saw in Angies List that Spyder Plumbing has earned an “A” rating and based on how they responded to our problem I fully concur with that grade and would boost to an “A+” if one is available. I am so glad I called on them to help us with this plumbing issue. As stated in the proposal the job description included: - “Digging from the city meter to the home as well as to the irrigation connection. - All new piping with tracer wire as well as a new ball valve inside the home for the house water main. - Digging installation, back-filling and bringing the landscaping back to as near original landscaping design as possible.” I personally want to thank Ace who saw this job to completion. Ace showed up with a very positive attitude and he conveyed the confidence to do what was required to get this job done, which put me very much at ease. I also was impressed with the fact that the 2 owners came out on this job and pitched in with shovels and picks to assist to complete the trenching and get it to code for the new water line (in the past Ive seen bosses/owners visit a job sight only to point and look, not these guys, they broke into a real sweat working). Upon completion of the trenching and laying in the new line and accompanying connections and new valving to the house and to the irrigation system the work easily passed inspection. The final phase was putting our yard back together, which i was dreading for naught, since the landscaping was brought back to 99.9 % of original design. Which in my book is very very very good. Yes it was a heartbreak having this problem but it was made somewhat bearable with the team from Spyder Plumbing. I will call them back for help in any plumbing problem I may encounter and will recommend them to friends and family.

The guy Ace was super, couldn’t ask for any better, he knew what he was doing, didn’t need new extra parts like the other plumbers had me buy. Saved me $$ , was on time and did a very good job. The office lady, Jan was very prompt and friendly and did work with me to schedule on a tight holiday week. Will use them for ever and highly recommend them. They have a 49.00 deal for service call. I took the offer. I called them and called them no answer. I finaly got a young lady on the phone. She took my info at 8am Nobody ever called. So done I will not call them again.

I had chosen an Angie's List deal to get this work performed. There was a hiccup in Spyder initially contacting me hence the C grade for responsiveness. Once they did however they apologized profusely that they had not contacted me sooner and stated that my request had somehow got dropped. I scheduled the service for the next day and they arrived right on time. I ended up having all three of my exterior faucets replaced and they did an excellent job. The technician once again apologized on completion for the initial contact delay.

Jason was very punctual and professional. Job was done quick and the price was as quoted. I would definitely use Spyder Plumbing again.

He came over and informed us that the water faucet was working fine because we saw a leak and he didn't charge us a thing. Which was really nice. would recommend him to anyone.

Great! Isaac called to schedule within a couple of hours, called when he was on the way, showed up on time. He replaced the damaged parts (more than just the faucet) and was in and out very quickly. Very polite and professional. Absolutely would hire again.

They beat 4 other bids and gave me a 5% Angie's List discount. The installer made 2 mistakes that trapped so much air in the pipes that I had to wait a minute and a half for hot water on some taps. Further the installer forgot a part and had to come back to install it. The boss came out to troubleshoot the delay in hot water delivery, which is how the delay was solved. The inspector failed the permit on insulation and missing screws. Spyder sent a plumber out to fix the outstanding issues. The inspector came out again and passed the unit. Since I saved $332.50 over the next lowest bid, I will hire them again as saving money surpasses minor inconveniences.

The only knock on these guys was that the guy showed up over an hour late to the appointment. An internal communication issue. Overall the service guy was knowledgable, was able to do a lot of work in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with Spyder and would recommend them.

I needed to replace my water heater. I called at 7:30 and at Noon Jason came and did a great job installing the new one at a very reasonable cost. Took him 30 minutes from start to finish. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing as he did it. I will definitely look to use this company first for any future plumbing problems that I might have.

Awesome service, great company, excellent people. You can't go wrong if you call Spyder Plumbing. When our contractor bailed on our kitchen remodel, James and Jason came to our rescue. We now have our kitchen back functioning. They took care of all our plumbing needs and we couldn't be happier with the service!

James and Jason at Spyder were very prompt, professional and did a great job repairing our leak. James went above and beyond in providing us with customer service excellence. My husband and I dug some areas of our yard to try to locate the leak. I sent him pictures of our progress and he guided us along the way with the digging. And this was on a Sunday. So I greatly appreciated his attention to our issue. Costs ended up being much less because the leak was close to the city water box, thus preventing the need to dig the entire yard. He also was very honest in helping us with this issue. I chose Spyder because of the good reviews I read and after other calls to plumbers who didn't give me a good impression, we went with Spyder and glad we did.

I found Spyder Plumbing on Angie's List. Spyder/Angie's List had a deal of 2 hours plumbing for $169. I called on Monday and spoke with the owner, James. I told James that I was not in a hurry and could wait as long as next week. Jason was my technician. He called me and said he was in the area and could be here within a few minutes if it was convenient for me. I took him up on the offer of coming today, May 16. He completed the job in less than 1 hour. I am extremely happy with a job well done and would highly recommend Spyder Plumbing.

Jason and James were both very nice and got the job done. It ended up being a much bigger problem than we thought and they were very thorough and considerate of our needs. No complaints on our end! And best price!
