Description of Work: I have used Progressive Pest Control for pest control on a monthly basis for about a year now.

Description of Work: I discovered I had bed bugs in January, 2011. I have an immaculate apartment but immediately started scrubbing, vacuuming, spraying, bombing and laundering everything in sight. I also did extensive research and did everything I read that might help. Two months later I moved but evidently I took the little critters with me. I continued spraying, vacuuming bombing and even sealed my box springs and mattress in plastic liners, all to no avail. There is no way to describe the psychological strain from waking time and again, night after night, being bitten or thinking I was being bitten. I called several pest control companies and studied web sites. I called Progressive and was thoroughly impressed with Sara. She had extensive knowledge and patience. She answered each and every question I had from several different phone calls. There was absolutely no pressure for service or pushing to end phone call. Months after my initial phone call I finally had Progressive come out. They sprayed and bombed. A second trip was necessary (at no additional charge) and they did not hesitate. I am now finally free of bed bugs and can sleep peacefully. I can not thank them enough and I would like to add that their fee was significantly lower than other prices I was given.

Description of Work: This business took over for Silver State which I happily did business with for years. I called for service and they required $85 instead of the usual $35 they and Silver State charged. They said the charge was because the home had not been done in 2 months, which is often the case. They than told me that the reason Silver State went out of business is because of their poor business practises. The owner had to retire for medical reasons. Highly unproferssional and I would never do business with them.

Description of Work: I had just moved into a new home where there was massive construction around us. I also moved from a home that was infested with bed bugs and I noticed 2 bed bugs in the new house even though I took barely any of our old furniture, etc. Noticed many grasshoppers, ants, and black widows at new house.

Description of Work: Progressive Pest Control sprays monthly for ants, spiders, earwigs and crickets. They spray the garage, the inside of the house and around our yard. Last summer we had some large bugs coming over the fence and Progressive Pest Control got rid of them.
