Outstanding. There was just one worker. The area was left clean. They were professional.

They are pretty good. They always come out when we need them. They are very reliable. We have used them for probably 40 years. Their prices are good. Very professional.

They came on a Sunday. It was really hot and I had a client coming over and needed it cooled down. When I called, they gave me the number to an agent and it was a day off. I said, "I am desperate here and I've got a client coming and my office is very hot". He said, "No problem, I am eating right now and I'll be right over." and he was over in like 20 minutes and it was good and charged a fair price and everything so you can't beat that kind of service.

He came out to inspect my furnace and air conditioner. He said both one air conditioner wasn't working and that I needed to replace both furnace and air conditioner. My neighbor came down and looked at paperwork. He checked the air conditioners for me and said there was nothing wrong with them. He called and brought the check back. It was a sham. It was infuriating. Be very careful about what they tell them and what they say is true.

We have a contract with them to inspect our heating and ac units. If I could give them higher than an "A" in professionalism, I would.

They did a great job installing our new boiler.

I have been a customer with them for about 3 years now. They give you a window when they will come and always show up on time. The technicians are always professional, courteous, and take the time to answer any questions that you have.

Big problem.......their AC service in the spring only checked the outside compressor, but NOT the condenser in the attic., nor the condensor pipes to ensure they were not clogged......last summer (9/3/13), our condensor drain pans overflowed, without showing water dripping outside in either pipe (especially the "emergency pipe" which would warn us that there is a problem that water is not draining to the outside from the primary pipe. This caused water damage inside our house requiring hiring a contractor to dry out walls and ceiling and reconstruct same. Covered by our homeowners insurance, BUT now they want to increase my premium $400 even though it was our FIRST CLAIM! Changed insurance companies and have to pay $200 more for 5 years. We also changed our AC service...they said checking the pipes every year is a must, and they go up to the attic to check them.

They are always on time. They will also call you before they come out to make sure that your home. I have used them for many years.

The overall experience was good. We were very, very impressed with them. We had several people come out. They gave us a couple of different quotes. We went with American Standard because they had the best warranty. They were good.

Inspections have been scheduled conveniently and we have had no problems to date.

They were able to come out promptly and replace it. I've had good luck with them. Sometimes their scheduling can be difficult but I've never had a problem. The price was high because it was after hours. The last guy that came out was fine. I normally am under contract with them and the price is good but after hours it is high. I told them it was a lousy deal for a service contract customer. If it had happened 1/2 hour earlier it would have been $180 less but I didn't know anything was wrong 1/2 hour earlier.

I called at 7:30AM and explained that the fan above the compressor wouldn't start turning unless I stuck a screw driver thru the grill and started moving it. They checked the capacitor and it was good so the fan motor was replaced and now it works fine. it is now 9:30 AM and they have already left.

I don't give out an "A" very often. They did arrive quickly and did the service in a timely manner. They did forget to replace one fastener and now the unit whistles.

They charged too much for the estimate and came back and damaged the unit beyond repair. I had to call the police to get them off my property. ($200.00)

They replaced an automatic igniter for it. I told them that it still had problems and they told me that they couldn't find out what was wrong so it still doesn't work right. I don't plan on using them again in the future.

Sometimes it is hard to get them to respond in the summer because they have so many customers. It is worth the wait though because they do an excellent job. We pay on a yearly contract and they come two times a year to clean the unit and just make sure it is working properly. They have such good running systems that there is hardly ever a problem with the unit. We are pleased with the service.

Experience very good. Price competitive and job done exactly when promised. Time to complete the changeover was also accurate. Technican very competent and performed professionally - all little details, sealing, cleanup, etc. accomplished. New thermostat operation explained. All documentation provided.

Southwest Air Conditioning did a great job cleaning our air ducts. They did not leave any kind of mess to clean up. We have actually been using this company for a very long time and they always have done a wonderful job for us. They charge me ninety dollars for a one year contract and they come out twice a year.

The job of installation was done in just a few days, and any refuse was cleaned, and taken away. They technicians seemed skilled, and everything seemed fine. Then, the first summer I noticed that puddles were forming next to the unit. They had installed it on an angle, which caused the moisture to move away from the drain. One of their technicians came over to take a look. He refused to admit it was pitched the wrong way, even though it was obvious. I had to fix this myself, and I was not happy with their attitude about the situation.

Southwest Air Conditioning has never tried to mislead or take advantage of us. We have come to find that this company was very trustworthy and when they explained in full to us our unit's condition, it was something we could have taken to the bank. With their help our units stayed in good working order. We were very satisfied with all they did for us and couldn't have been more convenient from our standpoint.

Along with cleaning my air ducts they also maintenance my air conditioner once a year. I am very satisfied with every service they provide me with. The workers are always nice and reliable. There has never been an incident where they have been late or anything. When cleaning the ducts, they did an exceptionally good job. They cleaned up all the mess from the dust. I will hire them again next year to clean my ducts again. I feel the air is much more refreshing.

Southwest Air Conditioning did an excellent job for us. They inspected and cleaned our heating and cooling unit. I do like that they had great communication with us. I do use them yearly. They also will let you know if something is wrong with your unit and they will give you an estimate on the spot and then they leave it up to you if you choose to get it fixed.

We built our own home, hiring all contractors ourselves, and Southwest had a good reputation. It was deserved because they did an excellent job with the installation. The work crew was on time, worked long hours, until the job was complete. The project lasted a little over three days, and they had to work around other contractors, so it was not very convenient for them. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. The price quote was exactly what they charged, even though it took a little longer than they had anticipated.
