Technician was able to get a new heater the same day. Installation was done within a few hours. Very pleased with service. He also looked at the water and recommended draining and refilling the pool so as not to void the warranty of the new heater. Very pleased with the service.

After reading several reviews I saw the one from Roger's pool repair. I ordered a discount coupon for a service call. After contacting the company they said they could have someone out to my house the next day. Our service man and I think his name was Bill was outstanding. After explaining our problem he knew immediately what the problem was. Explained our options and repaired it that day. He also brought to our attention another problem that we will address in the next week or so. Would definitely use this company again.

We lived here from 2003-07 and just before moving away had found Roger's Repair Service fixing a problem with out pool. Since moving back I have had a series of pool repair people make repairs that didn't leave me feeling warm and cozy with. I located this company via Angie's List on a special deal for $39 versus their normal $80 service call fee. Called and left message on a Friday evening. Sunday afternoon they called and set up appointment for today, Monday 10-17-2016. Technician called and came even earlier than appointment time. Looked at leaking pool valve (I thought valve case was cracked, and determined it was missing a spacer between two small "O" Rings. Quickly disassembled valve, checked for what I had thought was problem (he was right) then got new "O" Rings, large and small, and replaced them all with spacer as well (it as missing) greasing them properly, reassembled and then ran pump to insure no leaks. Then asked me to sign his work ticket giving me a copy without even charging me for the parts! That's service in my book! Then I saw the truck with it's add painted on the side and instantly recalled them from when we lived here before. Roger's Repair Service has a new customer that I have confidence in. Paid Angie's in advance over phone using credit card. Normal Service Fee for Call of this company is $80 but via Angie's List it was $39. Then they didn't even charge me for $6 to $10 worth if parts used to fix problem.

This was a big deal and it went good. As far as I am concerned he really did not do much except come out here and talk and talked. At the end he gave me some chemicals once the new water was in. He tried to explain everything but it was, like, actually, too complicated. To get better grades from me he could make all the chemicals needed explanation less complicated. They just kind of like lost me.

My Paramount pop-up pool cleaning system stopped working. Technician arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went for parts and was back in 30 mins to complete the repair. Good experience and I would hire them again for future pool repairs.

Repair man was professional, knew what he was doing. Inadvertently capped off a wire that controlled the electricity to the jacuzzi's clock Called Roger Repair and they sent the Tech back out to fixed it. Roger Repair was nice about it and had no problem with them having him come back. Satisfied with job.

Technician Bill was great. Did not have a pump motor with him that would fit my pump, but went & got one, back in a jiffy & got the new one installed in 30-45 minutes. Very happy with the service.

This provider came out to give me a quote on repairing a pool filter. They came back on December 14, 2015 and installed a new pool filter. This provider offers a senior discount and a $20 discount to Angie's List members but they would not credit that amount off of the final bill. They did good work but I am concerned about them not honoring their discounts.

1st service 100% 2nd service we were charged $80.00 to label the piping for pool and $5500 estimate for repair.

replaced autofill device because of pool overflowing. checked canister for leaks. checked Jacuzzi jets. did a great job and everything working now. gave advice on Jacuzzi jets not having full power.

I had Roger come out to look at our automation controls and our pool heater. The automation controls didn't support the newer multi-speed pumps, so it needed to be updated to work properly with my pump. He checked out the heater and found the PC board and blower motor were dead. He was honest about the price of repairing the existing heater vs. the cost of a brand new heater. He didn't refuse to try to fix the old heater, but we both agreed it would make more sense (given the cost of the parts & labor) to just replace it. He replaced my automated control system and added a wi-fi receiver the same day I had him out. The heater replacement happened a couple of days later. I am extremely happy with my pool system and heater now, and Roger (who personally did all of the work) was always on time, extremely professional, and a very friendly guy. We had one minor issue after the installation of the heater, and Roger was right back out to correct the issue. The service was great, the staff was friendly (Roger and the kind woman who answers the phone), and I would not hesitate to call Roger again (but, I'm hoping it will be a long time before I need to). Like any big change/repair to pools, things get expensive quickly. However, I think the price paid was very fair given the street price of the equipment, the time Roger was here, and the support/training in the new equipment. I'm glad I found Roger's Repair service, and I've already recommended them to a friend.
