I was very happy with their work. They were professional and very neat. They also answered all my questions.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Thursday. We scheduled an appointment 2-days in advance (scheduled on Thursday for an appointment on Saturday), which was the soonest availability per Sierra Air Conditioning. We were told that the maintenance tech would be at our home no sooner than noon and that he would call us 30 to 45 minutes in advance to confirm our availability. On Saturday, the day of our appointment, we called at 2p to verify that our appointment was still on, which Sierra Air confirmed it was. By 5p there was still to tech; so we called again to confirm that our appointment was still on. We were told that our tech was "on a break" and that he had one more client to visit before us. Our new time was after 5p. At 6p, there was still no call and no tech. Meanwhile, it was an especially hot day so my family and I were suffering in the heat at home waiting for this illusive tech. We called at 8p and were told that the tech was still at another client's site and that we were next on the list. We were also told that the tech could arrive as late as midnight. By this point, we had had enough! We then canceled our appointment. In canceling our appointment, the person with whom we spoke, a man - didn't catch his name, had a hint of condescension in his voice as we were indicating to him that we were canceling our appointment. It was as though this Sierra Air representative had it in his mind that it would be our loss. In short: Sierra Air is the most UNPROFESSIONAL air conditioning system service and repair company with which I have had the misfortunate of encountering. The number I dialed was (702) 565-4610. I would recommend that all would-be customers beware when dealing with this company.

Sierra was very professional from estimate to completion. Estimator and technicians wore foot protection inside home to prevent soiling of floors. Installation took about 6 hours. Return for final electrical connections and start-up took about two hours. Work also included blocking off ventilation ducts on existing system and cleaning of its coils and disconnection of thermostat in casita. Ultimately, a new thermostat had to be installed for existing system for it to work correctly after segregation of casita; this was done at no extra charge. Sierra also discovered that existing igniter was near failure so this was replaced at their normal charge. Sierra's price for this work was more than other installers would have charged, but their level of quality assurance and professionalism was well worth their price.

The company rep, Chris Ramsay was awesome and spent a lot of time answering our questions and got us setup with just the right system for our needs. The service technicians were great. they showed up precisely on time and finished the job in less time than they originally quoted. The work was done with professionalism and our air conditioning has never worked so well. Their office staff was in contact with us all the time and did a great job of notifying us about everything. As mentioned before, we contracted this through Costco services and am thoroughly pleased with the experience. We actually plan to get windows through them in the future. Additionally, we're getting a $700 Costco gift card as a bonus for doing business with them, which we look forward to using. We definitely recommend Sierra Air Conditiong to anyone needing heating and air work done, as well as Costco Home Services.

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. The product had been better than expected.

They had originally installed the units. His name is Patrick. The price was well worth it. I have been very pleased with what they have done. They were very nice. Everybody that has come has been very nice and professional.

They are very good. They show up on time and are very respectable. They put their little booties on so they don't dirty up the house. They have always done a very good job. They are very thorough. I had an issue with my air conditioner at the end of July and it was one of the hottest days. I called them in the evening and my air went out upstairs at about 9:30 p.m. and they were out here by noon the next day and changed the fan motor in my air conditioner and it has been working great ever since. I would definitely recommend them to others. I got them from Angie's list few years ago and I have been using them for yearly cleaning for quite a long time.

The company is outstanding. The service is excellent. They have their own quality control. They have us scheduled next month to do a quality control check of their work. The first time they came in they let the system run and came back within a week with another installer, like a supervisor, to go over the work of the original installer. They found areas of improvement they should have done and did it right then and there. They redesigned the intake system to increase efficiency. We had no clue it needed it but they self critiqued their own personnel and found he should have done other things to the air return of the unit. It took a number of hours to do it and now they scheduled us for next month for a follow up quality control to make sure everything is operating fine. When we bought the system there was an air filtration system that was a high end hospital grade kind of system they could have put in and a lesser grade filter system that we elected to purchase. On the day of installation they told us we could not get the filter we wanted so they said at their cost they were going to install the high end filter because it was the only thing they had in stock. For no additional cost, it amazed us because it was a significant increase in the price that we didnt have to bear. Their service is outstanding.

The return air vent cover/grille was replaced for $263. I consider this to be a bit pricey. I originally planned to replace the grille on my own. However, I was not able to find my size (40"x20") at Lowe's or Home Depot. So, I felt that my best option would be to call a heating and cooling company so that I could get one. Don't know what I was thinking...I should have ordered one online, but I wanted one right away. While the technician was working, I asked about what would cause the furnace to turn off when it rained. I explained to him that the only way that I could get the furnace to turn back on was to flip the breaker off and back on again. He provided me with a free diagnostic service and found what caused the furnace to turn off. He then serviced (or tuned up) the furnace for $69. The technician was professional, explaining to me what he was doing and answering my questions. I could see that he enjoyed sharing each step with me. I appreciated that as I am kind of a geek. Although I wasn't really all too happy with the pricing, the free diagnostic showed me that carbon monoxide was being emitted into the house because the furnace was faulty. It would have cost me at least $176 for a carbon monoxide meter. So, yes the return air grille was a bit costly, but overall the service was worth it.

They had a special over the spring for a check up for the unit, otherwise the normal price is expensive. I think any of those services normally are too expensive in the area, other than that I thought the company was fine.

They were excellent. They came to the house and put on special coverings for their shoes. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and came back the next day and fixed it. It was great.

I have a yearly set plan with them. They always adjust my thermostat for me, because I have a problem with changing the settings. When it is time for my filter to be changed and they happen to be here then they will change it for me. They are reliable. They come when they say that they are going to. They give me the same serviceman as long as I am happy with him.

Two men showed up on time, came in the house and immediately put on booties so as not to dirty the floors. They then explained what they would do and started to work. They were in our house and outside at the units for two hours and when they were done they sat down with us and told us what they did and found. Our unit was working fine. Then they told us to call for winter service in the late fall. They thanked us, left us a copy of our paid bill and left. They were very professional and worked the entire two hours. We were very pleased. We called them because they installed the unit in our house when it was built. There price was higher than others that we have called in the past. However, they seemed to do a lot more work than most. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Called Sierra Air Cond. because my air conditioning had quit on a '97 degree day. I spoke to Debi Smull in customer service. Instead of sending someone out to my home, Debi diagnosed the problem and gave me over the phone instructions how to repair my wall unit thermostat. At NO cost to me! Can you imagine how rare this is? Needless to say, I will only use Sierra Air for any future air conditioning problems.

The crew was on time, and did not waste too much time with small talk. After they explained what they were going to do, the system was done in only a day and half. There was no garbage left behind, and we love the new system. We don't have to run the heat in the entire house, which really saves us money on energy bills, and the cost was not that severe.

Sierra Air Conditioning was very prompt and showed up the same day that we had called them. They did very good work and the company was helpful. I have not had any problems with my unit since they fixed it. There is nothing that I would have them change about the work that they did. We live in a three year old Pulte Home and the air conditioner was under warranty, so it did not cost us anything

I have used Sierra Air Conditioning for about ten years now; they come in the spring to check my air conditioner and the fall to check my heat. The service man that was here in the fall did a very thorough check of our system including the oil and gas. The company is professional, punctual and we are pleased with their prompt customer service in keeping our system running properly.

Sierra Air Conditioning fixed my air conditioner just fine because when they were done, it worked and we have not had any problems with it since the repair. They did not seem like people that would take advantage of me and I trusted their judgment.
