Roger's Repair Service

Everything went perfect. Now I have confidence that when I return in December I won't have a broken pile of junk.

It went very well. He was on time. He really cares about his customer's being happy. This guy is great. We had a problem and he wasn't going to leave until it was fixed and I was happy. I would highly recommend him. He will be the first on my list.

For quite some time we were loosing a significant amount of water from our spa. Our water bills skyrocketed and a motor burned up due to low water level which cost us almost $1000 to replace. The motor was replaced by another highly recommended Angie's List "qualified" repair service. Two additional repair companies also told us water loss was due to evaporation. Finally we contacted Roger's Repair Service who diagnosed the problem as an underground pipe leak, repaired the leak and the problem is solved!! This company is responsive, honest and very knowledgeable. They said they have been in business over 30 years. I recommend them to anyone that has pool or spa equipment problems.

Ive used this company a few times in the past 10 years and have always been very happy with the service. They are not the cheapest but are, what i feel to be very fair. I called them out after I had a new pump put in by another company. A week or so later I noticed my hot tub was too full. Which led me to notice that pool returnes were not running. Turned out to be the very little toggle switch on one of the auto valves that I guess was used during the install of the pump...though I don't know why and not returned to its former position. That took about 60 seconds. While there a couple of small leaks were noticed and fixed by a couple of new gaskets. No other charge other than the 85 dollar service call charge was incurred.

Had a little problem identifying correct wires due to previous repair person mixing colors of wires. All repairs were successful and they cleaned up the area where they had to dig a large hole. Very satisfied with the results.

I had a variety of issues I wanted looked at. Roger did a walk through with me and was able to fix several items right away. One issue was with our pool pump. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and suggested a total replacement. This wasn't a hard upsell - the pump was quite old and had been refurbished a number of times. He was back out a few days later, replaced the pump quickly and was also able to get us the LV Energy rebate as part of the invoicing process. Super easy. If you are relying on your regular pool guy to fix things for you but they never...quite...work....give these guys a call. I should have done it sooner. In short, I would recommend them for all your pool repair needs.

Bill the technician came out and arrived exactly on time. This unit has been down for years...we have solar panels on the roof for the pool heating....but have never been able to use our spa. He diagnosed the issue (bad thermostat) went and got the part in under 30 minutes and was back and finished the job! Reasonable rates, professional and courteous. They will be the FIRST people I call from now on!

The crew was respectful and professional. Roger answered all of our questions and spent extra time patiently explaining the new system and programming it to our preferences. We would HIGHLY recommend him!

We have an above ground spa that was not heating. When I called to schedule service, the receptionist was pretty busy. She took down all of my information, the problem, and told me a service tech would contact me. I received a call from the service tech to tell me he was on the way to check out the issue. He arrived before we did (it's a new house which we have not yet moved into) and immediately called me to inform me that they don't do work on above ground spas and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked him for a recommendation, and he recommended Spas by Rene. In the future, I would call Rogers Repair Service if we do own a home with a pool and spa.

The company was great. I called after dealing with my "pool guy" and my home warrenty company for over a week. I finally gave up on both and found Roger's on Angie's List. I called and they could have someone out next day. Bill arrived first thing in the morning (per my request when scheduling) and quickly diagnosed the problem. He left for about 35 minutes, retrieved the part and fixed the problem. AMAZING since my pool guy took a week and still couldn't "find the part" to fix the pump. Not only did he fix the existing problem, he stayed to watch the functioning of the pump and identify additional leaks and fixed them for me without "adding it to the bill". He also patiently answered questions that I probably should have known the answers to but didn't. Overall I was thrilled with their service and will call on them again when I need help!

This company came to fix the heater to my pool. The problem, according to the tech, was non working thermostats on both the pool and the spa. Since it takes hours for a pool to heat we did not know until the next day that the heaters still did not work. Since I was having a "pool party" the next evening I called to get the tech back out to my home to fix the problem. I started calling the office as soon as they opened the next morning. After my third call to the office and being told someone would get back in touch with me, the office scheduler said they would not be able to get a tech back out until the day after my party. I explained that I was having a "pool party" for out of town guests and I needed the heater repaired immediately. I told them I would get someone else if I could be assured that what they had done, was not the problem and I could get my money back. I did not want to pay another $200 to another company and be out of a possible $400 or more and still not have the problem resolved BEFORE my party. I was told the owner would get back to me regarding the problem and the potential reimbursement.. Approximately 6 hours later (much too late to get another company) I got another call from the scheduler to say a technician would come to my home after finishing another job. The tech arrived around 5:30 pm. It seemed like a gadget on the pool thermostat needed an adjustment. Since it would take another length of time to know whether or not the heater was working I knew nothing until the next day (party day). The returning tech (Bill) was absolutely fantastic, courteous, knowledgeable, and returned the next day to see if everything was working okay. I have no problem with the actual work performed but I will not use this company again because the stress I endured waiting all day for a mere call back regarding a return and, hopefully, successful repair BEFORE my event (which went on without the use of the pool) was not worth it. Also, I have yet to get a call from Roger, the owner, as promised.

EXCELLENT! I was very happy with Roger's repair service. Rick, the repairman was very professional and courteous and he answered all myquestions. he did an excellent job. I recommended Roger's pool service to my next door neighbor.

Spa just stopped working, I called Roger's Repair Service and they were able to get a technician out the same day. This has been the best experience with a repair person I have had in years! Arrived on time, listened my problem, and they explained the diagnose process. Once we found the problem, there was no hard sell to buy the part from him or schedule any additional services. He also tested my spa water and gave me some advice on how to keep my spa in tip top shape. What a great experience, I have had several "spa repair" people from other companies over the years and I always feel like they are figuring it out as they go. This was a true knowledge professional.

Arrived on time, did the work needed, returned with the parts required and cleaned up after the work. Even brought back the extra gasket he promised. Excellent responsive trustworthy company.

Pool heating pump replaced. Very quick, very professional.

He called me 30 minutes before arrival. He went right to work and did some trouble shooting on my pool and found the problem. My pool needed a new filter and gave me the information where to find one. He is very personal and we got along well. I will be using him again in the future once .

I placed a call last week with the request for service on Tuesday. I received a phone call first thing Tuesday morning to alert us that the technician was on the way. Bill arrived promptly and listened to our issues / concerns before diagnosing the problem. He very quickly determined the apparent cause; bad external wiring from the heater to the control system. Bill was courteous, efficient, and we could not have asked for a better outcome. I would not hesitate to call in the future for any pool issue.
