Went very well. Very nice personality, got the job done!

Our service tech John called to inform us his next appointment had cancelled and if it would work for us if he arrived earlier than originally scheduled. We were thrilled. John arrived, we talked about our needs and he did a great job and actually cleaned more carpet than we expected. Our carpet had some staining and traffic pattern marking. In about an hour, John had vacuumed and cleaned the entire house worth of carpeting. He moved a few items to clean where they had been standing. John was friendly, professional and very thorough. We'd hire Precision Chem Dry and John again. Very satifisfied!!

Adam was prompt and efficient from the time of the estimate through completion of the job. The floors look FANTASTIC. We will definitely use this company for future cleaning. Excellent from start to finish.

These folks were quick to respond, professional and polite. They did a GREAT job. I really did not believe they could remove some of the stains that we had due to our dog. But they did. Our carpet looks perfect. Our technician was on time, and very, very helpful.

Everything looked and smelled better when they were done. One carpet looked worse when the pet urine treatment was done so we got rid of it. Our old dog had pretty much saturated it. The stuff rose to the top when it was treated and the carpet had a cream background so it looked awful when that happened.

Excellent experience from scheduling to completion. Great follow-up on scheduling, Adam provided clear information of the work to do done. Couldn't have gone any smoother and I would recommend Precision Chem-Dry to anyone.

It was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional , and friendly- he was super helpful and gave me pointers about how to keep the carpet clean in the future. He shared how oxy stain removers will work for pet stains but many other products like enzyme cleaners don't. He's so correct in saying that! The whole house was normal and fresh smelling - Not just covered with deodorizer like the other carpet cleaner of the past. I will definitely use Precision Chem Dry from now on!

It was such a rushed day, can't remember if carpet protectant was used. I know I can still detect puppy urine odor so will probably have to call company back out to spray with something.

Phil from Precision Chem-Dry did an excellent job. The carpeting almost looks new again. Phil was professional and courteous. I especially appreciated that he worked quickly and efficiently so that I could get to work without too much delay that morning. Job was performed timely and thoroughly. They even used a blacklight to find and clean the hairball spot I couldn't see with my naked eye - yay! Carpet was near to dry when the job was completed so our move wasn't slowed waiting for carpets to dry. Add-on charges were a little high with one extra room costing an additional $80.00.

Great. Ultraviolet showed areas of special concern. Pre-treatment enhanced the cleaning process. The additional cost was agreed to before contract signed. We were advised that one spot would probably not come out safely and he was correct.

They did a great job! They were punctual, friendly and the rugs came out looking like new! I will definitely use Precision Chem Dry again. In fact, when our tile floors need to be sealed, I will use this company. They clearly take pride in their work.
