I have been with Quality for three years, and so far it has been worth it. There has been freon added on one occasion, and the system has run well because of the attention paid to it. The technician lets me know when he plans to come over, and he has been prompt every time. He also explains things to me, so I can understand. I plan on signing another contract when this one runs out.

Quality Air Conditioning Service provided us with a great service. I really like the fact that they wore little booties on their feet so they didn't track dirt anywhere. I've been using them for nine years now. They do service on our heating unit two times a year. I have also called them before and had them come out and they did some minor work for me and didn't charge me a thing for that.

There was very little invasive work necessary, but the areas where they did create a mess, were spotless before they left. While the system is under warranty, the check ups are free, and after that it will only cost forty two dollars a year. The new system is so much more reliable than our old one, we are glad we went with Quality.

They did have to lift the air conditioner up in the attic because it wouldnt drain the right the way that it was. We checked with other companies before using them and we felt this was the best one we found. They are a little more expensive. We did have one minor problem with the unit but we called them and they sent someone out and fixed it.

They were not able to do the job right away; I had to wait about a month. They had given me a temporary portable unit until they were completed with the job. I thought that was very nice of them. The pricing was normal; probably in range with everyone else. Since the installation everything has been fine. I have no problems at all and I would definitely hire them again.

He did a professional job of replacing my fan in my air conditioner. He explained the problem to me; the fan shook loose damaging the fan and the guard, both needed to be replaced. He was nice, professional and gave me an estimate before doing any work. He replaced both parts for me at the estimated price and I will be calling them again if I need any air conditioner service people.

Quality Air is an excellent company and they did a great job for me. My furnace and air conditioner are two separate units and they are under warranty. I ve been using this company for ten years and they are very pleasant and skilled. They were on time, and when they say they ll be at your house at eight, they are there at eight.

I have used Quality Air Conditioning for a few years now to maintain my system and they do very good work. They are very dependable and many of my friends use their services as well. They were here a few months ago to make sure everything was working properly before the winter and we had no problems at all with our system.

This is the second compressor they have replaced, and this job was done just as well as the last one. They are very efficient in their maintenance inspection and whenever I have a problem, they return my calls with in twenty-four hours.

We were very pleased with the service and the unit. The company followed up with us after a six month period to see how the unit was working and if there were any problems with the way it was working. We have a ten year warranty on the unit if any problems would occur.
