Description of Work: Installation of an outside security camera system for our home. They showed up early and turned a two day job into one by staying about 2 hours overtime. We wanted an extremely clean looking installation with no wires showing anywhere, and it worked out perfect. Very clean install and everything went extremely well. We would recommend them to anyone considering this type work. Excellent after sale contact.

 + -1 moreI guess they are o.k. I would not call them the best. They do some weird things sometimes. For example, they called my neighbors house one time and told them that we had a fire alarm going off and we do not even have fire protection on our system. At least we know they do monitor it though. The pricing is o.k. I pay them on a monthly basis for the service.

 + -1 moreProtection One provided adequate service for us. We had several calls on our rental property, and they got out there and took care of it promptly. The only grievance I had was we wanted to pay off a 3 year contract up front and they wouldn't give us a break on the cost.

 + -1 moreSince they began monitoring my system, I have experienced no problems of any sort. However, they did explain if any problems would occur, what solutions would be available to solve them. Thankfully, I have been one of the lucky ones who system has apparently been doing its job. I plan to keep them around for a while as long as they continue to provide me with safe services. I guess you really never know how good a company like this is unless there is an emergency situation and hopefully I never have to find out.

 + -1 moreProtection One did alright on the installation of our home alarm system, however, we couldn't keep the alarm from setting off all of the time. They did come out once to try and repair it, but thirty minutes after they said it was fixed, it went off again. The staff was nice to us, but we finally just unhooked it.

We have never had to use their service for any break-ins which is a good thing. I have been using them for three years now and I am more than satisfied with their service.

We feel very safe using this company. We pay for this service through our home owner's association and they charge quarterly for it.

The alarm sounded for hours and no one came to see what the problem was so I called ADT and had them come out and shut their system off. No one bothered to call to see what the problem was. I was unhappy with their service so decided to go with another company for my security system.
