PROGRESSIVE PEST CONTROL

They're very responsive. I actually had a pigeon problem on my roof, and they had the guy who specializes in pigeons and he got rid of them. It took him two or three visits. The price was the price was the price. He kept coming back until he fixed the problem. He was very personable, very, very nice man and solved my problem. I did get a couple of other quotes and they were there, it was $700. They were great, he was an A.I have to say it's a horrible, hideous job. It isn't just getting rid of the pigeons. He had to spike various area of the roof. He had to put screening in various areas. Before he did that, he had to clean all the tiles and sanitize them. There were birds up there, there were nests, there were eggs. It was awful, it was just awful. He was great, he was really great. I had a couple of nesting pairs that wouldn't go away. He came back, he got rid of them, he did what he had to do. He's just a really nice man and he knew what he was doing. I basically chose them because I use their company for my regular pest services. His name is Bruce by the way. They were definitely very responsive. they always call you the day before they come around.

Had a problem with pigeons on my patio roof and roof of house facing backyard. Progressive came out to do a site survey and provide estimate. Made appointment to have work done. They screened the eaves around the patio roof, spiked the patio roof and house roof, put a daddy long legs on the chimney, screened the a/c unit (which is on the roof), cleaned and sanitized everything. Bruce was my guy and he and his assistant did a great job. They were prompt and courteous. The charge was exactly as estimated. They give a 1 year warranty if pigeons return which was great because a week or so later a couple of the pigeons returned and Bruce came right out. It has been almost 2 months and I haven't seen a pigeon since. It is so nice to be able to go out on my patio without a huge disgusting mess everywhere.

I'm very pleased with them. It's our third year with them. They've been great. We're on a monthly in the summer and bi-monthly for the rest of the year.

Farrah came to our house for the first two visits and her son came for the next two. They've really helped us attack the issue we were having and the number of scorpions we were seeing. The problem has not gone completely away at this point, but we've made tremendous strides in reducing the number of scorpions on the property and at this point what we do see is mostly along the outer edges of the property on the surrounding block wall. I continue to black light and continue to find them but based on all the research I've done I think we're well on the way to having this under control. I'm very happy with the responsiveness of Progressive Pest Control and the results that we've seen to date. They are determined to help us stay on top of the issue so that we keep the scorpion population under control

We did not like their customer service. If we still had ants, the man was never available until a few days later.. When we would buy our own spray, customer service said we should never do that. They were always changing their spray, and it never strong enough

Progressive pest control has come to our home to provide service for 2 months. We are very pleased with the results. Our pest problems are gone.

My wife and I have been using Progressive Pest Control for 2 years or so. We are extremely pleased with their service. Since we contracted with Progressive, we have not seen any bugs - none, zip, nada. Nick, our technician, is always punctual and courteous, and we are very happy with the service he provides. Farrah and her staff have gone out of their way to work with us to arrange appointments around our schedules. We highly recommend Progressive Pest Control!

It went well, they put traps up and filled the vents as well to prevent pests. Very quick and efficient.

They and Elvis had left the building, by the time the traps were set.

My experience with Progressive Pest Control went reasonably well. For the first appointment, they did not tell me when they were coming and could not get through the gates when they were arriving. But they have shown up. They set up the traps for the rats. When they called me, they said, "How about Tuesday?" I said, "Yes, but please, call me first, so I'll know when" and they did not. Therefore, there was no one to let them into the gates or no one at home to let them into the back of their house. So, the failure to call both annoying to me and to their employees who showed up at their gates for no reason. I've seen fewer rats. I suppose that's a good sign. I did not do comparative pricing, so I have no idea how their pricing was.

In the spring of 2011, after owning my home for approximately 4 months, I noticed a couple of cockroaches in the garage. My neighbor was outside and I told him what I had seen. He said that because of our area (I live by Wetlands Park), most houses have a pest control service. I looked in the phone book and found Progressive Pest Control. I called them on a Tuesday and they come out Wednesday and sprayed and I've never regretted my choice. My technician John is a sweetheart; always on time and very professional. I use this service once a month and am thrilled with them.

Progressive technician Bruce was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He took the time to explain rodent prevention techniques and was thorough in the inspection, extermination, and clean up during each of the three service appointments. I would definately use Progressive for future pest control/extermination needs.

Progressive Pest Control came very well recommended from a condo owner. They spray regularly and have done a great job of keeping scorpions and other bugs out. After moving in to a new house, I found a scorpion with my foot (ouch) and called Progressive right away. They did a super-sweep of the entire property, indoors and outdoors, including the property walls outside, inside irrigation control boxes, under rocks, everywhere, doing a VERY thorough job. I have them come every month in hot weather and every 2 months in cold weather and I haven't heard a peep out of any kind of critter since. Prices are reasonable, and the two technicians I've met are very friendly and personable, checking up, helping with tips to keep critters away, and making sure to do a thorough job every time.

They came and did the stuff, they were very informative, and I liked the results. They were so good.

Making an appt was very easy. Person that showed up to spray was punctual and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also was going to take his shoes off the enter the house which was very nice and polite. Will definitely call them again.

I found them on Angie's List. I was happy with them. He did a good job of finding the bugs. They did fine. I paid them $150, and I have signed up for $35 a month. I was happy with them. They were on time. They did what they usually do, and everything was fine.

They're pretty good, diligent, and conscientious. They're on time, friendly, dress nice, come in, get out, do the job, and don't play around. They're timely, efficient, and compatible.

Don with Progresssive Pest Control came out last week and gave me an estimate to have my property power sprayed the first time and then monthly service thereafter. He arrived on time and was very personable and informative. Their tech, Tommy, arrived today for the first service and I am extremely pleased with the job that was done. In the 33 years that I have lived in my home, this was by far, the most thorough pest control spraying I have ever had. They took the time to listen to my concerns and showed great respect for my home and my pets. Without a doubt, I would recommend Progressive Pest Control.

I haven't had any problems. If I ever have an issue, they always come right back out.

They are very good. Their treatment is pretty effective.

I've had them for 5 years and they are absolutely excellent. Once they assign a person, that is my person unless they are sick or are on vacation. He gets to know me as a person. He always asks what I want or don't want him to do. I have frogs and he happens to know that I don't want my beds sprayed because I don't want poison on my frogs. He has always made it a point to ask me how they are and to never spray where he thinks the frogs are. He is also an amphibian person. He always asks how I am and he is wonderful. There are two other people that have come out and he always briefs them on what I want. They are very professional and very caring. They call every time before they come to see if I want to change the appointment. I would highly, highly recommend them.

.I am renting a small, three bedroom house with carpets in the bedrooms only (outside of Las Vegas, in Anthem). I spoke with this provider on the phone about a problem with biting mites. I was told that they would probably be able to identify the specific pests from my samples, as they see this type of problem often. While the company was extremely friendly and courteous, they did not seem very professional. The pest inspector could not identify the bugs, and absent mindedly destroyed some of my samples. He gave me a price of $175 per room to spray for general pests, without even knowing which ones I had. This was a one time fee, and he did not mention any kind of monthly upkeep plan. The quoted price seemed outrageous to me. I can get pest control services elsewhere for about $30 per month.
