Description of Work: As a pool service goes, they are not bad, but getting a response from them when you call takes to long sometimes. Actually my husband called today again since we are trying to work out our salt water pools problem and the owners mail box is now full. I guess we are not they only ones with questions.

Description of Work: After having a terrible time with another pool company that ripped me off, I called Royal Blue Pool Service. Paul Stone came out right away. I found that I paid the other company's serviceman a lot of money for repairs (gears) that weren't made at all! Paul charged me a minimal amount to get my pool running smoothly. His monthly charge is normal for Las Vegas. I hope to get a few more things done in the near future. I feel I am in good hands with Paul's company. I found his name in Angie's book and am glad that I found someone who is responsible.

Description of Work: I've been using Royal Blue Pools for 3 months. They come once a week, brush down the pool, add chemicals as needed and have kept my pool sparkling clear. They also clean my filter once a month. No contract with month to month service at $99/mo for my pool of 7,000 gallons. They do what they say and are easy to work with. As a separate item, becase of a very high hardness reading I also had them drain my pool, refill and stablize chemicals which they did for a very reasonable cost. I'm a very satisfied custgomer.

Description of Work: I had called Royal Blue Pools for an appointment and asked for Wed, 5/25. Paul called me Wed. morning to say he could come later in the afternoon and would call me to let me know about what time. I never heard from him again, and I stayed home all day! A phone call to say he couldn't make it would have been nice! Not even a call the next day, today! Not very professional or responsive, unless he had an accident!
