I went there in the early afternoon and it wasn't busy. I was greeted at the front door by a sales person and when I told them what I was looking for she pointed to the direction I needed to take and immediately walked away. I did find the office desk area after a bit of meandering around and found something I liked. I had a few questions and found a sales person sitting at one of the desks looking at his phone. I asked him one of my questions (does the store assemble the desk) and he never once looked at me--though he curtly told me I could call a phone number and set up an appointment. I called the phone number and was told what I needed to do to set up an appointment after I bought the desk. When I finished the conversation I wanted to purchase the desk, and the sales person had disappeared--never to be seen again. I was very discouraged as I couldn't find another sales person and just left. I doubt I'll ever go back to RC Willey after this unpleasant experience.

David was very knowledgeable and thorough with helping choose a mattress. The one purchased is very comfortable and less tossing and turning throughout the night. The only down side is that delivery took over a week but would definitely shop there again.

The team at RC Willey's is top-notch! They provided me with no pressure knowledgeable info at fair prices, great credit options, and quot;Stellarand quot; personal service and style advice, as well as a smooth, stellar transition in getting my couch delivered by an outside vendor the next day! Unlike other lesser-quality furniture stores that claim to be top-notch, RC Willey is the and quot;Real-Dealand quot; and the team there is passionate about what they do and believing in the company and its owner! They offer inexpensive delivery service as well, but I had extreme urgency with the need for my couch and they made it happen with the and quot;Two Dave'sand quot; through Las Vegas Deliveries at a fair price! It's a big warehouse kind of thing and there's lots of furniture just kind of sprawled around. All the employees were professional and friendly. The prices seemed good and it seemed like they were competitive with other stores. If I needed furniture again I would definitely use them.

They are really close to where we live and the guy gave us a terrific deal. They took very good care of us. The appliance salesman was extremely informative and worked with us and answered all of our questions.

The appliance salesman was courtious and knowledgeable but could have been friendlier. The lady who sold me the GPS was great.. The delivery people were good. Installed the washer but the dryer had a factory defect. They willingly took the dryer back and delivered another one first thing on my next day off.

I bought a home and needed to completely refurnish it. My designer worked with Dick at RC Willey and found most of the major items: master bedroom set, entertainment center, couches, tables, TV, etc. I put 20% down and they have been holding all the items for me for when I move in in January. For the TV, I unfortunately went after the Thanksgiving holiday sales had expired, but William still got me the same price for the TV that it was during the holiday sales period. Overall, very pleased with the price and service. Updated 1/14/2013: I had to change the grades regarding Punctuality and Professionalism after receiving my deliveries last weekend. 1. The first delivery they had the wrong sized bed slats so couldn't complete the bed. This was on Friday. They said they couldn't come out until Tuesday to finish it. Obviously we have to sleep on the bed, so I picked the bed slats up at their warehouse on Sat because their customer rep said if I picked it up, then they would come out to assemble it. When I called, another customer rep said they couldn't do it until Tuesday. So I assembled it myself, which took an hour, which was an hour too much on a weekend in which I was extremely busy and moving. In short: It was their mistake on the delivery, they wanted to come back FIVE days later to finish it (for a bed which we had to have setup now to sleep in), and I had to go out and pick up the slats and assemble it myself. I was furious and disappointed in their service and professionalism. 2. My second delivery I had specifically asked if the driver could deliver it in the morning. When he called, he said he could only come out between 2-5pm and there was no note asking for a morning delivery. So I'm very happy with the price and quality of the items I purchased, but extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and organization in the two deliveries. In the future, if I buy from them again, I'm going to be very leery of their delivery service.

They were great overall, a couple of items that came in late and didnt inform me until after the delivery. I would use them again in the future.

The sales people are the best - they approach to help, but don't bug you if you want to look. We looked, then shopped around and came back, and sales people honor each others clients. Being in sales that meant a lot to me. Even though it's been a couple of months are sales rep has had a contact to make sure we were satisfied, yet never made us feel like we were being hounded for more business. We are from out of state and our sales rep made us feel like we were dealing with a neighbor or an old friend. We will need to do some more business in the future and we will go back to our sales rep. It's a great store with great choices and selections, great service and follow up, we hope they also stick to this business mode.

The experience with the washer and dryer last fall was fine. The experience with the mirrors was poor. Both items arrived damaged. By the look of the damage, it could have been avoided had they cushion-wrapped the them. Instead, the mirrors were just put in a cardboard box with no additional padding at all. The result was that we had to return the mirrors and reorder new ones. Then we were told that R. C. Willey no longer had one of the two mirrors in stock, so we went back to them to shop for another one. We looked all around the store and then found the exact one that they said was no longer anywhere. We inspected this one and it looked fine. We ordered it and one of the other mirrors to be shipped three business days later. Keep in mind that we had never asked for a refund; the mirrors had already been paid for in advance of the first delivery. Then, we got a call from R. C. Willey saying that they were going to postpone the delivery so it would now be over a week away. When we asked why, they said it was because they were keeping them in the store for and quot;a walk-through.and quot; They wanted to show how nice their floor looked to whoever would be taking the walk-through. This is unacceptable. These items were OURS. We PAID for them. It was not R. C. Willey's place to hold our merchandise for their convenience. Now we are looking for mirrors elsewhere, as we had already hired a handyman to do a number of tasks on one day to save some money, and we will not get these mirrors in time for the handyman to hang due to first the damage to the first set and now the delay caused by R. C. Willey's insistence on keeping our items to convenience themselves for their walk-through. It is unfair to us that we will now have to pay another company for a delivery when we paid a year's worth of delivery from R. C. Willey while they are preventing us from benefiting from this service. This mess ended with R.C. Willey attempting to hold back $59 claiming that they had already credited this money back to our account. This was nonsense. Why on earth would a company just credit back money for no reason for merchandise that was bought? Even a saleslady tried to argue on our side, but the cashier just wouldn't listen. He made us go home and get the sales receipt. We wasted half of a Saturday afternoon on this nonsense before they finally gave us the whole sum back. Bad business. Very unprofessional. We have NEVER returned to R.C. Willey since then and we NEVER will.

Was not sure whether to install carpet or laminate. RC Willey was very responsive and helpful. I would use RC Willey again for flooring needs.

They have a lot of varieties there; they have a lot of stuff there and a lot of agents. It is not like that we would be standing there and there is no body to attend to us. They are pretty good about doing that. I think their price was good. As for their professionalism we heard the two managers talking to each other about people who were just coming in and they don't want to buy anything. But they argued in front of us and we heard them. We did not like that. Maybe they should have taken that into another room. They can say anything about your customers in the break room not on the floor. But the guy who helped us was really cool.

We were looking for a good quality wall/entertainment unit and serviceable sofa,,love seat, and recliner set, as we have dogs who think they are little people. They enjoy watching tv on a sofa! We happened to find a Door Buster special. One piece, accidentally cut with the delivery man's knife will promptly be replaced this coming week. Overall, we are happy with RC Willey, and will go again in the future.

I like the store, quality of the furniture, they offer rebate, have sales often and the delivery service we pay once a year and then I do not have to pay again. I am very happy with their service. There were some problems with the furniture and they sent a technician immediately to fix the same.

The sales people were courteous and the delivery staff met our expectations.

I bought in December and a couple of weeks ago too. I used them twice because they are good. I would highly recommend them; higher than highly.

They had the best selection and price range of everybody I looked at. They did the installation fairly quickly and in about 2 days. I would have liked to have seen the tiles mixed up a bit more, and the pattern wasn't the best. I have not had any wear and tear problems, yet. I give them good ratings and would use them again in the future.

We were busy settling into our new home, and didn't notice until a month after it was delivered, that the dresser had a crooked drawer and some gouge marks in a few places. When I called RC Willey, they didn't even blink, but delivered a brand new dresser within a few days of my phone call. The new one is perfect. The Tempurpedic mattress is fabulous! Our salesman, Roger, was very helpful with the sale, delivery, and also replacement of the dresser. He even called me several times to make sure everything was taken care of.

RC Willey's is a big warehouse that sells all sorts of stuff. There are salespeople all over the store hounding you and asking you questions, however we found a man named Willy that we liked. One thing that was disturbing was that we heard two employees talking about customers that had only come in for the free hot dogs and all of this other stuff and they were talking so that other customers could hear which I thought was rude. Otherwise the store and the quality of the stuff there is good. They delivered the item in a timely manner and the delivery men were nice.

They are an old established company out of Utah and we came from Utah. We rely on them and we rely on the way they back up things. We were perfectly happy with all of the work.
