Precision Chem Dry

Cleaning the carpet for sale, the whole house was void of any furniture, Adam did a great job at assessing the areas that needed more attention, he cleaned not only the carpet but, did the tile floors, including the closet floors too. The job was well done, and in a timely manner. Adam was very professional, and knew how to handle the cleaning. We will call Chem Dry again and pass the word on, to call for carpet and tile cleaning. A job well done.

The guy who came was nice and professional. He came when my husband and I were at work. My mother in law was here with our 2 year old. He reported that he didn't get up a lot of dirt because our carpets are relatively clean and new. We just built our house and have lived here for a little over a year. Maybe we were expecting too much but I thought with a good cleaning the carpet would look newer. We did not notice much difference in the high traffic areas as they still looked matted down. Neither my husband or I thought the carpet looked any different before and after. We chose this vendor because of the eco-clean type of service. Definitely won't use this vendor again. Hoping for a better result from another eco-smart vendor.

I called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and spoke with a very nice person who took all my information regarding size and condition of the carpeting. He informed me that the price would be $75.00, which is the lowest they charge for a "house call". We set a date and time when they would be in my area. Much to my surprise and joy, they were available on Saturday and could be at my location between noon and 2 PM. I love that there was just a 2 hour window within which they would arrive. On Saturday, around 12:30 pm, the technician called to say that he would be there within 20 minutes. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and immediately went to work. He moved some of the lighter items of furniture (end tables, lamps, etc.) out of the living room and began vacuuming. I left my husband in charge of "supervising" and went into the bedroom. I came out about half an hour later and was delighted with the results. All the ground in dirt that we tend to track in from the outdoors was gone. All the traffic areas (like in front of the sofas) were pristine. All 3 carpet areas (why did I ever buy beige?) looked wonderful. All carpeting was totally dry within 2-3 hours. I could not be more pleased with how this worked out.

It has been good. There was an additional charge apart from the $99 deal. He actually did an extra room for us and he charged us $39 for that. The service was good. He was very professional.

Precision Chem-Dry offered an Angie's List Deal which I purchased on October 15. Within the hour I received a call to schedule the service. John arrived at the appointed time and was very professional in completing the job. The carpets look fresh and clean. They were dry and ready for foot traffic immediately. I would recommend Precision Chem-Dry and will be calling them again when I need their services.

The company contacted me less than 24 hours after I purchased the special. They were efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

The carpet looked OK afterwards, not as good as I had hoped for but acceptable.

I phoned the company and got a real person (Annie) who helped me set up appointment from my summer home. Set up date for my return and appointment. Phil showed up as promised and was very helpful and knowledgeable about my problem I had had with rats that had come into the houses and needed to now sanitize the carpets & upholstery. We went over everything that needed to be cleaned and he went to work completing everything. I was very pleased with Precision Chem-Dry as I had used other Chem-dry in the past but now will use only Precision in the future.

Purchased the Angies list BIG deal and had these folks come out. Super nice technician who knew what he was doing. Was able to get a NASTY stain out and also clean the rest of the carpet perfectly. Great office staff and perfect professionalism. Will for sure use again.

The service I received was fantastic. John, who did the cleaning, showed up promptly and cleaned everything thoroughly and quickly. He was very friendly and professional. That turned out fine. They were prompt, got the job done and it was nice dealing with them.

Very good. Arrived at the agreed time. Surveyed the house, gave recommendations on what really needed to be done (not just agreed to what I thought needed to be done). Honest service. Worked nonstop for about 2 hours to complete everything. Focused on tough/dirty areas to really get stains out. Thumbs up. Great service!!!

I had some bad stains in the carpet which John was able to remove. However, he did miss some spots. I called the company and he came out the next day to correct the problem

The service provider was extremely nice, and was very punctual. He did all the work very quickly, and let me know the condition of each area service. Several hours after the cleaning, he called to see how we liked the work done. We are thoroughtly satisfied and will use this company again.

This was the first time we used Precision Chem Dry. Mike, the tech, was excellent. We have an old carpet, and it was very dirty, especially the stairs and tracking areas. I did not expect Mike to get it all clean, but he did. He spent particular time on the stairs, and they are looking cleaner than I've seen in years. Other cleaners that we've used in the past did not get them clean, and that's when they had two people doing the cleaning. Mike on his own did a much better job than all the cleaners I've had before in the past 20 years. We will certainly be calling on Precision Chem Dry again. Thanks Mike.

He was there on time and ready to work. I showed him the living and bedroom that needed cleaning.. We talked about the Scottish Gard protectant ,he was going to put down. Then he started right away. The carpet looked good. We were happy with the job. Going to us them again and recommend to friend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. It is a very good company. He did a very good job. He got out stains that had been there for awhile and I didn't think they would come out. He was on time and very professional. Punctuality is a big thing for me; if they are 15 minutes late, I won't use them again.

It was more expensive but was worth the extra money. I have four dogs, two of which are old and have problems. The service was very good. The gentleman who came was punctual, professional and very nice to work with. I plan on using them regularly.
