The service call went great. There was some buildup in the tank of the water heater and it was able to be quickly flushed out. The hot water heater is in great shape because come to find out, it is pretty much new. In addition, I gained some knowledge about the brand of hot water heater, its quality and expected longevity. All nice touches that the service provider didn't have to do but did willingly. Thank you ProServ.

They came to sell a new water heater prior to even evaluating and assessing the system and not providing what the comprehensive meant until the customer reminded them.

They're hard to deal with. Usually their prices fluctuate a lot. You have to always negotiate with them. I have used them several times. Each time they're the same. They're hard to negotiate and they come up with a high price or they upsell and then they bring you down. It's hard to deal with them. They get the job done. The first price that they come up with usually is too high.

Everything went smooth and fast. Service tech knew what he was doing.

They were great. Came on time, did what they needed to. Can see why they get so many good reviews. Only dicey thing about it at all was that apparently Angie's List doesn't give them our phone number, only our email, and their email to me didn't give me their phone number, so scheduling was a bit of a problem. However, as soon as we got in actual contact with one another, they came out the very next day and did a great job.

The technician was on time and did a good job.

plumber inspect our plumbing system, and found the people who I buy it from, done very bad job. Plumber very professional and shown me everything need to be done, I will call him back when I am ready to repair.

The guy was very professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He did his water heater flush and inspection and that was fine. We requested that he check the garbage disposal which had stopped working. He was able to hit the reset button and it worked, but noticed the angle stop under the sink needed to be replaced. One he did that and tested for leaks, he noticed the garbage disposal was leaking, so then we had to replace that. He gave us a deal on the garbage disposal installation which is appreciated. He prices per job as opposed to per hour, so the cost of his work can become really pricey really quickly. I don't think I would use him as a general plumber because of the cost that he charges and because of the disappointing things he did not do while he was here. There were a few disappointing aspects of the service. 1) with respect to the water heater. Four days after servicing the hot water heater it stopped working. I had to call the manufacturer for help. I needed to brush sweep directly underneath the hot water heater. This fixed the problem. It seems to me that the plumber should have done this when he serviced the hot water heater, but he didn't. 2) after replacing the angle stop and the garbage disposal, he checked for leaks under the sink and said there were none. A couple days after the repairs we noticed that there is still one small leak that he missed. When considering the cost per job that he charges, we are not calling him back out to fix that leak. Again, we are going to look for another plumber to do a number of small item fixes that need to be done around our house.

Bought a special deal through Angie's List and was not disappointed. Plumber was on time and came prepared. He started right in with the water heater flush. We were having a problem with our recirculating pump and asked him to check it. Thought we might need a new one. Instead it just needed a bleed valve and once the water heater was flushed he could install it. We had checked into the cost for a new pump (plus installation) and were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the bleed valve including installation. He was fast, efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Countrywide ProServe. We will keep your number handy for any future plumbing needs we have. And a big thank you to the plumber.

They also gave me an estimate for a garbage disposal installation. He was very efficient, very professional, on time and easy to work with. He was polite and answered all my questions.

The service was excellent and the part replaced was much better than the builder's original installation. I will definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. The water heater was another issue that didn't meet code and SW Gas wouldn't turn on the gas to the hot water heater . The problem was corrected to meet code and he even lit the pilot and now I have hot water! Thank you so much!

Went very well. They arrived on time, had everything they needed with them. They allowed us to purchase our own drain pan and earthquake straps and installed them for a minimal fee. Van explained that the original workmanship was shoddy and brought everything up to o code for an sutra fee. Cleaned up everything and hauled all away. Very satisfied!

I found one of their discount coupons on Angie's list that gave me $200.00 worth of labor for $99. They did the work the day I called, being careful to work around my tenants' work schedule.

This turned out perfect! The price turned into $1000 due to extra costs and permits, but it’s understandable. The work was really good and they completed the work in a couple hours.

Everything went well as far as I can remember. There were no issues with the work or with the company in general.

ProServ technician Alex showed as promised and helped diagnose our dirty water: busted water heater probably due to a malfunctioning or dirty hard water purifier. He helped to clean out the water purifier, brought our system up to code, helped negotiate with the insurance company to provide a necessary upgrade to our system, and stayed until late at night to finish installation. No problems since!
