Description of Work: You get what you pay for. They showed me how to get functions working on the pool, but did not stay around long enough to make sure that the functions were actually working. In our case we had a valve problem, and had to find it on our own. After a whole day of heating the jacuzzi was only luke warm because the water to the jacuzzi was still feeding into the jacuzzi from the pool. | |They did help me isolate the problem, so that was good- but not sure I'd be happy to pay full pop for a half-fix.

Description of Work: Company responded within 1 day of purchasing voucher and was very professional. Scheduler asked enough of the right questions to determine they do not service the kind of spa we have. Disappointed they could not do the work but glad to find out before they came out.

Description of Work: I purchased a $39 Big Deal for a Pool or Spa Service Call. We were experiencing an issue with our pool. We had them look at that issue and repair it as well. They had to drain the pool, do work on the surface of the pool, and then fill it back up.

Description of Work: My husband was working out of town and there was a leak under my sink. The plumber, who was one of the owners of the company, fixed my reverse osmosis water system quickly and efficiently. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions and that I wanted to see what he fixed under my sink. He showed me and I learned a lot. I highly recommend them!
