Description of Work: wo movers and a truck arrived ready to go to work, taking time to go over what they would provide, and what our cost would be (by the hour, 3 hr minimum, billed 1/4 hr after), all of which had already been explained to me by phone when I made the appointment. Once the preliminaries were done, these two men got after the job at hand, non-stop, hardly stopping for a drink of water! They were a great team to watch, as they worked to load the truck with our belongings. They were careful with everything, plastic wrapping anything that could open or come apart, padding all the furniture to avoid damage. We had already packed everything we could, and labeled each box for where it would go, then put stickers up to identify that room in the new home. Once these guys got the scheme, they literally rolled out a red carpet to protect our new carpets, and went non-stop unloading the truck. Everything ended up where we needed it to go, asking questions as they went if they were unsure, and unwrapped everything they had wrapped up. NOTHING was damaged, these men were professional and courteous and extremely hard working. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Overall experience was top notch.......hard working, polite, careful, considerate. I am very impressed with the company and the owner as a whole; especially compared to other companies I have used for moving services prior. It would have been best if we had done a visual estimate as final billing was much higher than the original estimate.

Description of Work: They moved me contingent upon the close of my escrow which kept getting pushed backed by the escrow company. Red Carpet had no problems rescheduling my move several times and still getting me in my new home in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They moved furniture and large items approximately 8 miles in the minimum time period. Phil was highly professional on the phone; Sal and Csaba were polite, efficient, and very careful with all of our things. They made what could have been a very stressful experience quite manageable.

Description of Work: This was the second time we used Red Carpet Moving Company, and would not hesitate to use them again. The crew was polite, clean, and took great care with our possessions. We had them unload an apartment and two storage rooms and move the goods to a house. They worked steady the whole time and placed things where we required.

Description of Work: The two men they sent to move me, Matt & Shane were wonderful. Cannot thank them enough. They worked very hard and never seemed to tire and we had about a 10-12 hr day. They moved me all the way across town. Placed the furniture in my new place where I wanted it and hooked up all the appliances including the washer. They also put my bed back together (also took it down) They took great care with everything and wrapped things in big moving pads and shrink wrap. I was exhausted but they kept going. Cannot say enough to praise them, great guys! The only thing I did not care for was the charge for the boxes they provided. I ran out of boxes and they provided more, a lot more. But I had no idea they would charge me for all of them I thought they were part of the service. That was probably being naive on my part. But this is a great company with good people and I would use them again as well as recommend them.
