I met with Tracy, the General Manager of R.W. Mechanical Inc. on April 12, 2019 at my home to discuss installing a new A/C Heating Unit. He explained the whole process in detail so I would know what to expect. It was a very pleasant experience. On April 23, 2019 Tracy, the General Manager, Kyle and Alex, the accomplished Technicians arrived on time at 7:00am and worked all day installing the new A/C and Heating Units. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of A/C and Heating installation. Everything was done in a exceptional and timely manner. Kyle was perfect in his ability to take extra care to make sure everything was working properly. The service of the three provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Just found out that they have a new location at 3111 South Valley View Suite I-103 Las Vegas, NV 89102.

They told me when the unit would be in and they were prompted the guys were great. The unit had a faulty motor and fan that they had to order they told me when it would be in and they came out late on my time and repaired it . The company has a A+ with me.

Awesome! I called and within 1 hour a technician was on site. We had a broken fan belt, he had the part, and we were up and running in under two hours total. This is probably the 4th time we have used them and they are always wonderful to work with! Very professional, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend using them!

Absolutely according to plan. Kyle, Angel, Alex and the rest were excellent at removal and installation and Tracy told us exactly start/length/finish to the work done as well as laying everything out in the paperwork. VERY WELL DONE! Follow through was great. I would highly recommend to others.

The project was executed exactly as explained. This is a very professional company who we use regularly because of their professionalism and friendly approach. In addition to our home we also have 2 rental units and have used RW for all our properties for many years.

Awesome! Everything from the estimate, to the install and cleanup was first class. I was in the building trades for over 40 years and I know a professional installation when I see it. The crew led by Robert was knowledgeable and courteous and I would not hesitate to call them for any future work. It is satisfying to know professionalism still exists. Call them!

Excellent company, came highly recommended by two others in my development. Rob and his crew were very professional. All wanted to the job right. On time, very clean and detailed oriented. Able to explain in lay mans terms all that was do be done and for a very reasonable price. Took care of a problem in our hone where not enough heat or air was getting to the room farthest away from the units. I highly recommend RW Mechanical to others.

Like clockwork. They men were prompt. Put tarps down on the floor all over the area so my floor wouldn't ruin. They had access to my garage which made it easier for them to go in and out. The access to the attic was right there, and they didn't have to go in the front door and thru the house. They were very careful not to hit my walls or drop or damage anything. Everything was explained to me, to where I would understand. I thought they were great, and am thankful I went with RW Mechanical. Furnace is working excellent. Thank you for doing such a great job. I will recommend you to anyone.

I was referred to them by a friend. Their prices are reasonable. They never ever tell me that I need a service that I don’t need. They are honest and hard workers. They work well with my handyman. When they hire new people, they all have the same integrity that Chris and Rob had when they first started the business. I wished I could give them an A++.

Showed up on time, finished as promised, cost estimate was dead on.
