+ -1 moreSouthwest Air Conditioning offered us a fair price for the work that they did. We have used them a couple times in the past and they have always done a good job for us. We have not had any problems with the work that they did since the repair. They were able to get the job done in a short time.
Description of Work: They replaced a thermostat and the control panel on our air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThis was a horrible experience. When the guy came to do the job, he did not even do everything he was supposed to do. I was very disappointed about this. I had already paid them to do the job and it did not get complete. I tried to call them back and I could never get a hold of anyone. I called so many times that I finally had to have someone else come in and fix it for me. There was not much work left that needed to be done; thank goodness because I had already put enough money into this.
Description of Work: Southwest was hired to come out and connect my air conditioner to my furnace.
