We had several friends recommend to us that at least two pool inspections be done if we were buying a house with a pool. Although we had a brief pool inspection done by the home inspector as part of the whole-house inspection, we went ahead and paid for a specific pool inspection as well so that we would know exactly what we were getting into. Roger did a very thorough and detailed inspection on the pool and pool area of a house we were considering buying. His report was extremely detailed and thorough. He found many issues missed by the home inspector who did a basic but cursory inspection of the pool. Roger also provided photos to back it up. He also provided detailed instructions on setting and maintenance, finding some mis-set valves and a valve that needed replacement. He spent a couple of hours and covered every detail. He thoroughly checked all surfaces and all mechanical devices, including full rotations of the self-cleaning jets. He also checked the concrete patio surrounding the pool area. When Roger was done we had a very detailed picture of every possible expense we might face, maintenance that had been missed, pictures, and ballpark estimates for possible work that might need to be done in the future. Roger was extremely professional; he didn't even let himself be rushed by an overzealous real estate agent who was trying to rush him. I can't recommend Roger highly enough. We are currently in the process of buying several properties with pools in the Las Vegas/Henderson area -- We absolutely will be using Roger to inspect the pool for ANY home we buy that has a pool. The detailed inspection was well worth the $160 we spent for the inspection. I would not buy a house with a pool without having Roger inspect it first.

Excellent. I have confidence in the repair personnel Roger's sends out to give me an expert evaluation of the problem and a fair estimate of the costs. I've never caught the technicians inflating prices for parts or over-reporting labor hours. They have always done an excellent and fair job for me.

Roger did a very thorough job checking out the pool. He spent a few hours checking all the valves, motors, jets, and heater. He saved me from making a bad investment in a house with a pool that needed extensive work, that on first glance looked fine. I would use Roger again.

I will definitely use this company again if needed. The wait for the service call (1 week) was well worth it. Wish I had called them first!

The service person came out and said the heater needed new fire brick as it was deteriorated. He replaced the firebrick. The spa was never fixed. I finally took the Jandy valve apart and went to a local pool store and bought two new parts for under $30 and fixed it myself. After the service person wanted $300 to fix the area in the pool, I said it was too much and he lost interest in fixing the spa. I assumed it was because I wasn't going to spend any more money with him. I did my due diligence with this company, checked them out with the contractors board and Better Business Bureau. They had no unresolved complaints. I should have made a complaint but did not., I just didn't want anything more to do with this company.

Called him because our fountain would only turn on by plugging it in. Our remote no longer controlled the on/off function. He quoted me $80 for the trip and the first half hour. He came with his helper, it took about 15 minutes for him to evaluate the problem, which was to check some wires, check the plugs and the remote. Whatever he did was simple, but we couldn't do it and the fountain is working.

I left a message to have them call me, so they could call me back to get rates, and specifically told them what time to call me, Not in the morning. Well, they called me at 9am on my home phone and I told him to call back later. Then they called my cell phone (didn't answer it). Later there are men knocking on my front door, and they go out back to start repairs on the pool, without me answering the door or permission to work on my pool. He gave me an estimate of $200 to repair, which I said ok, and he only took 30 minutes, and handed me a $269 invoice and the prices of the parts was over priced. They were also suppose to send out a person to test my pressure, but they never showed up.

Roger's Repair Service showed up on time and did a very good job. They explained everything they were doing and I have not had any problems since they were here. We usually call them about every 6 months to maintenance our purifier.

Rogers did a terrific job and I am extremely pleased that we converted to a salt pool. He came right away and did all the work needed within a week. This kind of pool is far easier to maintain, so we will be doing that ourselves from now on.

The service was great and very professional, we were satisfied with the service on our pool. They were prompt with the appointment and the service man was very friendly. We have not had any other problems with the filter after it had been cleaned.
