I called the company for epoxy floors for my garage. I was responding to their advertisement, and had already decided to use them for the job after researching the company and their work. First phone call was answered, but Jerry said he would get back to me later. Received a message on my answering service the next day, he said he forgot to call me back. So, I called him back immediately...no answer, left a message. Over a period of a week, I called 3 times, and sent 2 emails. No response. So, I hired Concrete Texturing instead...they did a great job! A blessing in disguise.

Great! I needed advice on where the best place to install would be because of car, tools, etc and they were very helpful and did not rush me. They were on time in fact a little early and I didn't have to wait long for an appt after calling them. A very satisfactory experience and outcome.

My husband had a long list of things he had to accomplish in our garage in one week. We cleaned it out on Sunday and by the end of the day my mission was to find someone that could do the flooring. He spent the next day or two painting while I called 3 different flooring companies. One wanted $1850 but with Angies discount down to $1750 for a 3 car garage. The other quotes $1600. My husband was going to do it with a home depot kit but I wanted to give him a surprise. Monday I texted with Raxmasters and by Wednesday afternoon we had the first phase of the floor completed. It was amazing. It rained the next day and water doesn't help with the chemicals they used but by Friday I came home to a professional looking garage floor! Conclusion I had a happy husband! It was very worth it! My husband felt the team that came over did an excellent job and they were very professional. Thank you Raxmasters!!

This small project went as smooth as butter. Jerry even showed me a few tricks of the trade as it relates to finding studs. Very personable and gave great idea's

Absolutely perfect work. Arrived at exact time on exact day. Cleaned everything after work. We sent them to two of our friends who were thrilled with their work.

He quoted us a price and we said OK and he installed them in 1.5 hours. What a great job.

They were an excellent company. They were courteous, friendly, timely, and they did what they said they were going to do. Their price was extremely fair and they did some additional work for me at no charge too. They mounted some storage units that I had of my own at no charge, which I really appreciated.

They showed up on time and were ready to go to work. The installation went smooth. The only hiccup was initially the installers had a hard time finding a stud to mount the bracket to. They were careful and the installation looked perfect. I am sort of a perfectionist and was really happy with the install. I guess my best review of there installation and performance value is that I would call them again for future work. If you do call them make sure you mention you found them on Angie's List for improved pricing.

As I stated above, way better than I ever expected. His price was amazing and the quality was Stellar.

I responded to an add. He came quoted and installed the rack. The rack is very high quality and safe. The job was done quickley and neatly. I am very pleased..

He arrived on time and started project right away. Job was performed very professionally. Jerry even went out of his way and reattached a light in the garage for me. All around a great job with a great product. My garage now is very well organized.

Know what I wanted (4x8 overhead storage) just was not sure best location. Jerry arrived on time. We discussed location and in about an hour the job was complete.

My wife and I just moved into our present home and had a number of tubs of keepsakes that were taking up room in the garage. After looking into both cabinets and overhead storage racks I decided to go with the racks. The main decision to go with racks instead of cabinets was that the racks got the stuff up and off the floor where as the cabinets would only have hidden the tubs yet not freed up the space I wanted. After looking at both Angie's List as well as searching on the web for overhead storage racks I decided that the Topprax was what I wanted so called Jerry at Raxmasters. I called on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for Thursday noon for Jerry to come out and look at my garage as well as to discuss the best location to install the racks. Jerry called on Thursday to indicate he was running about an hour late and asked if we could move back the appointment which was fine with me. Jerry showed up at the new appointment time and suggested that the racks would fit well above my garage doors. After discussing the price I decided to go with Jerry and asked when he could do the install. Figuring that I would have to make an appointment for him to come back at a later time, I was surprised when he stated "Right now". In just over an hour, Jerry was able to provide me with the storage space I wanted at a great price. I would recommend Jerry and Raxmasters to anyone considering overhead storage.

Punctual, great workmanship, and friendly, receipt on the spot! Work looks great and now have four bikes hanging from rack and can still get the vehicles in the garage!

I read all the other reviews, then contacted Jerry at Raxmasters. He was just as great as all the other reviewers said. He came promptly, and offered thoughtful advice about the type of storage we needed. He didn't oversell us and actually told us we probably needed fewer racks than what we were considering after he saw what we wanted to store. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done and he showed up on time and had everthing taken care of just as we discussed. We are very happy and definitely recommend him and his company.

From my initial contact with Jerry I was impressed with his professionalism. He was able to give me an estimate in my garage very quickly and didn't insist that I have the work done on that visit. He let me think about it and I called him with a few questions after he left. He was always available and helped us figure out what was the best option for our use. When I scheduled the install he arrived on time and did an excellent job. The area was clean when he left and I would certainly recommend him to everyone. The price he gave me for the job was actually less than others, and the job was definitely better than I could have asked for.

It took Jerry very little time to analyze our needs and install.

Jerry came by a week ago to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and we had him install the rack, shelves and relocation of the older rack today. He came within the window he promised (30 min window). He was done in about an hour. Jerry and his colleague was professional and worked very efficiently. The racks are sturdy and looks very professional. I would do business with again and recommend Raxmasters to anyone.

Jerry and his team knocked this job out in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We are very pleased with the shelving units, which are very strong and stable. We are now able to put an enormous amount of stuff that we infrequently use on these shelves. My wife and I highly recommend Jerry and the Raxmasters team!

We could not be happier with the services and products provided by Jerry @ Raxmasters! They were so easy to work with and did an amazing job on both garage's. They really utilized the space in our garage and we are able to store more in our two car garage than our old three car garage...Thanks Jerry!

What a great experience! I called and spoke to Jerry, the next day he showed up to do the work. He was very professional, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work.He worked quickly to get it done - cleaned up everything, had us look to make sure we were satisfied, and answered all of our questions. He asked how I heard about him - I recieved a mailer in the mail, but also checked him out on Angie's List - once he found out that I saw it on Angie's List, he not only honored the coupon I received in the mail, but gave me the free items that were listed as a deal on Angie's List. I asked him about the floor sealing he does and took the time to show me the product, explain everything about it, and gave me more info on it. He was so great! I will definitely hire him again in the future.

The owner of the company came in with an assistant to do the install. They were on time and professional. The price was as described in the ad I saw in the magazine and on line. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would certainly call them again if needed. I would highly recommend them to friends as well.

You could go to Home Depot and spend $200 on a set of garage ceiling storage racks. Just keep in mind that they are small and are only rated for 250 lbs... OR you could call Jerry and he'll give you a good quote on his 8' x 4' industrial strength 1000 lb rated storage racks. He came by for a fitting and estimate and he was back a few days later for installation. Jerry was super quick. He was in and out in less than 3 hours. I got two of his racks installed and they're amazing. They store so much stuff. You could even turn them into bunk beds for family members you don't like.

The job went great from initial contact with Jerry to the completion of the work. Other contractors performing similar services did not even want to come to the home to provide an estimate or display their product, but Jerry was very accommodating. He showed up on time for the estimate, we agreed on placement, depth and a time to do the work (as well as price). Cost-wise all vendors for this type of storage appear to be about the same, but Raxmasters' product offered a 1,000 pound capacity whereas some of the others only offered 600 pounds capacity. The day of the job Jerry was running about 30 mins behind schedule, and called well ahead to let us know he'd be a bit late... no big deal in my book. I really appreciate the fact that they had to move a whole mess of our "stuff" out of the way to even be able to get to the areas they needed to do the work. I had asked if they needed us to move all that stuff, and he said not to worry, they would handle it. They did and put it all back too. The racks look great., they're strong, and Jerry's ideas on placement (different from what I had in mind) worked out perfectly. The guys were courteous, personable and did fast professional work. I recommend Jerry and Raxmasters very highly.
