Derrick and Abel handled delivery of my new mattress quickly and professionally. They removed and disposed the wrapping and positioned the new mattress correctly on the mattress foundation. Derrick was courteous in his interactions. I was very happy with their service.

I highly recommend Red Carpet Moving Company for anyone seeking courteous and professional moving service. I was highly impressed with how both gentlemen, (Josh Janney and Casey S) came prepared with Personal Protective Equipment and went the extra mile to provide meticulous care to ensure that not a scratch, dent or chip was on furniture, floors nor walls. The delivery men were absolutely phenomenal in navigating the challenging twist and turns in my house while maintaining an unrivaled level of professionalism that won my business for years to come.

This is the second time that we have used Red Carpet Moving. They always do their best to reduce the stress of moving. Communication is excellent and arrival was punctual. Paul and Derek were very personable and highly professional. They handled our belongings with great care and listened to where I wanted furniture placed. Don't hesitate to book this company. I hope that I will not be moving for a long time, but I would use them again if I were moving.

I used Red Carpet recently to move my household goods across Vegas. Scott was the team leader and did a great job of taking apart the beds and outdoor tables, managing the crew of 3 other guys and then of course re-assembling all the furniture once we arrived. The entire team was very professional, took great care with all my possessions and I would definitely hire them again of I moved. Amy at the office was also very professional and accommodating with dates and times. Rates are not the cheapest but very competitive.

Torry and John were just great. My furniture order was delivered as schedule and in perfect condition. Torry & John were both professional, friendly, and very capable. I utilized Red Carpet Moving in Las Vegas this past weekend to help move my parents from a 2-story home into a single-story home. The 3-man crew from Red Carpet, Jeff B., Scott D., and Chris Barnes, were outstanding and totally exceeded my expectations! They were definitely worth the money. Moreover, they were polite, very helpful and patient, efficient, and careful. They did an amazing job moving a lot of heavy furniture. I was especially worried about moving my parent's piano and queen-sized sleep number bed. They moved the piano carefully and with ease and had no problem taking it down and putting the sleep number bed back together again. I truly appreciated their expert help and plan to hire them again next weekend to move the rest of my stuff!

We looked at several movers to get us moved across town. From the very first contact to the moment they unloaded the last box, Red Carpet were professional, courteous, and helpful. Tony, Brian and Mike B were three great guys who were easy to get along with. Red Carpet wasn't the lowest price from those we contacted, but the extra $$$ was worth it. They take care of everything from wrapping your furniture, padding, tape and any other supplies without an extra charge. In fact, there were no hidden charges at all, and they came in under time estimated. The three of them were very efficient, like a well oiled machine. The next time we move, I will be calling Red Carpet back.

These guys made my move easy. As a retired service member, I have a lot of experience moving. This is the first time that I was not stressed or worried. Bobby and Jeff showed up at the agreed upon time and started immediately. They were fast and safe. None of my items were damaged. Everything went smooth. ****, it even cost less than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend these guys and I would definitely hire them again. Thanks again Bobby and Jeff.

We had a wonderful positive experience with Red Carpet Moving Company! We called the company (short notice) and wanted to move items that same weekend. Bobby & Jeff with Red Carpet Moving Company phoned BEFORE they showed up on the appointment day. (They were ON TIME!) Both these men were fabulous… We highly recommend that you ask for Bobby & Jeff by name. We had a lot of family antiques and breakables that are priceless to us. Bobby & Jeff double wrapped our important pieces & took extra care with our things. We highly recommend Red Carpet Moving Company.

BROKEN PROMISES AND DAMAGED FURNITURE My unfortunate experience with Red Carpet Movers of Las Vegas transporting my household goods from Las Vegas, NV to Mesa, AZ on July 27th thru July 29th of 2017 must be described in a nut-shell as one of: ‘broken promises and a complete disregard for the care and safekeeping of my expensive furniture, family valuables, essential medical equipment and personal belongings.’ TRUCKS WERE MUCH SMALLER THAN PROMISED/QUOTED/PAID FOR: I was promised and paid for two 26’ / 12,000# trucks. What showed up on move day was in-fact an 8,000# truck and a 12,000# truck (20% and a full 4,000# short of the capacity that I paid for and what was required to accomplish the move). Even after liquidating a significant amount of what was taken into account when estimating the move requirements via an unplanned trip to Mesa, AZ with my pickup truck loaded and my son’s Jeep Wrangler, garage sale, gift and other means of disposition; Red Carpet Movers were unable to get everything on the two trucks. I was then required to pay for an additional third truck & driver. SIGNIFICANT PROPERTY DAMAGE: Damage to my property approached the total value of the cost-of-the-move. The insurance that was included was woefully inadequate and did not come close to covering the huge financial hit that I took with all of the damage to my household goods (see attached photographs). BLACK LEATHER THEATER CHAIRS: An approximate $1,295 set of black leather reclining theater chairs were transported all the way to the living room in Mesa, AZ and then with one lift remaining, the movers grabbed the chair set by the leather flaps on the rear of the chairs and attempted to lift them onto a Persian rug. That resulted in an approximate 12-inch tear in the rear leather backing of the chairs (see attached photographs). LOST OR STOLEN EXPENSIVE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT: Even though I was promised a comprehensive inventory of goods to be transported (loaded onto the trucks); none was ever accomplished. I sequestered certain valuable personal property that I intended to transport in my personal vehicle (expensive fragile crystal, a back-pack with my wallet and keys; my suitcase with essential items and an expensive medical Bi-PAP unit that was required to sleep at night). I made a number of trips to my personal vehicle with the before referenced items and at some point, the Bi-PAP was no longer where I had placed all of the remaining sequestered items. I assumed at the time that it had been packed in a box by mistake. In-fact, it has never been found or seen again. It was valued/purchased at approximately $2,655.00 and cost in excess of $3,700 to replace. OVERLOADED & IMPROPERLY BALANCE LOAD: A major concern with my move was the transport of four (4) large filing cabinet fire-safes, each weighing approximately 700-800#. I was promised that movers would arrive with heavy-duty hand-trucks capable of moving these large objects. None arrived on moving day and the movers attempted to move these heavy filing safes with the standard mover’s hand-truck. Additionally, rather that balance the load and place two of them on each truck; or in the alternative all of them on the 12,000# truck, the lead decided to place all four (4) on the light-duty approximate 8,000# truck. This necessitated trans-loading the fire-safes and other items from one truck to the other, further subjected my property to unnecessary rearranging and exposure due to lack of security. Apparently, the lead mover was injured when one of the safes fell on him during this trans-load debacle. LABOR DISPUTE: One of the hired contract local move crewmembers employed in Mesa, AZ walked off the job when it became apparent that he was not going to receive the promised compensation for his travel time. This unprofessional dispute took place in the driveway of my residence in full view of the neighbors. The argument became quite heated. That left us one-man-short and only the three drivers to unload all three trucks. ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO JOB COMPLETION: The crew ran-out-of-time and left me in a lurch with stuff strewn all over the garage floor and very little if anything set-up in the house. They indicated that they had to drive back to Las Vegas, NV that night and be at work early in the morning. I was promised complete unpack and garage setup with storage racks that were in place at my residence in Las Vegas, NV. I did not even get the racks put together, much less anything placed on them. It took me and my son three days to setup the racks and get everything off the garage floor. All the while, I have the homeowner association on my back because we could not get the cars in the garage and had to leave them in the driveway. ANALYSIS: If the overall property damage occurred because of normal wear-and-tear or what would be considered as unavoidable force majeure (an act of God or natural & unavoidable catastrophe), I would have licked my wounds and moved on. On the contrary, the damage to my property occurred because the movers did not take the time to properly care for my goods. They were exhausted and no longer cared about doing a careful and safe job. PROMISED APPRAISAL NEVER OCCURRED: The damage claim form, which I timely completed, indicated that an appraiser would inspect any property damage to property or items that were missing or deemed ‘non-repairable’ exceeding $100. No such inspection ever took place. I was kept waiting for months for a response and for this so-called inspection. It has now been 8-months since the date-of-move and I have not received any financial relief. TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION: I never received a telephone call apologizing for my trouble or the extensive damage done to my property. Instead, all that I have received was a letter from the legal department requesting that I sign a release of liability prior to any insurance payout. PROPOSED RESOLUTION: I felt that the insurance coverage (level of coverage recommended) was woefully inadequate, as it would only cover only approximately $800 of my approximate $5,525.60 loss at $0.65/pound. I was advised not to sign the release without increased cooperation from the owner, Jon Powell. I sent a very reasonable request that they pay for the lost/stolen medical device and all else as prescribed by the above referenced $0.65/pound selected coverage. I did not receive so much as the courtesy of a reply to my appeal.

I was forced to operate on my backup unit until such time as I could afford to replace the $2,655.00 device at a cost in excess of $3,700 (replacement cost).; (5) They overloaded and improperly balanced the load necessitating trans-loading significant portions of my furniture from one truck to the other and breaching security while in their care; (6) They got involved in a labor dispute with a contract employee at my destination location resulting in a heated argument in my driveway in full view of the neighbors in an expensive private gated community. The bottom line is that the contract employee discovered that he was not going to be compensated for his travel time and incidentals as promised and therefore he walked off the job. We were then left with the 3-drivers to unload all three trucks. In the end, the job could not be completed and they left me in a lurch without essential items setup and the garage organized as promised and paid for; (7) ANALYSIS: If the overall property damage occurred because of normal wear-and-tear or what would be considered as unavoidable force majeure ( an act of God or natural & unavoidable catastrophe), I would have licked my wounds and moved on. Well, the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE began in SEPT 2015. We moved out of VEER TOWERS at CityCenter on the strip and our household items went into their storage until it can be delivered to Los Angeles. February 2016, I contact Red Carpet to move the furniture from their Las Vegas warehouse to one of our homes in Los Angeles. It took 3 (three) months to get the item delivered. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, all pieces were deliverd EXCEPT all the hardware required to assemble our Ralph Lauren Bedroom set. AND to really ruin our experience with RED CARPET MOVING, our Ralph Lauren Suede Leather Sofa was missing! Instead, they brought from Las Vegas a sofa that belonged to someone else! Right there and then, I requested firmly that Red Carpet MOVING was to replace the bedroom hardware as soon as possible AND to please locate our leather sofa within their warehouse. It took another almost 3 (three) months before the bedroom hardware arrived AND they still could not locate our Ralph Lauren Suede Leather Sofa. A series of email between myself and Jon Powell with Mr. Powell promising expedited claim processing of our lost sofa. Remember, I said we had a series of emails AND telephone conversation and assurances from Mr. Powell that reimbursement claim for the missing sofa would be processed without delay. THREE (3) MONTHS later- November 14th, I called and asked why my email from a week before was not acknowledge. Instead of being connectted to Mr. Powell, I was re-routed to DIANE and at the beginning of the conversation she acknowledge that she was just sent a copy of the email. I asked Diane why the reimbursement claim is taking so long? DIANE'S RESPONSE WAS: We had not file a claim because you disputed with American Express the delivery charge which Amex reverse after weeks of NO RESPONSE as a merchant. Diane lectured me to say that until I pay the moving charge, she will not file a claim with their insurance company. FOLKS, you have to understand this baisc principal if you were in my shoes: I faithfully PAID the moving charges upon arrival and delivery of my household furnishings EVEN THOUGH valuable items were still missing. Of course after almost three (3) months of "no action" from Red Carpet Moving did I request a charge review by Amex. Diane proceeded to lecture me again that no claim will be filed until I "re-pay" the original moving charges. I told her NO, I WILL NOT and offered her to deduct the moving charges from the proceeds of the missing sofa from their insurance carrier. During the course of conversation, Diane IMPLIED this was NOT acceptable! I basically concluded the call this claim must be processed by Red Carpet before the end of the year or I will file legal papers here in Los Angeles to settle this dispute. I reminded Diane they will have to personally appear here in Los Angels and cannot be represented by a lawyer. Diane then proceeded to tell me that she will go ahead and file a claim. Please consider carefully of contracting with RED CARPET MOVING. They claim this and that, promise all and deliver nothing. You be the judge. How valuable are your household items to you? Can you risk damage or worse, lost items? Dec 2106: NO RESPONSE from Red Carpet Moving, therefore, I will be filing legal action against this moving company. BTW: Red Carpet Moving IS NOT licensed, registered or authorized in the State of California for interstate moving services even though their trucks are in Southern California on a regular basis.

They were excellent. very expert in moving large objects. Both instances we rented them for 3 hours.
Description of Work: We were renting a house. Could not place all furniture in rented house, so excess was in storage. We used this company twice. In March they emptied the storage unit, and moved contents to new house we bought. In June they moved us from the rental house to the newly purchased house. We had 3 men.
