You always find a knowledgeable staff to answer your questions/ concerns and not a recording like “we will call you back”. Better than expected. RW Mechanical replaced one of my units (complete units - inside and outside A/C plus the furnace) 2 1/2 years ago. They do a very good job at a very reasonable price - on the first job, I got a total of 3 quotes - RW's was the lowest, but they had been the second lowest, I would have gone with them. I have been a handyman in our over 55 neighborhood for 8 years before COVID and I have been impressed with their work and responsiveness to all our residents.

In addition to our home we have 2 rental properties and we use R W Mechanical for all our HVAC work. They’ve shown us to be fair, honest and reliable. All service related businesses should operate this way.

R/W promptly sent over a tech to diagnose the problem and get my 18 year old unit running again. I knew it was time for a new unit so Tracy came over and we discussed several options. They were out just a few days later with the brand new York HVAC system. Angel, Alex, and Adrian where there promptly at 7 to start the install. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Tracy even followed up on the job progress through out the day to see if I had any questions or concerns. The new unit is so much quieter than my old one. Two technician came on time and immediately found the cause of the a/c failure. They replaced the capacitor and checked the system to insure it was operating properly. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was so pleased with this company, it is the middle of July and the temp was 114, I called them in the morning and they were out here by mid morning that same day. We needed a new air conditioner, however, they were able to get it running for us temporarily so we had the air conditioning until they were able to install the new one. That also was only a day wait, they called us to make an appoint, they were actually here 5 minutes early. The whole experience with this company was excellent, I recommend them highly to everyone for heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys are great! My home is 18 years old and needed the HVAC system replaced downstairs. We decided to do both upstairs and downstairs at the same time. They were very accommodating and professional. I would definitely hire them again.
