We paid a little extra for Red Carpet, but I wanted to make sure it was done right. We've moved many times with the military and this company was top notch from the reservation all the way to the completed job. They were punctual, professional, well staffed and efficient. They arrived on time, they wore clean company shirts and they completed the job in less time than we had anticipated. They also respected my wish that they remove their shoes when walking on our brand new carpet going upstairs. We appreciated that they sent enough guys to do the job instead of having to call more people. It was an hourly rate and they worked non-stop until it was all done. I tried to buy them lunch but they were so fast that by the time I arrived with lunch they were already on their way to another job. A great experience and I would hire them again. You get what you pay for!

The movers were courteous and polite. They understood that the previous movers damaged the furniture and took extra care to ensure it didn't happen again. Everything they wrapped and moved arrived at the new location in the original condition. They never complained about the heat or being tired. They responded to our requests with a smile. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent! Gina answered my call and helped us arrange for whole house packing service on Friday and whole house move on Saturday. We also received 10% off for Angie's list referral. The crews arrived on time each day and worked quickly and carefully. They made this move the best.

Everything did arrive. I haven't breakage or anything to speak of or anything except Red Carpet Moving lost a screw to the refrigerator. They came and they didn't deliver my washer and dryer, they lost that. It took them four or five days to deliver that but they found a whole bunch of stuff and they had taken all the doors off the refrigerator and then they lost all of the hardware so they try to think back from they deliver the machine. They put the stuff together but they said, we have to order the parts and have never heard from them again. I would give them a failure in that part. They gave me a quote for how much it was going to cost for the move and we moved from Northwest to San Antonio here at the Corpus Christi and I think they under-quoted me. They didn't charge me more but moving was just a horrible experience because they were there until 10 o'clock at night and we had to be out for the next morning for the new owners to move in and they didn't bring enough truck. They just were not professional at all inn my opinion. We acquired a couple of things that I keep thinking "those aren't mine" and they didn't seem very concerned. Somebody else some place didn't get something they left behind. I don't think they were very good at separating people's possession and I can speak from experience because my husband is in the military and we move a lot. We had to do a lot of stuff ourselves. There was a lot of things they lost.

We moved a two story 2500sq ft house to a single story. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took care with my things. The move took approx 4-5 hrs. Hard workers. I would use again.

Movers showed up exactly on time. They were friendly and professional all day. We agreed upon the rate at the beginning and set the start time clock. At the end of the day, we summarized the total cost. Everything went smoothly. We loved the team from Red Carpet and would recommend them.

The movers were punctual, efficient, which is great when you are paying by the hour! Only complaint was they knicked the wall a couple of times, and the one item they had to box was put together haphazardly. I would use them again as they were eager to please and assist where necessary.

We were not disappointed! With only 2 weeks notice the exact date we wanted to move was arranged. Kevin, the driver, was an excellent supervisor of the crew. Any item we did not have in a box the movers thoroughly wrapped in our home so we could see it was done properly. They were extremely respectful of our items, particularly anything we had labeled fragile. Kevin kept in good communication with us regarding his estimated arrival time. He was actually one day earlier than promised. Unloading went smoothly and the crew was very accommodating to our wishes of where we wanted items placed. And, just an example of attention to detail, Kevin noticed we were placing some of our furniture on a wood floor now (where before we had carpet) so he gave us felt pads to place under our table and chairs so they would not scratch the new wood floor. Most importantly, we would use Red Carpet again and highly recommend them to anyone! We truly benefitted from and really appreciated the pride they take in their service. .

I have moved 18 times and this was THE BEST moving experience I ever had! You will be so happy if you choose this moving company! I moved from Arizona to Nevada. The moving team was extremely professional. The moving supplies (truck, pads, boxes, etc) were perfectly clean and in excellent condition. On both the AZ and NV side, the team was great! Patient, helpful, courteous and kind. They basically would not let me lift a box - when I would reach for something, they would come to help. They carefully moved all my furniture into the house and placed it right where I asked. My boxes were labeled and they moved every box to the correct room and placed the boxes with the labels facing out as I requested. All my furniture was carefully padded and wrapped. All furniture arrived safely. I really, really can not say enough about this experience. Moving is a very stressful event - these guys made it GREAT! One of the guys even said, "hey, we're gonna make this move FUN!" As a single woman I felt very comfortable with the guys - it felt like my older brothers came to help me. The price was a little high, but the service I received was definitely worth EVERY dollar! You get what you pay for - and with this company you WILL get the red carpet treatment!

They're service and the work thed did were both excellent. Nothing was damaged and everything was delivered on time, as planned. I would use them again.

They did what they said and showed up on time. It went very well. They were very repealable fellows. They were very convenient and did their work. They were by the hour. The estimate came in and they were very close. The cost was what they estimated. They did a good job and nothing was broken. They called ahead and did everything in the proper fashion. If I move again I will use them again. The price was very good. I payed what I expected to pay. They were right on time and extremely professional.
