Description of Work: Maintenance service to our A/C . Tech was courteous and did a great job. He did a routine check of our a/c and pronounced in great shape. We have yearly contract to have our a/c and heater checked twice a year.

Description of Work: Used Sierra for Spring and Fall heating/cooling check-ups based on special offer received from Angie's List. Also spoke with neighbors who had used them before and were very happy with their service. |Both times we have been very happy with Sierra. Their technicians are clean, friendly and very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all our questions. The cost of their "check up" is well worth not having heating or cooling surprises!

Description of Work: We had only been living in this new home for 2 months and there were many problems that needed to be addressed. The home was remodeled extensively but not the A/C which became the most pressing issue. The house sat empty for many years and was a foreclosure. We purchased it from the seller who had it for just 3 or 4 years and had the rehab work done. |We also used Service Plus Plumbing from Henderson to repair the Master plumbing. They had to take off sheet rock to get into the plumbing behind the shower. Most of the pipes were plugged up with corrosion. There was a new Pelican Water Conditioner installed about a year ago which stopped further corrosion of the interior plumbing. We went on Angie's list to find Service Plus to change the filters on the Pelican and will change every 6 months. Because of the good service, I decided to use them to take care of the non working shower and body sprays. Excellent work there too. |Another company we used from Angie's list was Desert Home Electric Las Vegas to repair some issues and change out the incandescent bulbs to LED and new LED compatible dimmers. Excellent work there too. |We did replace the 2 A/C with 4 ton 16 seer and Furnaces and purchased 2 Air Purifiers. |The team were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves.
